No words for the quality of this knife, it is unparalleled! It is extremely practical and comfortable to use, it was a great purchase.

I'm convinced this knife is of great quality compared to many other usual ones.Suitable both for cutting light edibles and more dense matter. Sharp, balanced weight and not at last convinient usage. Didn't have to sharpen it yet. In spite of there is a lot steel left to remove; thus i'm assured this kitchen tool will last pretty long. Am really satisfied having obtained such thoroughly designed knife ;)

Huuskjapan kitchen knivesI By mistake I ordered 5 knives instead of 1. All information re billing was correct All infirmation re tracking and expected date of delivery apot on.The knife performs well and is easy to handle despite being a little heavy.I accidentially left it in water overnight and it was rusty in the morning but cleaned up easily. I gave the extra knives as gifts to young male relatives who were skeptical at first but extremely happy now.

Very good exceptional knifes and that is why I purchased 3 of these knifes as a gift for family and friends. On receipt of the third knife that I received a few weeks ago I was informed that I would be presented with a special gift, a handmade knife sheath completely free of charge. Sadly I never received it and am very disappointed. Excellent knifes, poor follow up.

After all this time and the offer to contact Huusk direct i still have no answers as to my delivery and cannot contact the shipper or Huusk. As far as I'm concerned you can keep my money as myself and all the people I know will have nothing to do with Huusk again

I'm very happy with the huusk knives. They are exactly as advertised. Comfortable grip for easy handling, well balanced, nice wood handle and full tang on blade. Definitely a quality knife. The leather sheath is a good idea as this is a very sharp knife. Great for cutting meat, deboning, etc.

I had ordered a knife for my son who is a Merchant Mariner and a cook on the ships he works on. He liked it very much and so I ordered two more and one of those stayed here for us to use and the other was a gift to another son who called and said it was great. The knife is really cool looking and is sharp and cuts things quickly. I have also recommended it to a friend who is "into Knifes" and I'm sure he has ordered one as well but haven't seen him to ask if he has it as yet . I was surprised at the low cost as it looks and works like one that would be much more expensive.

This is an excellent knife and I enjoy using it but only for limited items.There is no doubt about it, you can have it well in hand with a firm grip on it, allowing you to get a very easy cuts due to its sharpness. However, it has a limited purpose....at least for me.Indeed, the knife's blade is quite thick and therefore you cannot use it for thin cuts such as peeling a fruit an apple for instance. In fact you can do it but it is a bit awkward because of the thickness of the blade. The thicker the blade the thicker the peel and therefore it is not appropriate for such a thing. You don’t crack a walnut with a sledgehammer. Of course, you can use a peeler for your apples but I always peeled them using a knife and I like that. It is a pity that Huusk does not provide various size of knives with thinner blades in order to meet many purposes regarding cutting and peeling. Otherwise, it is a very nice piece of work.
