No one buy here please. 2 dresses for 89$, oversize, horrible quality.. they try to convince you to keep it because the cost of returning is even more expensive and they take no responsibility. Worst costumer service I’ve seen in my life. Disappointed. 🙄

Terrible quality. Misleading photos. Cheap fabrications. One of the items I ordered came completely unrecognizable from the images as advertised. I emailed them asking if they sent me the wrong item. Overall, I wasn’t expecting much in the first place considering the price points…but wow this was shocking. The store gave me an incredibly hard time with my return. We sent 12 (TWELVE) emails back and forth before they went completely silent. What they shipped me feels criminal. I have never been so blatantly ripped off.

Sizing is completely wrong. Zero customer service. Tried to return items only to be told it would be better for me to just keep them. Just don’t bother.

Worst customer service ever, super unprofessional and they refuse to refund me after my order “never arrived”. I’ve asked them countless times to provide me with the name of the carrier so I could contact them and they reply with “pls don’t worry” And when after 2 weeks of back and forth they never gave me a proper answer so I asked for a full refund which they said was “ not possible” They’re the worst.

I ordered a shirt and shorts set from Holykity and was not happy with my order, as the shirt arrived with a completely different print on it than advertised. I emailed Holykity with photos and was offered a $3 refund or the option to ship back the item at my own cost for a full refund. They took no accountability for false advertising, and seemed genuinely disinterested in their f up. It seems Holykity also remove comments from upset customers from their social media. I can’t imagine a single person being happy with their purchase from this company, or being happy with the level of customer service provided. Total scam. Avoid at all costs!!

Terrible quality, I ordered a dress which looked great on thier video . It arrived it was a different colour , badly finished off and generally tatty. The offered $10 refund and said I had to send it back at my cost whic would have been £46 more than the cost of the dress . Cheap Chinese rubbish .. don’t bother , save your money and buy from a more reliable store.

Unfortunately I was not sent a survey to fill out, but I was afforded excellent costumer service while talking to a representative. I had a bit of a returning issue and Casey went out of the way to explain and help me out. I reached out through text messages and response time was very speedy and extremely helpful. At the very lest I can say Casey deserves a raise!
