I booked a flight with them. The flight changed by several hours which would make me miss connections. I asked to be scheduled on an earlier flight or get a refund as this is not what i booked. They said if they gave me a refund they were going to charge me a $79 cancellation fee on a $100 flight. I was not cancelling, they changed the flight to something I would never have booked. There business model is to make money on hidden fees such as cancelation charge for a flight i did not want to cancel but was useless with the changes.
