Is huepar.com Legit?

After finding a fault on my Huepar laser level tripod, I contacted the Huepar customer service department where I was dealt with by Carina Xu. The support provided was excellent & has given me faith in purchasing Huepar products in the future.

I have owned and used Huepar lasers daily for the last 3 years. When I had an issue with on of my lasers, Huepar customer service represented by Carina Xu helped to troubleshoot possible fixes for the issue my laser was having. When this did not fix the problem, Carina honored the warranty and shipped me a replacement laser. Carina was timely with her communication through email. I recommend Huepar lasers to other I work with on the jobsite on a regular basis. As a result of this experience, I will continue to recommend and use Huepar lasers.

APARENTLY PRODUCTS GO THROUGH TESTING.THE BATTERY IS TOTALY FLAT, SO WILL NOT CHARGE.NO RESPONCE FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE.THE ITEM DOES NOT HAVE A ROBUST FEEL

I recently ordered a laser level from Huepar over the black Friday sales event. I received the level and it was exactly what I was hoping for...trust me, I research tools to death before I make a purchase. A few days later, I received a cordless screw driver kit. I thought that it was accidentally shipped to me so I reached out to Huepar customer support team. I received a very timely response back the next day from Huepar and they advised me the kit was a special gift from Huepar for making a purchase on black Friday. Maybe I missed that perk during my purchase, but nevertheless, certainly surprised. Yes, the gift was nice, but i was most impressed by the quick response by their support team.

Huepar laser level and receiver well priced and great product. Only problem is I think they're using the wrong Courier service (Evri-Hermes) as they lost my item and their customer service wasted about 3 or 4 days sending pointless emails in which I had originally asked for a call back by phone on numerous occasions to no avail, terrible service. On the other hand Zelda in Huepar customer service was brilliant and sorted it out in no time .Thanks again Zelda

Huepar is a serious and reliable company and the product I bought meets all their specifications and is of very good quality.

I am a user of Huepar products and I think that this is the best company in the market of measuring equipment and accessories. I needed instructions in my language, I contacted the company and they sent me all the documents very quickly. Customer service is top notch, thank you for that. Also, I think that their products are the best choice for me. I recommend this company and their products.

My laser broke, so I contacted them as I had a 2 year warranty. The communication was fantastic and they had my new one here within a few days. The service couldn’t be better.

My lazer level display stopped working.i thought i would contact huepar customer service and was delighted at their response.i sent a video of the problem and within minutes had a reply with a solution.a spare part was sent out from China and I was able to track it all the way to my home.i installed the part after watching the video on how to do it,which the customer care team sent to my mobile and hey presto problem solved. Excellent after care service and so easy to contact and deal with the huepar customer care team

I requested a PDF copy of the manual, and it was provided immediately. A PDF manual is so much easier to read than trying to read the very small print on the paper manual provided.This laser itself is easy to use, has a nice crisp, true laser line, and is lightweight.

I had a tecnical issue with my lazer level. I reached out to Hupar and within one day they responded back. I was asked to send a short video of the issue. Huepar then determined my lazer deffective and issued a new one. Can't say enough about the after sale service. It was quick and simple. Isn't this something we all want when making a purchase. Way to go Huepar :)

After spending a lot of time searching for a new laser level I finally ordered the Huepar 4 Line, I am so impressed with how good everything feels you can tell it is very good quality,the remote and blue tooth through phone will make a huge difference. I also order the detector, very impressed with how easy it is to use will be invaluable when working outside. The best laser I've ever owned and I do get through them. I would not hesitate to recommend Huepar.
