I absolutely love my Malini Itsuki cushions. The design is beautiful and adds a lovely dash of colour to my bedroom. The material looks and feels very luxurious, which is a huge bonus. Ive been looking for a specific design of cushion in green for ages and when i found this cushion I was so pleased, it was exactly what id been looking for. In fact I loved it so much I ordered another one. And on the plus side it arrived all ready in a feather cushion pad.

I have ordered a few items from House of Isabella now. I have always received excellent customer service, they have been very helpful and my items look beautiful together. I would definitely recommend.

When ordering I made I blunder with the delivery address. This was quickly resolved via email with the customer service team. My bee door knocker arrived promptly and is gorgeous. It has been much admired already and finishes off with front door with style. Excellent quality!

We bought a mirror and left it packaged for 2 weeks until the table it was to stand on arrived - so it would be safe. How ironic, because when we opened it, it was completely smashed, with no proper protective packaging material. This manufacturer could not care less and refuses to even consider a replacement, despite consumer advice telling us we are within our rights to complain and return / replace. This kind of service should not be acceptable. Save yourself a lot of trouble and wasted money and do not buy this brand who clearly have no problem acting in bad faith.

Have bought many items from House of Isabella as part of new house renovations. The service has been amazing, delivery times spot on as stated on the website. Most recently I bought some Tommy Franks furniture, which was super efficiently delivered. And I love the selection of high-end design items on the website.

Bought the stratford coffee table and it did not dissapoint! The delivery was sooner than expected as I had to pre-order and the delivery team were absolutely great, highly recommend!

We purchased a number of items from House of Isabella (standing mirror, two outdoor stools, etc). All of them came in great Shape and are even better in person than online. We particularly love the colorful stools.

I ordered and received the six seater Bossington garden dining set from House of Isabella, having spent quite some time online finding the best prices. The quality of the product is excellent and for the price ( thousands less than other high end brands ) it’s remarkable .The delivery process was tricky, with the delivery company , ArrowXL, seeming to lose the first order, but House of Isabella online team were very good in helping me sort this out and we got there in the end. You can’t speak to anyone on the phone, it’s all online help with the customer relations team, as I am over 60 I found this hard at first as I would rather speak to someone, but to be fair they always responded very promptly to emails . Overall I would recommend, as the quality of the product is so good and the customer service team were tested with the delivery and responded very well.

So impressed with the quality of item purchased and speed of delivery. 😊

Excellent service, delivered on time and chair is great quality.

I placed a pre-order with them for garden furniture due in 16 June. I have so far emailed at least 6 times as I received no communication around my order being delivered. Each time I am told that the transport team have been chased up but haven’t responded to requests to provide a date to ship my order. It’s just a black hole and in the meantime I am £1700+ out of pocket; have no garden furniture and no idea when, or indeed if, I will ever receive my order. My request to escalate this issue has been ignored with this particular email receiving no response whatsoever. The only contact possible is via email. There is no phone number and the live chat link does not work. I’m very concerned that they may be a fraudulent company. I’ll update trustpilot daily with a new review but I’m afraid at this point I can only warn others not to use this company.

I was nervous about paying so much 2 months in advance of re-stock date but really wanted the item I purchased, checked their accounts and strong balance sheet. The items were slightly delayed in shipping, only by a week, it was easy to get hold of their customer service lady and she was really responsive and super friendly each time I asked for an update. They also honoured a voucher code that I’d missed in my email that had expired. The goods were delivered soon after they came back in to stock and no issue with the goods, they were as expected. I’d be happy to recommend them.

We are very happy with our office table, it accurately matches the images online. The product was also delivered on time and with care. No issues at all.

The vase that I needed was really well priced compared to other sites, with free postage and would be delivered withon 4 - 10 working days. It came even earlier than this, within 2 days so I was overjoyed as I needed it for an interior design staging project. A really great and informative company to deal with, thank you.
