Is home-all.uk Legit?

It's finally arrived! I would advise Check reviews if you don't want to wait a month to receive your ordered item.For a start am still waiting for my order. When address says UK I expect it to be based in the UK. Not America. I have had one message it's in transit somewhere in America Do not order from this company it is a disgrace! & you order at your peril. Wish I'd read Trustpilot reviews before would never have ordered from this company.

I ordered three items from this company, two arrived, one is nowhere to be seen.Selfie stick, turned up and seems as described.Super powerful torch turned up, but was a pocket torch with none of the features advertised. I have requested a refund.Magnetic chess game - not arrived after 7 weeks, they say wait 15 days. Last update 8 days ago says its was out for delivery,Despite the name, I suspect this is a Chinese company, shipping from a facility in the US.

Do not use this company they are shocking. It took over a month for the item to arrive and when it did it was nowhere near the size I ordered althoug they were adamant it was. Customer service was very unprofessional and would only offer a £6 refund . I have raised a dispute through paypal

Looks like a scam unfortunately, ordered a magnetic game via a facebook add 4th Nov, shipping updates show it coming from US and updated every few days, going through customs etc. cleared UK customs and now been sat "in transit" in London for 10 days. 11th December still not received anything and no updates for 10 days. Not convinced I'm going to get it at all, reading other reviews seems I've fallen for a scam like so many others. I would advise avoiding this company.

Scam company. Ordered a magnetic game beginning of November, and have been getting endless emails with tracking that mean nothing. Apparently its stuck in Belfast, but I am in Lincoln!!I opened a case with PayPal and am now getting emails from a Chinese person giving all manner of excuses and saying to wait for delivery. I'll escalate to PayPal tomorrow for a full refund, & send screen shots of all these reviews.DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS

I was fully prepared to be asking my bank to claw my money back from this company based on these reviews. I couldnt believe I fell for the scam. However, my floating orb ball things actually turned up this morning! Company is in America and will add tax on when they take the money which I didnt know but the goods are here. I won't shop from them again mind just in case.

Terrible customer service. One of three flying orbs arrived broken. Their Customer service team would only offer me £3 compensation for the £8.99 product!? They also charged me too much money on my original order. What the hell is that all about!? Would very much avoid using them again after this first experience. :-(

Order still not received from October. Stated 2 tracking numbers, the 1st appeared to reach the UK but no further and the 2nd for the same item? hasn't even reached the UK. Keep telling me waiting for logistics to update. Asked for a refund due to non receipt and told it's in transit. Asked them to refund and take up with courier but still no resolution and Still no refund and no person to contact just an automated keep saying in transit so no refund - will never order from this company again.

Beware Beware Beware!!!!!!!NOT UK COMPANY! Don't be fooled by name!On 8th November I ordered a magnetic game from them believing they were in the UK only to find that it was shipped from USA. As others have said, every few days tracking was sent to me keeping me updated on its transit until it cleared UK customs, 8th December, allegedly, stuck at a carriers awaiting pick up. It is impossible to get any sense out of Home-All-UK or the courier company. DO NOT BUY

BEWARE Ordered flying orb spinners on 1st October. Overcharged on my credit card, no product arrived, no order acknowledgement. When I did get reply to my complaint was asked to send order number and tracking number so they could investigate. No such information provided. Seem to go around in circles.

Ordered 2 flying orbs at the beginning of December as presents for my grandkids, finally arrived on the 27th December!! When I opened the package the orb was broken in two places, and the charging cable would not fit into the charging point..... ABSOLUTE RUBBISH, steer well clear of home all UK. Wouldn't order from this lot ever again.

I ordered 4 flying orbs from this company. I also hadn't realised they would be shipped from the USA.... So they took a lot longer to arrive than I expected but they arrived in time for Christmas. However, two of the 4, had the magic controller missing. I have spent days trying to get this resolved. They insisted of photos (how can you photograph something that's missing???) And are now saying their warehouse states they haven't missed anything off my order. I suspect I will never get a resolution. Lesson learned, avoid like the plague!!!

Flying Orbs!! This is surely a scam. I ordered 10 days ago and have emailed them several times receiving the same robotic reply every time. The tracking details on the original invoice state that the product (flying orbs) is stuck in USA. (The original advert stated they are in London). They sent another tracking link which states that the order is in China!!!I wanted this for my grandson's birthday, which won't happen now.Shameless scammers....makes my blood boil.Ps this ad was on Facebook....beware Facebook ads

Ordered magnetic game on 18th Nov surprise surprise it hasn't arrived. I like others thought this company was uk based but it isn't!!!!! I have requested refund and PayPal are dealing with this fingers crossed I get a refund. Think a mth of waiting is long enough.This was a Christmas gift so now need to look elsewhere. Not happy 😒

I have been waiting 3 weeks plus and still no delivery! All communications are automated. It is impossible to communicate with an actual person.Products are not in UK but imported and additional tax has to be paid, which is not mentioned when purchase is made! Be aware!!!

Didn't realise this company was in United States, however my order of 3 flying orb balls arrived this morning which were ordered on 28th November.

Bought one of the magnetic chess games 27 Nov, arrived 27 Dec and the magnets are not as advertised, game can't be played. Terrible customer service telling me the item is correct. It is tat, absolute waste of money. I should have known better really.

Wish I had read the reviews and trusted my instinct not to order from an Instagram advert.Ordered an orb yesterday and was also overcharged using my debit card. Emailed them immediately to query it and did receive a response (which was I wasn't expecting to be honest!).They have stated there is a problem with my order and that was it. I emailed back to say please cancel and refund immediately but this email keeps failing to send to them. I will be contacting my bank!

Totally misleading advertising. Avoid this company . Goods are dispatched from the USA , despite all advertising suggesting UK based company . All automation replies so impossible to contact . Refund requested but not forthcoming . Do not use this company , waste of money

This company rips people off, if you cancel what you ordered within a short period of time they say it can’t be stopped so you have to have it delivered and then they make it so hard to ship back stay away from this company
