Is homedetail.co.uk Legit?

This is the second (identical) garden sofa set I’ve bought from Home Detail. I liked it so much, I’ve doubled up. I am just as happy with the service and product as I was the last time. Ordering was easy, communications regarding delivery was brilliant and product is perfect. Pity the sun has done a disappearing act.

Easy purchase process. Delivery on time, great product , especially for the price. Exactly as described. Mattress on a but thinner side but sofa bed will be used only occasionally for the guests so nothing that a good mattress topper couldn't solve.

Briliant service. Couldn't ask for any better. We bought corner sofa bed, which was for a good price itself and very nice quality. It's been promptly delivered within time slots. Excellent service.

The delivery driver was very helpful and the sofa was even better than expected. The quality is great and easy to put together. The only problem was not being told if it was an am or pm delivery . Apart from that highly recommend.

Delivery was quick. Informed at every stage. Delivered earlier than anticipated. Delivery team were fantastic, friendly and respectful.Sofa bed is heavy, came in two packages. Definitely requires 2 people to carry. Very easy to assemble. Only required a Philips screw driver and an enthusiastic wife! Took less than 10mins to assemble. Sturdy construction. Sofa and bed comfortable for me, wife says bed is a little firm for her. Looks great in our office and will accommodate one tall larger visitor or a tall thin couple with ease. I look forward to my first night using it as the huffy bed! Thank you!

I ordered a Langfor sofabed and it got delivered the next day! Everything was super quick and easy

Company were great to deal with but sadly the product was not. Efficient communication about the return

The product was good but there was a problem with the delivery whereby one of the 4 boxes was so damaged that it was impossible to tell whether all of the parts were there and undamaged so I had to reject delivery. No fault of theirs.Customer services at Home Detail were brilliant in resolving the matter as quickly as possible and supplying a replacement. They also refunded the express delivery charge which I had paid. Prior to the delivery problem they had been quick and efficient in dealing with the order so well done them - not so the delivery company!

Sofa chair met expectations. Great value for money and easy to assemble. Also delivered on time as promised. I will definitely purchase from them again.

Really poor quality sofa. Wasn’t expecting much but the quality is atrocious and the cushion covers are not even stitched properly. And holes between stitches. Horrible

your chair turned up on time and was in good orderput together in 15 minutes.only 1 problem 1 leg screw not in line but sortedvery please with service and it is Britishgood match with other chairdan butler

Quality is not not good.Broken wood underneath.Cannot tightened properly.Also hole wasn't right place.It was difficult to adjust.

Deliver guys were both polite willing to help. Respectful of my property and placed boxes exactly where I wanted them. No damage to boxes. Very quick turn around from ordering to delivery. Arrived at the start of the slot which was great as it meant I didn’t have to stay home all day awaiting them

Quick delivery. I haven't opened the box yet because its for my sons new flat which he hasn't moved into yet.

I ordered a Indiana Faux Leather Sofa Bed With Cupholder Tray, Black Faux Leather at 10pm on Monday night and it was delivered to my door by 3pm on the Wednesday. Fantastic. The driver was polite and offered assistance to carry it to the room but it was light enough to carry myself. The sofa is ideal for my gamesroom. It was easy to assemble and comfortable enough for occasional use which you would expect for this good price.

Fantastic customer service give when my product became faulty after purchasing the item. Would really recommend!

The only reason get 2 stars as was a quick delivery but the item came damaged, many chips within the frame and the main bit is literally snapped off.

Superb company to deal with.Excellent communication from start to finish.Missed 1st delivery but 2nd delivery was easy to arrange with no issues.Item was as described in A1 condition,very pleased all round.Would definitely use again!
