Is horze.eu Legit?

I bought a fleece blanket with a hood for my horse. When the package arrived, only the hood was inside. I asked customer service for an explanation, and despite pointing out their mistake in the item description, they refused to refund the shipping costs. However, they had promised me a complimentary shipping on a new purchase. I returned the item and bought a new blanket with a hood. At the time of payment, I asked for a discount on the shipping costs, and they said they would refund me after payment. It's been 20 days, and excuse after excuse, they still owe me €6.99. Unreliable store, I will never buy from them again!

I love my helmet; it's comfy and safe (according to the helmet test of 2023). I bought this one only (but I like it very much) because the best one was not available in our region. It's very comfortable in the head, with nice airflow, and I really like the color—nice matt and blue. I love my Horze Andrea High Waist Silicone Knee Patch Breeches for WomanID: 36690 Colour: RMBU. Really nice color, comfy, flexible, very very nice ones, and there are no extra cuts on the inner sides that come into contact with the skin. Negative thing: the package traveled over 14 days to the destination and was then not dropped off not near my home parcel machine, even though according to the zip code it should have gone to the correct area.Why does Horze not ask for phone numbers? It is a much easier way to receive notification when parcels have arrived or you need to transfer to another parcel machine.

I received the wrong boots neatly placed in the bag and box of the boots that I ordered. Was really upset at first, but after Horze received my complaint, they answered very fast and proposed a fair resolution. In the end, Horze deserves 4/5 stars for fixing the problem and being very responsive.

Everything went fine except with one item, that did not arrived. Horze promptly returned the value to my account, but did not informed me that the item was not being sent and that it was sold out. Besides this issue, all ok and would recommend! Fast shipping and items according to description.

I have placed several orders from his company, and I am very satisfied. Whenever I had a problem, the customer support email has been easy to find, and they answered almost immediately and managed to help with my problem. The also have great products with very good prices and lovely sales.

I liked that you can track your order on the DHL site and i got updated about my package on my e-mail.The site was a little hard to navigate though and pretty laggy, but everything else was awesome and i will deffinitley order again!

I live in Finland and made the purhase here with delivery to Portugal where my stallion lives. Excellent communication. I was able to inform the stable the time of arrival of the package. The stable is happy and I’m happy. Shopping made easy.

Terrible company. Order supposed to be here 14 Dec. Don't reply to customer service emails. Customer Service don't answer phone either. Have tried 8 times, on hold for over an hour. Live chat doesn't work either. Completely pointless. Never experienced such bad service. No idea where order is and can't speak to anyone. Go somewhere else if you can

Products are of high quality, accurate sizes and I had smooth experience with order and delivery. In matter of fairness, delivery took more that 2-3 days stated on the website, but that might be just DHL to Bulgaria.

At first i was a little bit worried about my order because there was no tracking information and when i read reviews on Trustpilot i was really concerned. I also opened a ticket for this case and wrote several times- still silence. All I wanted was a refund. But then i wrote to Paypal, is it possible and how to get a refund.I don't know if i were lucky (reading these bad reviews how so many people didn't get their package or a refund). At the end all worked out!! The parcel was delivered today and was sent 2 days ago, tracking information was now visible. So i can only hope whatever problems Horze.eu had with the clients in the past or even now, i really do hope that they will improve their service because they have such a great stuff to offer for a rider and for a horse, reasonable price too (even the expensive brands).

Everything was delivered and the items are of good quality. The shipping took some time, that is the reason for the 4 stars, other than that - super experience shopping at Horze.

Horrible experience with the delivery service!!!I urgently needed boots in order to save my horses weak hoofs, but already 20 days passed since I placed my order and no any single update except "it was shipped". They just blame Posti for the strike, but my other order from another shop in EU with Posti during this period arrived in 3 days without any delays. Ridiculous excuses, will never look at horze.eu side again and will definitely not recommend it to others.

Have ordered a few times, last time delivery was slightly delayed, but the customer service was prompt to respond and all was handled well. Reliable, trustworthy store, great products, good discounts and inexpensive delivery.

The order was as per my expectation! All with good quality and served according to the requested size!The only negative thing to point out was the delivery time longer than initially estimated.

Delivery took a long time, my address was not written correctly again even when I messaged them to correct it right after ordering they said that its fine and it wasnt. All the products are fine, though previously when i ordered with a gift card plus credit card i had some products missing and i wasn't refunded the full price. I gave up on trying to explain that to them because we were getting nowhere. Will never be ordering again, it's too much of a struggle.

The range of products is huge and I can always find nice and quality goods for a very good price. The delivery is also very fast. I am generally satisfied with everything this shop offers.

Be aware that when ordering from this company not to expect prompt and efficient delivery or any customer support. Delivery quoted on website as 3-4 days, 4 weeks later I am still waiting for this matter to be resolved. After chasing up with numerous emails and little effort on their part I don't expect this Xmas gift to arrive in time.

Ordered 4 weeks ago and still no sign of it. Empty promises from customer service that have still not materialised. I have asked to cancel my order and will never order from here again. My little girl is going to be devastated that she won't have her grooming bag - it was her main Christmas present. You would have thought in this day and age that 5 weeks notice for delivery was sufficient....

Totally disaster experience. First, for 2 weeks no update on order, emailed, no reply for a week, then they just return money to credit card. So I assume order is canceled and buy same stuff elsewhere. Then the recharge credit card!!! Ask by email what is going on, no reply. Then finally a reply after I said I would turn to my bank and they say order has left already, so no way to cancel🤣🤣🤣 and after the order was delivered the email arrived that heres your tracking number 😡 Such mess and unprofessionalism nowdays leaves me speecless...

Products nice and good prices, but delivery dates are quite optimistic. So be patient ordering from Horze ;)
