Parcel has been with hubbed since 2nd of December. Today is 13th and still no update other than be patient. I'll remember to tell my granddaughters that because it's their birthday present. Birthday tomorrow.... Ooopps sorry no present
DO NOT USE HUBBED!! Dropped my parcel off on the 18th November at a Hubbed location. Today almost 4 weeks later and it hasn't been picked up and returned to seller. I've contacted them via their contact form multiple times and no response. Finally got someone on their chat feature and still no update! I wouldn't trust this company with any goods! It's virtually impossible to contact them and provide any assistance. Now I'm without the items returned, and $71.92 paid for them plus $8.99 for Hubbed service!! I AM NOW OUT OF POCKET $80.91 I WILL BE REPORTING TO CONSUMER AFFAIRS!!!!
Very bad service Lot my parcel which was very expensive.not answering my email There is no phone number to talk to.Very frustrating
1) We received a message from CouriersPlease that nobody was home when delivery was attempted. This is incorrect - we were at home all afternoon and our apartment house phone was not called at any time during the afternoon.2) The message (and tracking site) also said that we would be contacted (within 24 hours) with a collection point and a PIN number. This was incorrect as we were not contacted until lunchtime on 16 Dec when we were told that the parcel had been delivered to the collection point. The message also said that we would receive an SMS message with a PIN number. This PIN number was never received.3) I used the website link embedded in the email to go to the Help link for "I didn't receive an SMS with my PIN number". This only gave me an error 404 (page not found).4) I eventually found my PIN number when logging on from a computer.This has been by far the worse experience I have had from a 3rd party courier and I will be reporting this to the supplier....and a PS: five hours after their message to tell me that they had delivered the package to the collection point (and three hours after I picked it up), they finally sent me an SMS with the PIN number. Very unimpressive.
Paid to book a return delivery and they never came to pick up the parcel, and when I emailed them they gave a vague answer saying they would pick it up between the next two days and then didn’t. They stopped replying to my emails, so I can only assume that they’re not willing to resolve the issue. I’m also disappointed in the online store Iconic for not putting pressure on the designated service they use to do the right thing.
My parcel was delivered to the wrong location. I keep receiving emails telling me to collect the item which is 2.5 hours away. I have contacted Hubbed dozens of times requesting item to be sent to the correct delivery address and am either ignored or I receive a generic reply reminding me to collect the item. Disgusting. I am now without my parcel and my concerns are being completely ignored. Appalling and I will be taking this further.
I chose a HUBBED location as a delivery option for 2 eBay orders (on the same day otherwise I'd have known better). They rejected both parcels, and now they're being returned to sender. Massive waste of everyone's time. Would not recommend, it's just not worth the risk and inconvenience.

The Chemist at VALUE CHEMIST EVERTON HILLS (receiving point for ParcelPoint) was very polite and most helpful. I overlooked signing the return label which had been sealed completely with sticky tape, he provided me with an indelible pen to sign with. Problem solved. Recommend this excellent drop off point for ParcelPoint.
Super easy process to return items from my order. Printed label, stuck it on. Left with hub at nearby chemist. Confirmed details and done! Immediate confirmation of receipt by email. And totally free! Excellent. Thanks!

I love buying from Shein because of the ease of being able to return your goods to parcelpoint if they don't fit or are unsuitable. For this reason I have no hesitation in purchasing any goods. Very bad! My return was scanned in at Parcelpoint 4 days ago, but when I check tracking it shows STILL THERE! Either they don’t update tracking (so why have it?), or parcel hasn’t moved (so why not?). I wish I’d pay bit extra for Aust Post, who are SO reliable!! This PP/Hubbed mob used to be good 2yrs ago, I wish I’d read the more recent reviews on Trustpilot/Product Reviews, they’re all 1star with similar stories - parcel never turned up!
If your seller using Hubbed, you best not choose that seller or good luck getting your package on time. Easy system to use and good instructions. Dropped parcel off at One Stop Kirrawee and received email receipt almost immediately.
Absolutely disgusting customer service at Chirn Park News Express. Made me pay to print $3.65 then said I had to go away to stick the label on or pay for tape. I will never go there again. These days it's not unreasonable to expect not to have to physically print yourself Aus Post do it so why can't you?

Unfortunately the information I wrote down on the parcel was incomplete, so I was told by the young man on the front desk. It turned out that I had not even finalised the return online.
