Is hodgesbadge.com Legit?

I have been ordering from Hodges approximately 20yrs or so & have never had an issue at all. This particular year I ordered from them & then ordered an item from somewhere else. Not only did April fix my problem from the other company, but came out of left field with an idea that I would never have thought of! Then April & Tom took me on a tour. I would have never thought after all these yrs I would be walking through their facility. I was so impressed at the organization, professionalism & cleanliness it was amazing!! Wow! Our show was put into panic mode when the local supplier for our ribbons informed us one month before the show that they wouldn't be able to fulfill our order. Hodges Badge Company to the rescue! Not only did we receive our ribbons and rosettes in less than 3 weeks, but their customer service was top notch. So much so that we are going to use them for all of our future awards at our annual county youth fair. I can't say enough good things about our experience! The attention to detail was impeccable!

Diane Hill in Customer Service was best - very knowledgeable and helpful. She answered all of my questions regarding the trophy (dimensions, weight, material) and was thorough taking all of the information about engraving. Even more exciting was that the trophy arrived in one week (two weeks sooner than promised)! All around excellent experience. Thank You Diane and Hodges.

I order rosettes for cat shows at least three times a year. I've dealt with many companies but really like working with Hodges. Their web site is easy to use and makes re-ordering a breeze! When I've called with questions, their representatives have been very friendly and helpful. They are very efficient, completing my orders in only 2-3 weeks, which is almost unheard-of when it comes to rosettes!

The ribbon selections are immense, so many choices. The ordering is easy, I've dealt with multiple ladies and they all have been freindly and helpful. We reorder items, so I submit my request by email and get a reply within a day. Our order came quickly and was correct- as always!

We received an incorrect color on a shipment of medals. We contacted customer service (Nicole) and she investigated the order to see where the error was. She responded within 24 hours & the company is shipping the correct color medals. We are very pleased with the service and the resolution. Nicole also answered questions I had about an upcoming order. We will definitely order with Hodges again.

Wrong color placement, misspelled word, I had to work with my customer service person, Diana, more than I’ve ever had to work to get my order correct. In the end it was fixed but this order took a lot of work.

I worked with Diane on a special project for a couple friends. I just received the ribbons and they are completely perfect. I’m super happy with my experience. The only thing I would possibly say is that I thought the shipping $ was pretty high for the small box I got.

Great customer service, best part is speaking directly to a person without any of the annoying directives of press 1, etc.,etc., etc. in this day and age it’s absolutely refreshing and so for all my awards needs Hodges has my loyalty
