Is hoodrichuk.com Legit?

Hi,I placed a order for truck suit 14 days ago . Still didn’t receive tracking number. And no body reply the emails. I already sent many emails. This is my first time shopping from hood rich. Order number # HR283695

Hoodrich is by far the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. After my package was delivered to an unsafe location—despite me giving clear instructions—Hoodrich’s customer service completely failed to help. I left a 1-star review because they don’t allow you to give zero stars, but even that feels too generous.After their standard, fake public response of “please contact customer service for assistance,” I did exactly that, providing all the details. What did I get in return? Absolutely nothing! They love to act concerned when it’s public, but behind the scenes, they couldn’t care less. Their entire customer service team is a joke, designed only to give the illusion of care.This company is a complete scam. They take your money, and if anything goes wrong, you’re left on your own. No refund, no accountability, no help whatsoever. Hoodrich is all about protecting their image while they do absolutely nothing to support their customers.If you’re considering buying from them, think again. Save yourself the frustration and avoid Hoodrich like the plague. They don’t care about you or your order—only their fake, polished reputation.Date of experience: September 2024

My sons Hoodrich Goal Overhead Hoodie Junior fell apart under the logo at the front after a few months. Its like the heavy plastic logo on the material shrunk even though I do all my washes on 30 degreess and the material just disintergrated and ripped to pieces under the logo. Quality is appalling and we have bought at least 5 hoodies over the last 2 years and this one is just rubbish.

Quality had gone downhill with the new tracksuits sets.Washed per instructions @30 air dryed both goody and bottoms have bobbled after first one wash absolutely joke. Wr will be returning this crap tracksuit better off sticking to cheaper tracksuit at least they last !!!!!!!!

My son has 3 tracksuits, 2 ordered from jdsports & 1 from Hoodrich themselves. One is less than 6 months old and holes have started to appear in the legs of 2 sets of the jogging bottoms, now if it was wear and tear it would not be in exactly the same place on both sets in exactly the same places, on the back of the trousers. Lettering split not long after purchase as well. Absolutely terrible quality for such expensive items. Always been washed as per instructions.

I am in love with this brand! Reading the reviews the first time I was sceptical in buying but I am very pleased to not have cared about them and have bought from them. Now it is my third order and I will make many others. The products are very cool, original, the fabric is wonderful and the fitting is just perfect. I am in Italy, I placed the order Thoursday, I have received it on Tuesday! Their service is just perfect!

First off, the price and delivery for the item were great. When the product arrived, I discovered a minor manufacturing flaw. I took a photo of this and contacted Hoodrich. The response was timely and a replacement was sent out immediately with no quibble. Very happy, thank you

I placed an order from Canada and I was very nervous about whether the site was legit, so I bought a pre-paid visa just in case. Well... my order came sooner than expected, the quality was on point 10/10 (just as shown in photos, couldn't be better), extremely satisfied, and would recommend it to anyone! everything is above and beyond my expectations, Thank you Hood Rich, you are going to make my son happy this Easter.

I recently had to contact Hoodrich Customer Service and WOW... what a fast and helpful response they gave me! I contacted them bc I couldn't find my 10% Welcome Discount and they almost immediately responded back w a Welcome Discount code! Thank You Hoodrich can't wait to do business w you as I am looking to place my first and I'm sure not last order w you tomorrow!!! absolutely awful! you get no response from them. They only have one email address that you can contact and they never respond to back, even if you state its a complaint. clothing looks good but stitching is very poor quality when poppers are coming off after 1 week - ridiculous price for something that falls apart - Primark coats last longer than this! NEVER NEVER BUYING AGAIN!!!!

Ordered a tracksuit and gilet for my nephew last week and was a bit worried because Royal Mail drivers like to run off with my parcels! Emailed into customer service and they reassured me they have policies in place, woke up to find my package waiting for me. I definitely agree with other reviews, millie and sarah were very helpful, will definitely shop again

Ordered a gift card on Tuesday and hadn’t received it even though it said it would be coming through email so you would expect the email instantly. Two days later I try to contact them but every time I emailed it bounced back saying the email address wasn’t valid. Did eventually get a response and the gift card but the communication wasn’t very good.

Shopping from Australia and had no trouble doing so! Great layout, awesome quality, I’ve already made my next order. Postage was super fast too for over seas under a week to get here.

Absolute shambles of a company. They charge a premium because they are a streetwear brand but the service they provide is shocking. I recently purchased a product and paid a premium for next day delivery however the tracking number they provided was invalid and when I tried to reach customer services they took forever to get back. Easily the worst experience I have had in a long time I would not recommend buying items directly from them and would suggest going JD

I purchased a tracksuit for my son in the black friday sales. I had a notification it had been delivered on 28th November via royal mail. When I arrive bed home, it was not there. I reported this to hoodrich who promised id have another tracksuit sent out before Xmas. Now it's January, and I've just been informed they are not replacing the tracksuit or refunding me. Parcels should not be left outside communal areas to be stolen. No one is taking responsibility for this. Total joke. Will never use hoodrich again

Gotta be honest, the quality isn't what you'd expect for the price. Love the designs, so I've invested in a few pairs of joggers, and here's what I've found:They shed. Massively. It took me ages to work out why my house was covered in fluff despite the fact I'd just vacuumed, then I spotted the fluff emanating from the lining of my new joggers.The transfers split. After just a couple of washes (cold).They bobble. Immediately. I've worn this pair once and they're already bobbling on both thighs. I'm washing them inside out, so any advice on how to stop the above issues would be greatly received!

They replied to my review and said they would look into it they still haven’t emailed me or given me any information on my order I don’t even think I’m gonna get my order at this point tbh

I bought about £200 worth of products back at the end of December which took ages to arrive, and return around half they only accepted around £80 worth as they had to send back some pants(which were even opened) which I get but then charged me the delivery fee again. The refund took nearly 3 weeks after they recieved the items back and I had to chase them for the refund.But I am desperately trying to get hold of the customer services team as the gillet we bought has now become faulty, its be a week since we sent the 1st email, With no reply.
