Is huurwoningen.nl Legit?

It was excellent 👌 I Fund an appartment within 2 weeks amazing.

I don't know why there are so many good reviews. Yet another useless service which traps you into a subscription contract and outsources to a debt collector (Payq Incasso) if not cancelled.

Moved to Amsterdam one month ago, as you might know, it is very challenging to find a rental apartment here. But thank to this site, found a rental apartment within few weeks.I am so happy that I used Huurwoningen.nl! Definitely use the "premium subscription", it makes it so much easier and faster!

Reliable, but act fast! My advice for using Huurwoningen is to set up alerts for when your desired properties/prices come up so that you can act quickly. The service is good and seems popular. I give it 4/5 stars because it is a little expensive, especially when other countries offer similar services for free. However, I found my apartment on this site, so I am happy with the service!

Absolutely made to scam you in subscription method. Cancelled once but failed and I was 3 months thinking it was cancelled. Didnt use their service 0 activity in their website and 0 attempts to communicate with me through support. Stay away from this website!!!Much better safer honest options.Note: Even with reply no options to get in contact with them, system is made to charge fees, worth to pay if this review keeps others from using the website

Easy to use platform, relevant search filters, wide reach of agencies and properties, daily suggestions were helpful, easy cancellation service once you find a property. Once I signed up for the subscription I found a house within a week.

This is the only website where our search for a room in Leeuwarden gave real results and reactions from landlords. Finding a room was easy with this website. We subscribed to many others without success. On this website you can see the contact details of the landlord which makes all the difference. On the other websites you can only react via a button and we rarely received a reaction back.

Out of the various housing websites this was the most trustworthy and useful one for me. What I particularly appreciated is that they had quite a few apartments that were only on offer on their website and you could send landlords or agencies requests directly through them.

Good service for searching an apartment. It is not only tracking new advertisements matching the filters saved, but also allows to send viewing requests which really get to the publishers, real estate agencies. That's very important as renting apartment won't be possible without the viewing of apartment.

Perfect site if you are looking for a new rental apartment. You can easily set up filters only for valid offers and automatically be notified by email about new offers. Your responses are automatically saved to your account, so you can see a list of the offers where you are interested.Also customer service is nice and helps you very quickly! Premium services are really worth it. Thanks to this site I was able to find our new home

I regularly received many offers from the town of Leeuwarden I chose. They were new offers - so I was glad that I was the first, or one of the first, to get acquainted with them. People are your strongest point. When I had to contact the administration, I was met with kindness, help and quick response - which shows how high the quality of services is - for which I am very grateful.

This company is a scam. They advertise a 14-day free trial but then automatically charge payment afterwards. If your payment failed they hire a debt collector that will harass you until you pay for the service you never used.Do yourself a favor and use funda.nl

hi. nice and good communication. could be more efficient if have other languages. you know a lot of people from other countries are looking for house in NL. and your website only in Dutch,....

Some of the advertisements are directly from other rental service, which needed another extra pay to contact to the landlord. But still some of them are directly from landlord, and that's how I get my place.

I was very dissatisfied with the service in the two week notice period. All the proposed adverts are expired and not enough new announcements are posted. Website is not nice to use due to the amount of expired or non relevant listings.I’ve used much better services in the Netherlands which do the same much more effectively. Additionally, when I tried to cancel within the notice period, I was not correctly unsubscribed (or was resubscribed afterwards, as I have seen other reviews claim) and was then forced to pay the monthly fee even though the fault lay at their side. The customer service were unhelpful and were unwilling to help with the issue.I still want the refund.
