Is houseart.uk Legit?

Bought 2 paint by numbers one for me and a grandson and both are excellent canvas drawings. Colours are vibrant. We are loving these, and me, at 68 help keep hands busy and mind concentrating. Would definitely recommend for any age

I have now placed 3 Orders with HouseArt. Every One of these Orders has been Delivered on time as Promised, in Secure Packaging, by a reputable delivery Company. Each Order was as Ordered with all Paints, brushes, and Canvas in excellent condition. If you are thinking of trying this type of Art, give it a go !!, i'm no Artist but the results are Fantastic !!!!!

I have bought 5 pictures so far and am really enjoying them. Delivery took 2-3 weeks but product is good and worth waiting for!

Ordered a framed picture and an easel for my wife's birthday.After the order was placed, and confirmed by email there were no updates for some time, so I emailed and swiftly received a response that it was on the way. After that I received the tracking info, and eventually it arrived - but not all of it. There was only the picture, and no easel.The picture itself is disappointing as it was creased in a box that had obviously been bashed about in its journey from the other side of the planet. It was not 'framed' but contained a self assemble wood frame - this wouldn't be an issue if it were large enough for the picture, which it is not. So paying for the 'framed' version is a complete waste of money.I have emailed the company to see what they will do about the missing easel, and also the waste of money pointless cheap wood 'frame'. I shall update this review when I receive a response, but until then I would absolutely say to avoid purchasing from this company.

I’ve done quite a few painting by numbers over the years and I must say I find Houseart to be the best . There service , there delivery, there website are all second to none. Thank you Houseart

My mum bought some products from houseart in mid-June but for various reasons they weren't quite what she wanted. Thus begun a 10 week (and counting) battle to return the items for a refund under UK distance selling regulations. Houseart are operating and dispatching from China. Your delivery will take commensurately longer. There is no apparent facility to securely return items. You will not find a company address or a return address on their website. If you wish to return an item for any reason you can expect a very long and protracted process via e-mail which is intended to exhaust your efforts to return the product. 10 weeks and we still do not have a return address or a path forward. Of course the website boasts 'easy returns'! You can expect zero after-sales service.

I have been waiting for more than a month. Still haven.t received my order for 3 paintings. At the beginning, after 1 week they told me that my order had to be sent back before shipping because it was damaged by transport. It hadn't left even the depot that time....then i sent email after email and 2 weeks ago i received a reply saying that my items will arrive within 5 working days. Obviously it was not the case. After 2 weeks. Nobody replies, the tracking system is pointless as it is not showing anything after it left China.....So disappointing. No communication. I just hope i cab get my money back

I selected a large print and so far about 70 hours of mindful painting… the addition of a paper version of the image was useful to help with some very small numbers and there is plenty of paint … with enough left over for the inevitable touching up. Recommended

Great quality and lots of fun. Particularly recommend the custom prints, which are surprisingly good detail and colour matching!

I’ve discovered a whole new pastime that I’ve become passionate about. The designs are gorgeous, the materials are very good quality and the whole package is consistently reliable. Highly recommend to anyone who thought they couldn’t be an artist.

I received my landscape in three parts. Excellent quality, drawings, all the nuances of the picture, paint, frames are present, everything is as it should be. I love to draw and have been ordering painting by numbers for a long time, and I want to say that no matter where I order, the quality is the same everywhere, even worse. And note, I’m not a fake, and those who write bad reviews, tell me where you bought better quality?

I ordered 3 customised pictures. They were delivered a little later than the delivery date stated but the company was helpful in getting back to me as to when they was arriving. I have already completed 1 picture and started my second. So far all is going well and they look like they should do. Have done a few minor adjustments to my completed picture but that was down to my preference as the picture looked like it should off. I will be ordering again in the future as it has given me a nice calming hobby where i can take myself away after a day at work and just chill. Thank you

I have been dealing with Houseart for over three years and have ordered over twenty pictures with never a query or complaint. Excellent company to deal with.

I had previously given this company a one star. However, at last I have received my order after 3 weeks and I am happy with the good condition my items arrived at. The only thing I'm worried about is the canvas is crinkled and need to see how I can remedy this. Houseart did respond to my emails and went out of their way to reassure me that the problems I had in the original shipping would be addressed and they did. I would give 0 stars if possible.The website states that ALL canvases are rolled to stop creases. This is not the case, my canvases were delivered in a rectangular box which was damaged at both ends. Every canvas was creased and damaged (after waiting for over two weeks for delivery). When I enquired about a refund for the damaged canvases and included pictures, the company suggested that my ‘rolled’ canvases must have been squashed during delivery and changed them from ‘rolled’ into ‘rectangular’ despite me a) knowing basic physics and b) they’ve clearly been packaged folded and ruined the canvases. They offered £8 on my £54 order despite every canvas being creased and their suggestion of ironing not working.Do not buy from this company.

The quality of service and product from this Company is very good and I wouldn't hesitate to trade with them again. Good quality canvas along with sufficient paint pots to complete the project were included in the package. The whole package was well wrapped and promptly delivered by courier.
