Is hudsonreed.com Legit?

Customer support was fast and helped me out immediately. I didn’t have to fight for a return or anything. Wish every company was like this.

Searched the internet - We live in Canada Our new product came with in 2 weeks quicker then we would of got a company in Canada to get it!

Everything except the unclarity surrounding the international shipping. I ignored the phone calls From Fed Ex because I wasn't sure what it was regarding. If there were a heads up to the buyer about having to provide information to a customs agent that will be calling, that would be a great.Everything else was great. Thank you,Julie Meyer

The replacement part I received was incorrect and I have several issues with the order/delivery:1) The plastic packaging had insufficient padding to be shipped with a porcelain handle inside.2) Because of insufficient padding, the porcelain handle was chipped during shipping3) When I tried replace handle with existing one, I noticed they are not the same size4) The thread for the replacement one does not match the "top" thread that goes into the flow diverter5) I think the one you sent me was for the diverter for hand held nozzle not the flow diverter. That handle does not have secondary/larger thread.The only reason I am giving 3 stars is that when I replied back with my issues, I received prompt service and they are trying to find part that matches the one that broke.

Ordered on line, although company says its Canadian is now combined with its U.S department, all shipments come from US and with a big shipping charge, Having said that the delivery was late and they refunded the amount.Colour was "anthracite' was more blue/grey than black but can live with that.

Radiator arrived quickly, packaged securely. It was very heavy, indicating excellent material. Clearly it was supplied with not only an electric element for that use but also with all fixtures including complete instructions needed to attach it to a hydronic system. I had to tilt it up on end to verify the fluid level, then the element screwed nicely into one of four locations, I put it on its legs and plugged into a 120 volt wall socket, and have been enjoying its gentle heat at will. Very good quality, professionally shipped. I look forward to greater home comfort next winter!

The online order did not work the first time. There are brackets included to attach the radiator to the wall. They were "hidden" with the radiator that I missed them the first time. The shipping was fast and the radiator meets the expectations.

Shipping was very fast. Packaging was good. And I already have a set of these valves in another towel warmer. I know they're going to work wonderfully.

I have 15 year old Hudson Reed products that at first they refused to help with. After several attempts I was able to find some helpful staff who got the replacement i needed. It was a successful struggle.

The product looks great. Even better: customer service was outstanding. When part of the shipment was delayed, Hudson Reed *preemptively* reached out to me to double check on status and stayed in touch until the full shipment was delivered.

Aside from having to replace the same part (shower cartridge) a second time in under 10 years the service and shipping were great

Shipping was a little slower than expected but HR was quick to refund me shipping costs. They were also quick to send out replacement parts for those that arrived damaged. All in all, a great experience and a high quality product.

I had a question about the different valves and customer service was very helpful. I placed the order and it arrived quickly. Looking forward to using it after the installation.

Hello, I’m a Plumber, i purchased this heated towel bar from your company because the building prints specified it. A couple days after placing the order i found out the customer had changed their mind and told the contractor but not me. I sent a email to your customer support about needing to return this product and they were very helpful and explained what i needed to do. I should receive my refund soon. I bought two of the 1000W electric radiators for our living room. The first set were pretty badly damaged from shipping. Hudson Reed's customer service on this issue was great, though, and they sent me two replacement radiators pretty quickly with more padding on the packaging. One of them was still a bit dinged but otherwise they were fine. The products themselves work and look great!While I'm pleased with Hudson Reed's customer service in fixing this issue, it's annoying that we still need to get rid of a couple damaged (and really heavy) radiators. From looking at other reviews, it seems several North America customers have this same issue. I'd suggest HR drops FedEx as their carrier for these.

This is my third review. It went from one star to three and now back to one. Rather than detailing the first totally unsatisfactory train of events, let me just say that the product that was ultimately sent -- at a discounted price because of the previous chaos -- was the wrong one. I hoped it would work, but it is less than satisfactory, certainly not as good a the original. I'll sum up by saying that I'm glad I don't need any of H-R's cast iron registers!

We selected Hudson and Reed online, based on what appeared to be a high end, competitive product line that fit our application. We were taken by surprise by the need to complete import documents. The products in our cased were shipped from Great Britain and had to move through US customs- which proved to be a time delay and one package never made it. Once having cleared customs, one of the three packages arrived with damage.To the credit of Hudson and Reed, they replaced the damaged item at no cost. Once we reached that stage of the process, things move smoothly.Generally pleased, but the customs thing should be known to customers up front.
