Is hosteurope.de Legit?

Host Europe, as always, had a competent and friendlyapproach to my problem.The VPS was up an running within 30 minutes.

I bought a domain name, and as soon as the transaction went through and my money was taken, I got an email saying I had to wait for them to verify my account. It's been two days now, and nothing has happened. Their dashboard doesn't work, and there's no record of my transaction or domain anywhere. They haven't responded to my emails, and after several follow-ups, they told me their other department would verify my account on working days. This happened on a Thursday! It's not like I'm buying a rocket that needs such intense verification. This is a scam and fraud. Stay away from these clickbait websites promising more for less.UPDATE: After giving this review they deleted my account. This is unbelievable man!! Got my money, no domain and now this.

Support is fast and effective

I had an issue with Plesk not being able to update itself, and I tried many possible fixes from the Plesk support forum and others with similar issues, but nothing fixed the issue. Then I called the land line, and the person from HostEurope helped me add a support ticket, and from there everything went smoothly. This was a log priority task, either way it was handled in 2 hours after ticket was registered. Great quality of service.

We moved our website to a different host, and got charged for extras, which were in included in our package - despite getting a confirmation that everything has been cancelled. Refund? Of course not! We asked for an official confirmation that everything is cancelled - of course not! Let's see what we can do with one year of SSL without any hosting. Be very careful when signing contracts with Host Europe!

I run a small community forum for quite a few years on Host Europe virtual servers and all I can say is BIG praise for their uninterrupted service. If there is any downtime scheduled due to any maintenance they always notify us in advance and it is always done in the nighttime. I have never received a complaint from any of our members that the forum is inaccessible. Server accessibility and response are excellent and never lagging or slowly.As a long-time user, I highly recommend their service.Note to Host Europe: Please continue with your exceptional service in many years to come and support us as your users because we will support you even more.

First of all i am a real person. I am customer of Hosteurope from 2012. I live in Israel. During the years i tried a lot of companies but the best performace of the sites are from this company. Another plus is a customer support. I even got phone calls from their support, trying to solve my requests. Now I am using "classic webHosting Premium" i have at least 10 medium wordpress sites hosted there and the performance is very good. Thank you guys! Keep it this way!

We have been using Host Europe for server hosting for 5 years and always been happy with the service. When we had to move our server to a US provider (due to outside circumstances) a mistake on our end caused some data to be left behind. Host Europe went beyond what was required of them and helped us recreate the missing data. Excellent service!
