Worst experience ever. The Indya team do not reply to any messages or phone calls. They do not inform you of any further taxes and custom duties to pay as online items say ‘inclusive of all taxes’ Indya does not provide free returns and the return fee to send back to Indya works out to be more than the item which is ridiculous! I have returned my item back to Indya but they do not process the refunds. They simply take your money and hold onto it. I have been chasing my refund for over a month now and still no refund has been issued. Would highly not recommend!

Do not buy from house of indya! I ordered 4 items for a 2 day event for my daughter and myself well before the function day (I consulted the estimated delivery date). 4 days before the estimated delivery date I was getting worried as I did not hear anything from them. After I emailed them, they TOLD me that they have cancelled one of my items. When I asked to replace the item, they told me it's too late and I have to place another order. They didn't refund the shipping costs which I have to pay again to order another item. They offered to waive the shipping charges only if I spend another $300 on another order! Meanwhile I have no outfit for the event! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!

Wore a midnight blue kurta to a wedding and fit right in! Super beautiful dress and nice quality for the price, fit really comfortably as well.
