Is hotshefashion.com Legit?

Cheaply made!! China so you can’t return anything! I tried but just because I thought they were cheaply made wasn’t good enough, so no returns!!!!

5-31-24. The dresses look like cotton but are actually 100% polyester. Ok, I saw that but I expected it to look like the picture not like a picture of the pictures printed on the dress. It looks like a Wal-Mart polyester pajama shirt.

Do not order from this company everything is made in China and so small. I ordered an extra size bigger and I could hardly get it on. It looked like it was an extra small pair of pants and I ordered two pair. I should’ve read the reviews before I ordered anything do not order from this company. There’s no instructions on returns or refunds have to chalk it up to my stupidity of ordering from a place in China.

Unfortunately, I did not read reviews on this company prior to ordering. I had things in my cart so many times before I finally decided to pull the trigger. Mistake! As everyone else states, these items don't look like the pictures, size chart is inaccurate, quality is subpar, and customer service ranks even lower. It appears they are from Oklahoma but don't be fooled ... they are from China. They did offer to refund $15 of my $75. I'll donate them and chalk it up to another unfortunate life lesson. Don't let this happen to you!

Do not buy from this business. Their clothes are made in China but are very inferior. And, what's shown on their website or Instagram account may be replaced with inferior fabric and not accurate represent what is shown online. And, to return items, the company will try to get you to take a replacement instead of returning the clothing. Also you have to return the items to Shanghai China at your expense and you know that expense will be higher than shipping to any place in the US. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. There are many other companies like Hotshefashion on Instagram. Beware. The clothes look great in the photos but are not the quality that you see.

Do not order from this so-called American made store. The two blouses I ordered were not the same material or pattern from the pics. Wish we could put all these China based companies out of business. Based on previous reviews looks like I’m stuck with two crappy blouses that will never get worn. Buyers beware!

BEWARE!!! Nothing is like the picture! Most items are made of polyester instead of cotton Tee shirt or sweatshirt material. The patterns and colors are different. When I tried to exchange an item they offered me another shirt for $15. When I received the shirt it was covered in ink spots and bleach spots. Clearly from the reject pile! I will never order from them again!

Placed my order April 30th, paid for expedited shipping and still have not received. Emailed many times and tracking numbers I was given either did not track or stated tracking will not be displayed because it was shipped with counterfeit postage.Responses I received from hotshefashion… we are victims too, trust us, we are a real store!! One star because they do eventually respond to emails, but responses are ???. I do have copies of all emails and tracking numbers and tracking information.

Nothing new to add them what I just read and all of the other reviews. I wish I would’ve seen this before I placed the order. I have emailed them about returns. I can’t find the information anywhere. None of the items I ordered look anything like the photos. For example, the glitter shamrock shirt is just a picture overlay it’s not real shimmer. I also ordered a pink sweater with sequin hearts on it, and same thing not real sequins just plain overlay on cheap nylon fabric. Not even a sweater!! What a huge disappointment and waste of money. These people ought to be ashamed of themselves.

Ordered two tops…neither looked like what was depicted on the site. Very poor quality of fabric- overall product subpar.DO NOT ORDER- VERY DISAPPOINTING! Looks like returns are non existent!

Do not order from this company. I ordered $200 worth of shirts, that finally arrived a month later. They don't look anything like the pictures and are significantly smaller than normal sizing. Like others, they told me I could return the items to Shanghai for a refund or they would issue a credit for $50. Their FB states they are located in Oklahoma - obviously not the case. Such a scam!

I am so glad I read the reviews before ordering. I am tietd of getting burned kn other websites that quality of shirt and sizing isn't true. Return shipping cost you more that the item is worth. Facebook should ban scam companies.

I would warn anyone about buying from these people. I ordered a shirt and then realized it was the wrong size so I emailed them to cancel and they responded about 2 days later and said they cancelled it and then when I inquired about refunding my account they said it would be a few business days. 2 months later and they have not refunded my account and refuse to answer my emails as to why they haven’t refunded me. There is no phone number to call only email or FB messaging.

First time shopper, received 3 dresses and all 3 were perfect. Im 59 and finally found some age-appropriate dresses that are trendy and fun. Im a very happy customer!!!!

Wish I would have read these reviews before ordering!!! I usually do but seemed like a great store and blouses were really nice. Material, fit and sizing is terrible. They said if I wanted a refund to return to Taiwan when package came from New Jersey. This is how they deter people from returning merchandise. Facebook needs to ban they from false advertising.Update 7/13/23I went to the post office to see how much the return would be and they quoted $75 trackable to China. I ended up keeping the shirts and donated them. This was their catch,

Just want to let everyone know that it took my order forever to get to me said it was USA but later found out it was from China,cheap cheap cheap made tags cut out of the inside it was horrible products but would cost more to said back so keeping my merchandise the heart shirt said a small but it hangs off of me not a small maybe it was larger size and that’s why the rages was cut out who knows,also it has marks on it,I did report this into PayPal.never again will I order from a clothing website on Facebook or at least without reading the reviews first.I also let them know by emails.you should refund out money back and us not have to pay the high return fee.shame on you hotshefashion and jane.

I have filed a complaint with the BBB. This company falsely advertises they are an American Family Owned Company and their clothes come from overseas. It has been a month since I ordered and so far I have received two out of the 11 shirts I ordered. As others stated, sizing is significantly smaller than stated. Avoid the company.

I ordered two blouses - NEVER ARRIVED. The tracking and shipping number matches a mystery package that I received with a plastic heart paperweight with names of people on it I've never met.??? I've emailed 3 times - no response. Number cannot be reached. SCAM - DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

Same thing as everyone not the same fabric.... crappy fabric. and they are insistent about sending something else when i tried to return. probably would be just another piece of junk. wish there was someplace to report them

Terrible customer service- it’s now over a month and I’ve received nothing. I paid $201.00 for a number of pieces and nothing. Tomorrow will be 2 months since I placed an order- nothing, no response from customer service. Lesson learned, check the reviews.

“Realized site is not what they portray.”

Oh no, should have read reviews before ordering from this company. I did realize I had ordered from them once before and the items delivered were not what I was expecting. I am super pissed because their website fashions look really cute. So ladies read reviews on any site that appears on Facebooks. Tip for consumers:Read reviews of companies appearing on Facebook site before doing business with them. Companies operating outside of United States can be fraudulent and you will not be able to get a refund on your purchase.

“Feel they should be reported for fraud of some type”

I purchased 3 items that looked nothing like the photo on their website. Fabric was terrible, and a weird synthetic. Colors were weird and the shape of the garments could not conceit fit a human body. You have to email them to request a refund and explain why you want to make a return. Then they ask you to send photos and advise you that they will give you $26 for a refund and you can keep the stuff OR return it for a refund and pay big shipping. They also advise you to declare the value is less than $50 for their customs requirements. Once you've read that email, the entire chain of emails disappears saying "this message cannot be displayed because an error repeatedly occurred "

“Horrible company”

I ordered 2 sweaters from them and they were nothing like the description. I had read the return policy before purchasing. You are not ordering from a family owned company in Oklahoma. You are ordering from China. So when you try to return it cost more than the items cost. They will not work with you and blocked me on Facebook.

Requested refund 3 times and have received zero response. Spent $175 on clothing that is crap. One of the email thread has just disappeared. Took screen shots of other emails that I sent. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

They are scammers. They pretend to be in usa and accept returns. When u try to return bc quality horrible they barter with u. When u say no...they say send back...oh but now we are in China and cost to ship is $70. And if u do ship back they accuse u of wearing bc of smells lmao...freaking loser scammers

My shirt looks nothing like the picture. It feel like you are wearing a 1980's tablecloth. You couldn't pay me to wear this is public. It is simply NOT the same shirt as pictured. If you zoom in on the shirt on the website, there is embroidery on the neckline. When you get the shirt, no embroidery, it's imprinted on the tablecloth, I mean shirt. I can't upload pics because the site says they are too large.

I ordered a shirt from hotshefashion.com! Took forever to receive the item! Nothing like the picture! Was the strangest looking shirt. Couldn't possibly fit a normal human! Fabric was garbage! Emailed the company…nothing! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

“Poor quality; will scam you for your money!”

I ordered a red cotton sweatshirt from hotshefashion. It took forever to deliver, but what they sent me was a bright orange, shiny polyester piece of $3.00 fabric that looked like it had been sewn together by a 3-year-old. Not just that, but they charged me TWICE for the item and did not want to refund ANY of my money for the item or the double charge. They are a fraud company who just wants to steal your money in the place of sending you rags! DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR LIES that they only deal in the most quality fabrics and put their customers first. It was impossible to get a hold of anyone, and all I received was robo-responses. Tip for consumers:DO NOT ORDER FROM HOTSHEFASHION!! What they advertise is not what you get. The product is made of a totally different fabric, and (in my case) a totally different color, and the stitching is sub-par. The outfit would not last you a year! There is no way to get any help via customer service and they won't give you your money back if there is a problem. Products used:None. What they sent me is disgusting. Although it would be perfect attire for MC Hammer.

I placed an order thinking it would be good quality as the ad said - NOT! Horrible quality, took long to get shipped to me and a hassle to return. False advertising at it's best!
