Truly awesome bags!!! I bought a leather bag for my friend Linda and she LOVED it! I also bought 2 leather bags for myself and matching wallets and cannot begin to tell you how pleased I am with mine... both are absolutely beautiful! I am so pleased with the quality and workmanship...and what a wonderful way to spread HIS word! Thanks again and keep up the good work! Deborah K

The bags are beautiful and have gotten compliments on it and asked where I got it from. However, in reality the bags are over-priced in my opinion. The buy one get one free is really equivalent of buying two bags. I wished I had gone with the larger bag for myself, but since I personalized I can't gift it like I did with the "free" bag for my sister that was also personalized. It still works for the medium size but the largest bag would had worked better for me. I didn't give 5 stars because the arrival time that was given was way longer then expected date. Customer service was great. Very responsive and did their best with updates. Overall pleased with the quality of bag so far.

I had issues with my purchase the boxes were smashed as was the purses and reached out and Jennifer .. work hard to get me taken care of .. holistic bags are beautiful! And they stand behind their products and fix the issues ! Thanks again Jen I truly appreciate you doing all that you did! Would recommend this company to anyone! The problem was in Jan and got it fixed with my order arriving yesterday

Ordering online can be sketchy for old-folks like me. But, checking out was easy and painless! I was emailed with updates on the progress of my bags and when I could expect their arrival. Both bags arrived earlier than anticipated and in excellent condition! The quality is beyond my expectations! I will definitely use this company again.

1. Bags too big. No description on ordering as to size.2. Gift box which had to pay extra for, damaged and unattractive.3. Zippers are cheap!!....Don't slide well. Doubt they will last.4. Disappointed and regret ordering. Too much money for product. Would have never purchased if in a store.

I received my 2 holistic bags within an acceptable time frame. Of course after ordering them, I wanted them NOW! I love both and now the decision is which one do I use first. They are beautiful and top quality and no matter which one I am using at the time, I will carrying them with style and letting people know that our God is alive and in control.

The bags are beautiful and definitely worth the wait. The only two things I would hope they work on is their delivery and updates. If you order for a special occasion order at least a month and a half to two months ahead of time to make sure it arrives on time. I know keeping someone updated on their order can be a pain but even if you just touch base once a week or every two weeks would probably alleviate someone's anxiety about where their order is. But I will admit every time I reached out someone responded within reasonable time. I ordered two bags and am extremely happy and will be ordering again in the future.

Don't show pictures only of the bags with accessories. Make it plain that to receive bags with zipper closure and removable handles these items cost extra. People believe this is a Christian company, but we are taken advantage of since you will not make sure we are completely satisfied with our purchase. The bags are not worth their cost.

Ordered two bags which shipped separately. Had an issue with USPS during delivery - one bag was delivered to the wrong address (not the company's fault). The customer service at Holistic Bags has been phenomenal! They have been very helpful and supportive in getting my issue resolved. They offered to send me a replacement bag for the missing one, and I can't thank them enough! They've been wonderful! Highly recommend!

Beautifully packaged, showing care for not only the product, but the purchaser.The bag is exactly as shown when I ordered. Clear decoration, crisp lettering for the verse. The lining has an added vibrancy and gives the hint of luxury many similar bags miss. It's well-made and feels sturdy, without being clumsy or heavy. It will be a pleasure to use and is already a joy to own. Thank you.

Just recently bought 2 of these beautiful leather scripture bags one for my mother and the other for my mother inlaw. They came exactly as they were ad advertised to be. So grateful and appreciative fir the beautiful way it was, packaged, designed and sent via tracking. I was always kept informed with how my parcel was coming along with its tracking system never having to worry as I was keeping it tracked. 💯 100% Satisfied Customer & Highly recommended 10/10

I can't believe 2 months it took to receive a hole in a brand new purse, and not the right personal ized engraving, I even tipped! I guess yall got so big that your work and production of the purses were rushed poor work, I went to my local Christian Bookstore and I found a similar one cheaper and sticking was more accurate. My mother's gift I ordered in November with the garuantee of delivery by Xmas, was late, sent another bag with a random name from a different company arrived jan 10 to have a broken zipper and hole in zipper pocket poorly made.

The online ordering was easy and the communication and follow up was outstanding, and best of all my wife loves her bag so much I’m ordering another one the next size downMike G

This was my first time buying from them and I was a little concerned about the shipping time, but their customer service was excellent about replying to all my emails and sending me tracking numbers. I received my bags and they are beautiful! They came in separate bags but they both came. I didn't pay for the nice box so they are a little dented from shipping but after a couple days they straightened out. I used one for my church bag and got lots of compliments and shared the website.

I was glad to see a Christian website out there to order a product with Biblical scriptures on personal items. I ordered this for my daughter-in- law for Christmas but I opened it to look at it and it’s like I want to give it to her now!!

I ordered 2 Bible study bags from Holistic Bags. They are absolutely beautiful. I ordered 1 to use for spring/summer and another to use for fall/winter. I just received the one for fall/winter and I'm so excited to use it this Sunday. They are very nice quality bags.
