Is hugosway.com Legit?

Hugosway is a shady and scam driven broker, they steal your money through spreads, commission fees and swap fees. they will purposely surprises price to charge swap fees, they will not take you out of trades according to your sl and lie and say it's slippage, they will activate stop orders 15 points from your entry and lie and say it's slippage. which puts you in automatic drawdown with your trade. I have screenshots of the manipulation and theft over the last 3 years.

Nightmare experience! Lost all my money! They’ve used every excuse in the book as to why I haven’t been paid out in almost two months!! They admitted losing my money more than once! They claim their forensics team is working and investigating, but it’s all BS! They are straight criminals! And it’s impossible to talk to them directly! Stay away! *** update after their reply *** of course they’re giving the same excuse. They continuously plead ignorance. They say they have no record, but I have screenshots, transcripts and emails as evidence! I’m taking legal action. This is absolutely ridiculous.

Had a really bad experience,almost lost around $44000. Do it yourself or never attend any calls from them saying we are your relationship manager. Do not make the same mistake I made. I lost $50k with Hugo’s Way because they manipulate accounts and close out your trades. This was happening before MetaTrader booted them off and they were forced to switch to ProTrader.These guys are scam artists of the highest order. I would love 10 minutes in the same room with their principals but good luck finding them!

1 STAR, Becausde there are no MINUS ZERO STARS.Complete scam, after collecting all your personal info (illegal harvesting to pass on to criminals?), no equity in account. No more logging in to account, no email on pw reset, Helpdesk chat OK: not possible to create from website (technical problems, unknown when solved?!?), no solution provided, canned answers, extreme slow servers. extreme high spreads, lol STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM!

PLEASE STAY AWAY! The are now rejecting withdrawal's with a bogus message Like " Missing BTC Address". This is their official endgame play it will seem; lure people into depositing into their brokerage and then abscond with your money. DO NOT SAY YOU Were not WARNED!!.While the high leverage and low deposit might be tempting to new Traders, I would highly recommend you go with a regulated broker, especially if you are new to this game, save yourself the Headaches and SCAMS SCAMS!!!Anybody on here giving positive reviews is part of the SCAM!!! When i started trading Hugo's way was almost perfect,not many issues and great customer service. Once they switched their crm to the pro trading app, everything went down hill quickly. The Trading platform has connectivity issues every day....I lost countless trades due to the inability to manage my trades while they were open. Even with screenshot evidence of not being able to access my account. there was always some contradictory reason as to why they wern't responsible for the platform and connectivity issues. I've lost a lot of money dealing with Hugo's way and the pro trading platform......My advice...STAY AWAY FROM HUGO'S WAY AND ANY OTHER BROKER WITH THE PRO TRADING PLATFORM. You'll loose money and won't get it back.....find a broker that uses the tradelocker platform.

The reviews are genuine! Please stay far away! The pro trading app platforms are horrendous, and I lost my capital due to BS server errors. I screen-recorded everything, and they still denied it was on their end. I have so much proof because I was worried something like this would happen, and they did nothing! I tried it on four devices through their platforms: Webtrader, iOS, Android, and desktop. I tried for over 2 hours while also dealing with the support team, and it's all a scam. PLEASE STAY FAR AWAY IF YOU WANT PROOF. IM MAKING A VIDEO SOON ON YT FOR THESE BS FOREX BROKERS.

Hugo’sway is good for someone who is a beginner trader with little capital who uses small position sizes and doesn’t hold their trades overnight. Let me tell you Their fees are ridiculous especially when it comes to holding Cryptocurrency. I tested it against TradersWay ( same position size, same pair) Hugo’sway charged me over $100 in fees yet TradersWay only charged roughly $49. Will definitely be transferring what’s left of my money to another broker. Ridiculous.

I have been with hugosway since 2019, I have made several withdrawals and one as recent as yesterday, my only complaint is sometimes metatrader 4 will lag and price won’t update for a few minutes, forcing me to view a chart from a different provider. Other than that spreads are usually 2-6 pips so the broker is better for swing traders rather than scalping. Overall, no real complaints here

They claim their accounts are ECN meaning low/raw spread but spread are high as a Standard account and yet they still charge commission from your trades, thats one way of leeching into your account. This is my first broker I ever used when starting my forex business and it was recommended by a youtuber who is also a scamming pig but thats another story. I never withdrawn my money since I lost it from trading "newbie back in that day" so I cannot say much about withdrawals but in general they are not regulated so please use brokers like ICmarkets, Vantage, Tickmill, Pepperstone ect. they are all legit and regulated. Just stay away from Hugosway thanks.

The following is a message I sent to Hugo's Way relative to my profitable trade position which couldn't be liquidated or adjusted. Hugo's Way failed to respond to such a crisis. "I have sent numerous messages that one of my spx500 positions can not be adjusted or liquidated! Price proceeded through my stop after being in profit! I have received no response! Since you are unregulated, my only recourse is to post a review on Trust Pilot, then close my account. You'll likely respond that my account can't be closed due to the open position!" Proceed with Hugo's Way at your own risk!

Since the company changed CRM it has turned into a pile of s***. CANNOT be trusted. I have been using for years with no problems and since the changes it seems like a big scam is in motion. Coinbase fees for deposits have gone to like 20% now. And customer service is basically non existent. You cannot trade in mobile MT4 and their own software is crap. Honestly this broker is imploding and will be no more in 2024 in my honest opinion. If you deposit on the platform be ready to find out the hard way.

Web trader, Mobile App freezes, As well as desktop app failed to download. Unable to control my trades leading to a total loss of funds. I provided screenshot evidences of all the system failures only to be told everything was working at their end. I contacted live support and she contradicted this response by saying they just fixed the issue an hour ago. Stay away unless you want to loose your funds. They used to be great, but no more. I guess they will be bankrupt soon.

Been using Hugo's way for about 5 months now, and just recently this week I've been experiencing super quick stop outs. Its as if they are hunting for money. Like if I'm trading and my stop loss is at 15 pips, I'm only risking 5% of my account how do you justify stopping me out at 5pips or even as soon as I go into the negative. I feel like I'm being nickeled and dimed

At first I'm like maybe it's me. But I'm almost certain they are manipulating it somehow My stop loss always gets taken out right before it shoots to my target and I know how to set a stop loss...it's like I do better without a one I don't know something is off about this broker and I'm sick of it switching to a new one my fault they are not regulated anyways

Good Broker, deposit and Withdrawals are very Fast. Yesterday after seeing those bad reviews, i withdrew my money and I received it in less than one hour on my Crypto Wallet, i think i will keep Trading with Hugosway. I didn’t have any problem while trading.

This company is a scam stay away! I am trying to regain access to my account and they are asking for more information than I gave them when I first started with them.Edit: Once again this company is a scam stay away! I answered all of my security questions; yet they still requested much more personal information than legit companies like TDAmeritrade or Etrade would dare. Do not give away $500 like I did.

I recently tried to suspend or deactivate my account and even when giving them personal information, as well as a photo ID picture, they will not do what I ask of them. The process overall will give you a huge headache and I do not really trust this website anymore. Looking at the reviews, many people have problems with this site and get cheated out of their money already as it is. Do yourself a favor and go to another trading platform because most likely you will end up running into these problems sooner or later. Stay blessed.

I’ve kindly asked (about 5 times) to have my account deleted permanently but instead your intelligent employees don’t know how to follow directions. If my information and account is NOT deleted within the next 48 hours I will be forced to take further action. Please let me know when it has been taken care of. Take care
