OMITTING HALF THE STREET NAME AND NUMBER OF THE HOUSE. PLEASE PAY MORE ATTENTION TO DETAIL! AND SAVE YOUR CUSTOMERS ALOT OF WASTED TIME AND ENERGY!

The quality of the products is amazing. They are beautiful material and design, I can't wait to try them out. The only negative aspect is the transportation company, they messed things up and it was really difficult to access my parcel. Please change from DHL to another company, they are irresponsible and they do not care about their costumers (Spain). I want to buy more products from this brand but the issues with transportation company are a nightmare and I'm scared they will loose my package again. I ordered this product on 16th November and was told delivery would be 5th to the 8th December. The money was taken on 3rd December while the product was still in a different country and it wasn't dispatched until 8th.. I received an email on 8th December telling me it had been dispatched and would arrive 5th - 8th which seemed particularly annoying. It actually arrived on 14th,11 days after you took my money. I cannot in all honesty call this good service, I was only updated when I contacted you, the phone line had a message saying it would not be answered and to email. I am an extremely dissatisfied customer.

The package was not delivered to my house, DHL decided to leave it at a shop in the town and send me a message. Every other courier brings packages to my house. If Hirze only use DHL , I probably won’t order from them again

Absolutely disappointed with the treatment received by the customer service of Horze Spain. I bought the B Vertigo brushing bag and it came without the outside handle and without the inner spacers. I wrote to customer service and they asked me for pictures of the damage. I explained that it was not a defect, but the bag was incomplete, and I sent them the photos. They asked for more pictures. I sent them. Then they sent me an email telling me they were going to try to send me the missing shoulder bag in the product. Then they wrote me that it was not possible and that they offered me a 15% discount. I asked them if there was no possibility that they would pick up the bag and send me a new one, to which they replied that I had to make a refund and re-order the item. To sum up: they send the wrong order, they do not give me solutions, they make me dizzy for a month and here I go, with the bag without the shoulder handle and without a reasonable solution. Very very very poor customer service.
