I got the same experience as everyone else i read here. Bought it off Tiktok but got to another site and barely found the right website to check my order. I bought it 10/24 ( October 24th). Havent received a email about it being shipped at all and its almost been a month now. I have tried sending an email after two weeks without any notifycations from them by my number or email to ask why and they havent responded to me.But nothing, so do not buy anything from hontty.com
Beware of this company. I thought I was buying from the TikTok Shop, but the link takes you to a totally different site so your purchase doesn’t show on the TikTok shop. Ordered in September, but the Item never arrived. As I’d paid by PayPal, I thought I was covered by their buyer’s protection, so I opened a dispute. However, PayPal wouldn’t refund my money as the company had provided tracking info showing the item had been delivered. Item was never delivered so the tracking information must be fake. I advised PayPal they should remove their services from this company. Beware.
SCAM - there are tones of these companies selling this product and after a week the company name changes but it is the same product. Why does Tic Tok not shut these down and keep letting them reappear. Very upset by this and feel let down this happens so easily. Now to try and get my money back!
Same experience as everyone else. Ordered 10/6, couldn’t find my order on the tik tok shop. Had to go back through my emails. Emailed the company, they sent an email back with shipment info ending with arrival at airport on 10/22. Their website now shows no delivery info yet, check back later.

Never received product. Ordered sep 7th, they provided tracking information. Tracking information never showed movement of the shipment. When I requested updates they told me my package arrived in my city on Oct 1st by screen shot- they never provided a tracking link that I could use. When I requested a refund they replied that my package was signed for on oct 4th and told me to check with my neighbors. I asked for proof of signature, they did not provide proof. More context - no where in their shipping policy does it state they require signature for delivery. I have proof of purchase, my emails and their replies. Poor business practices, deceptive communication, and basically a scam for taking money and not providing a product.
Did not receive what was ordered. Tracking number provided is invalid. Emailed vendor but received no response.

SCAM alert! Never received product. After a month, I contacted them. They said it was signed for, so I asked for proof. Nothing. They just told me to check with neighbors and the post office. Then my card was charged from Wayfair.com. We didn’t order anything from them, never have. Make sure to check your bank statements. Reported to my bank and the FTC.
Scam Shop ordered Sept. 11th . And should be delivered Okt. 6. But no one knows where its been delivered they said to the neighbors but they dont got anyting and me neather... so dont waste your money on that.
I did not hear anything about my order being shipped out so I asked them about it a month later they said it was delivered but I did not receive anything I then emailed them back and said I hadn't received anything where they then said I should call my local postal office and gave me a random phone number that wasn't to my local postal office I then emailed them again and asked what postal office they had used where they then apologise and said they would resend it but never did they do no longer answer any emails I send to them it's definitely a scam
BIG FAKE GUYS.NEVER SEND WHAT YOU ORDER.
