Is honeybirdette.com Legit?

While Honey Birdette does not do a direct exchange system, it is easy to be able speak with their chat to get something similar done. Iris was wonderful in managing the process. I had to buy the actual item I wanted but when I receive it, I can send back the incorrect item. There was free priority shipping for me also!

Over 3 years have purchased about 8 sets from Honey. Our favorite clothing store. Every article is perfect and makes her look and feel $M.On 2 occasions needed customer care and both ladies went beyond what they had to to fix it. Great products and customer service.Have ordered several times and very pleased with the products. On a recent order, received some hold ups and on inspection after opening saw that there was a ladder/hole in one of the stockings. Contacted customer service and Vera immediately organised a replacement which was received the next day. Geat sales on regulary, bought a new set after the hold up incident, all orders received promptly.

As a customer for over 6 years, HB was great. Product quality, design, and service were top notch and the best in class. Playboy bought this company about 2 years ago and trashed it. The customer service is awful. Every order placed since, is shipped late, incomplete, product damaged, etc. You can not get any adequate service at all. Emails never addressed. The product quality has gone down, but the prices remain high. It's close to junk now, and using the same factories as Playboy lingerie throw away stuff but still $150 bras, and $100 underwear. After several orders of complete disregard for any service standard I just won't spend another dollar with them. So disappointing to see a great brand and company get destroyed and fall so far. I would suggest not purchasing from them, ever. If something goes wrong, and it likely will based on their operations, good luck and prepare to open a chargeback with your CC company.

Amazing customer service. Celine was great. I ordered a set, but received an incomplete order, where one piece was missing. HB cancelled that piece, which made me frustrated and ready to return the whole order. Celine from customer service has reached out to me and found that piece on Australian site, from where I was able to order and complete the set. She also refunded me the original Shipping fee, so that I only paid one shipping fee, for 2 orders.

There was an issue with sizing but Tiffany was amazing in supply me with an alternative. Thanks, Honey.

I read some bad reviews online and had some concerns about ordering from their EU web store, but everything went perfectly. Even returning items that didn't fit worked exactly as I expected.Items run pretty much true to the size. Most of the prices are very high compared to the "good but not awesome" quality of the items, so keep an eye on the sale periods during May/June and November/December.Most underwear comes in a nice black satin bag, which adds a nice touch to the experience.

Tiffany provided outstanding customer service by helping me resolve a pricing issue with my recent order. She was professional, efficient, and made sure severything was handled smoothly. The best lingerie, now I will only buy underwear here, especially since there is such a huge selection. Excellent customer support. I had a problem with the lock on one of my bustiers, I described the problem, sent a photo and they refunded my money, admitting the mistake.

Love the designs, the product quality also but their international policy is a mess ! Once you've filled a certain amount, you're supposed to get ''free shipping''. Well it's only half true as they add other fees and duties that NO OTHER site ever. Also, the shipping cost are astronomical, ALL other competitors will offer FULL free shipping for a much smaller amount. Even Ebay charges less. Flexibility varies based on whom you're talking to. I'm tired of this company. Love their stuff but their policies, lack of flexibility and the misinformation on their site is tiresome. I've had enough. Just canceled my 360$ order, I'll use it elsewhere.

I was very frustrated that a technical error resulted in my purchasing an entire set on sale that then was partially refunded due to not being able to fulfill the set...leaving me without the item I most needed and based the purchase on. T_T Fortunately Bambi in customer service did her level best to soothe my feelings not just with polite and helpful attitude, but with multiple real solutions to the best of her ability.

Just had a gift delivery and the quality does not match its price. And the packagings…. Honestly for a self called high end luxury lingerie HB lacks in luxury quality and its presentation. Item loosely packed in a simple cheap satin bag then put inside a plastic jiff back. Would at least expect a box with tissue papers like we get from Agent Provocateur. Even Ann Summers upscale HB in their quality and service. Same in their shops Super expensive underwear hanging of cheap plastic hangers… Terrible and disappointing all Around. Def returning these…

Terrible online customer service. Don't expect to get a refund. You have to escalate your issue. I bought a $200 item. 8 days have passed any no refund or confirmation. They will always blame it on the payment method, paypal or direct debit.
