While some are self-explanatory concerning huehearing.com, let's dive deeper into the remaining ones.
Proximity to Potentially Harmful Websites
This metric gauges the connection, scored on a scale of 1 to 100, between huehearing.com and websites marked as suspicious. Elevated scores point to a stronger link with these questionable online destinations. It's worth noting that website owners might not always be aware of their site's proximity to these dubious platforms or servers. However, a "Proximity to Suspicious Websites" score surpassing 80 strongly indicates a high-risk website, while a score below 30 signifies a less-threatening site.
Risk Factors: Threat, Phishing, Malware, and Spam
These indicators reveal the vulnerabilities and elements embedded within the HTML code of huehearing.com. They become especially pertinent if the website has received reports from internet users who've encountered unsolicited emails, ads, or messages related to the site. In the context of huehearing.com, our investigation continues working to pinpoint the specific category, but we welcome your insights in the comments below.
A high Malware score generally implies the presence of suspicious code that might be unknowingly disseminated. Conversely, a high Spam score hints at a possibly spam-ridden email address associated with the business. Scores under 30 in both categories are reassuring, but any score surpassing this threshold should raise concerns.
huehearing.com is a suspicious website, given all the risk factors and data numbers analyzed in this in-depth review. Share your experience in the comments.
Domain Blacklisting Status
This term indicates whether huehearing.com has landed on any online directories' blacklists and earned a suspicious tag.

Top 5 Effective Ways To Spot a Scam Website [VIDEO]
There are many types of fake sites in the online world. We have some good news. Watch the video below to see the 5 effective ways you can spot a fraudulent website in 2024:
How To Remove Your Information From the Internet
Whether you like it or not, unfortunately, the Internet has all your personal information stored. How did that happen? Every time you visit a simple site and accept cookies, consent to their forms, or download an app, unscrupulous data brokers collect not just your phone number, name, AND address. They also sell this to third parties, which creates a $1 billion industry a year. Your collected personal data is used by buyers to send you never-ending spam emails, targeted ads, and, of course, telemarketing calls. Crooks use all your data without remorse.
We can help. Many people have asked us about how to remove your personal information from the Internet. If you want your data deleted entirely from the online world, contact our official partners at Incogni immediately. This legitimate data privacy tool works on your behalf to officially require a ton of online brokers to remove your data.
Our staff verifies this service works and is trustworthy. It costs only $6.49/month but is worth the cost. U.S., UK, EU, Swiss, and Canadian residents only. Click below.

I have bought two hearing aids from Hue Hearing. Work perfectly and very good very value for money. Good customer service too.
+
Stay away from Hue Hearing and Dr. Sound which appears to be an affiliated company. They have failed to return $140 to me after returning their product within their return timetable. Calling for an investigation into their policies and practices by notifying congressional representative. These companies border on scamming folks out of their promised reimbursement. Eventually people give up trying to recover their refund. They just refuse to give the refund and keep the product and the payment as well. They are going to get some attention shortly. Messing with, holding up and keeping elderly people’s refund is pretty low for a company.
I purchased from them on the 1st February 2023, is now the 22nd April and I have received nothing.
They have all the excuses in the world about how their warehouse is run off their feet. They get really annoyed when I accuse them of being a scam. The other thing they have done is changed their name from Hue Hearing to Dr. Sound.
Definitely not a company to be trusted, take people’s money and send nothing.
Hue Hearing took my money in late November 2021 and sent me over about 8 months, 3 totally useless sets of hearing aids. Not one earpiece ever worked. Hue Hearing replaced, at no charge, 2 sets and when the 3rd set didn’t work at all, I demanded my money back. I was told too bad you are out of our 90-day warranty. I could buy another set plus an extended warranty. No refund will be given. 8 months later, I’m screwd. No useable set of hearing aids. No money refunded. This company should be closed down ! ! !
It is now July 2, 2023, and Hue Hearing has not provided me with a refund for the three pair of hearing aids that they sent to me that not a single device ever operated properly over a period of 8 months.
I have copied all of my emails to them onto my Facebook Page, GeneatBest. and have also posted that same information onto Hue Hearing’s Facebook page, and still no refund.
Under pain of death, do not do business with Hue Hearing or any company associated with them for any reason.
I would stay away from this company. Purchased October 19, Never saw the products. I cancelled the order and ask for my money back.
I wonder if I will ever see my money. Doubt it.
i did the same thing and never got a refund or aids. don’t buy here!!!!!!
I ordered a set of these to try. The price was great, and the fit was not uncomfortable, however, even after I followed all of the directions from the owners manual, I was unable to eliminate the high-pitched whistle from the hearing aids. I returned them for a refund.
I paid for Priority shipping two weeks later I’m still waiting on shipping conformation. Ron has been no help at all
Hue hearing refunded my money after one month, but I had to remind them to do so. Absurd to wait a month to get a refund!! I don’t think I would have gotten a refund without a phone call reminding them I had been waiting way too long. Also charge your aid on a credit card so you can ask for a “charge back” from your credit card company. However, they will not refund your money to send their aids back to them. I did get a refund minus the postage back to them.
I am the owner of a pair of these hearig aids, purchased from the internet. I am happy so far. Not mentioned (that I saw) that there is a range these aids will help, my loss of hearing is in the range. I know the range, because I was previously tested. The aids came soon afer I paid for them. You must google the #10 Hearing Aid battery to learn about them, there are things to learn. For the money, they work for my needs.
I have used hearing aids for over 10 years, previously purchasing from traditional clinics. Each hearing aid costing $2000 and often being returned several times for repair or “tweaking” Two years ago I took a chance and purchased. I have not had any problem during that time. The batteries are available locally and each battery lasts approximately a week of regular uise. The Huehearing aid is as good, if not better, than many expensive clinic purchased models.
I purchased a pair of Hue hearing aids. It took over a month to get here but they work great. Don’t know why you have them rated ao low.
I received my 5 days after placing my order. I also order the batteries.Prior to this I had BTE aids which were supplied free of charge in 2017. A year later I started having having problems of echoing. The outside world started to overtake my life. ie traffic noise could be heard, fans in the house became noisy and interferred with my hearing, the tv was virtually a blur; repeated attempts by qualified audiologists didnt rectify or improve my situation. In frustration I twice ditched the aids, and changed audiologists and finally at the beginning of 2022 buried the aids. Without checking my records I have changed the batteries twice in 3 weeks have continued doing small changes to the volume and I am pleasantly satisfied with my purchase to the extent that I am actively trying to persuade my to do the same. I am not an audiologist but gee I reckon Ive done more to improve my hearing just doing small tweeks to the sound. My audiologist rang me a week ago and I told her what I was doing and she told me they had a similar aid for pensioners, for a small charge, and that I would be welcome to visit.
The aids were cheap but Im a lot happier now.
Before Hue I did try a set from an Australian company but found after 20 days they were’nt for me. They had adjustments for different situations but I found each and everyone too complex for my simple and aging mind. If they only last a year Im sure, because of the cost thus far, I’ll be more`than happy. Time will tell!!!!
I made the decision to order from Hue Hearing. What hearing aid customers are typically faced with is a huge bill running at least a few thousand dollars for hearing aids. The prices advertised by Hue Hearing are much lower. Does the lower price come at a cost? I believe it does. Because the hearing aids are not custom-made for a specific person’s hearing issues they may or may not work properly. Theirs are designed for the types of problems that are most common rather than a specific person, so you do take a risk. I do not believe this company is an outright scam or anything like that. There really isn’t all that much to lose if things don’t work out well. If the dice roll the right way, a few thousands of dollars may have been saved. When the shipment arrives we’ll see how this turns out.
At first I questioned HueHearing but now I highly recommend them. 14 days from date of ordering I received the hearing aid. Remarkable hearing aid at a fantastic price. This is the second time I have done business with HueHearing. The product itself could put many of the expensive types to shame. Simple to use and invisible when in use. I am deaf in right ear and only need assistance for the left. However, I now possess two devises from HueHearing so I always have one with fresh battery and ready to use. You can do no better than to trust HueHearing.
I have used HueHearig aids the lasr 2 years and they work fine
Yes it’s a scam, doesn’t work long- battery dies. It’s just an amplifier.
They will not return your money like they say. They lie.
Like anything else you need to buy # 10 batteries as replacement
Of course the batteries eventually die when devise turned on or left on. You buy new #10 batteries to replace existing one when required. As for refund I know them to make immediate and full refund if there is a good reason but not for a dead replaceable battery.
All batteries die after being used. These are not rechargeable batteries. Your comment is unreasonable and inappropriate.
I also ordered one. As of this date have not seen hide or hair of any such object! Oh my, promises made in the dark. When they say to good to be true, they really mean it. What is so obsurd is they wanted me to buy another one for the other ear!! WHAT!!!! I wrote them and replied why should I buy another one when I’ve yet to receive the first one. The Company is supposed to be from CA. but please tell me why it hasn’t Missouri in 3 weeks. DUHHH!!!
Just like a devise you might order from your local clinic it sometimes takes time for delivery. My first one took 5 weeks but my second one took only 14 days. both work excellent.
I ordered a hearing aid from this company one night after seeing their “flash sale” for $89 (half price) today only. I thought it sounded too good to be true, but for the price…The next night, however, they had another “flash sale.” A couple days later I got an email from the company saying hearing aids need to be ordered in pairs to work properly. Sounded dubious, but they offered the second one for only $59! I reluctantly ordered the second one, only to be enticed with an offer for a year’s worth of batteries for $39. I declined, wanting to see what I would get for my money. After waiting 3 weeks I called to complain, but was assured the items would arrive in a few days, according to her magic tracker that I wasn’t privy to. Another week went by and I called again requesting a refund. They finally refunded my money after about 5-7 days later, only to have one aid, then the other arrive at my house. But they were so tiny I could barely handle them. There are batteries that come with it and I had to put them in myself, which seemed next to impossible. You have to have great sight and dexterity, but I finally managed to get the batteries in using this tiny tool they give you. But I couldn’t hear anything with them except a high-pitched squealing, like feedback. I could never get them to work. I wanted to believe in the company because they seemed so nice, saying how they wanted to help people out with the pricing if they couldn’t afford more. And after beating myself up for weeks, they did refund my money! But I would never order anything from them again because of the poor quality. And each hearing aid came in a completely different type package, like they were from different companies. Very dubious, at best, sorry to say. Paul
This outfit is useless.Hearing aids made in China and shipped from there. Protect yourself and use credit card for purchase, otherwise you will get screwed. Not trustworthy. Do not fall for this scam.
Sammy, check out where the hearing aids you might purchase from your local audio clinic come from. You might be surprised when you find out many are mostly made in Asia.
In advertisement they state rechargeable yet in kit that they say comes with hearing aids there is no device to recharge. Can a current owner expand on how the recharge works or how battery system is used
This site and commentary about HueHearing turned out to be misleading and totally unfair to the company. I ordered and rec’d 2 hearing devices in 14days. After reading your analysis of untrustworthiness I wrote the company a scathing email. Embarrassed, I rec’d the devices the very next day. They work as advertised. They are not a scam.
Thank you I feel better about ordering them after reading your comment.
