Is hobbs.co.uk Legit?

Hobbs makes the kind of clothes I like. Classic and well-made. My most recent purchase was an Audrey knitted dress, which I think will be comfortable and warm to wear.The Cheltenham shop is always welcoming and the staff are very helpful and knowledgeable about the stock.

excellent customer service - again & sgain from Hobbs. This time - thanks to Mikhayla in their " chat" service- great efficient & pleasant way to resolve any problems-Hobbs are very good at it. Nice to see more natural fabrics coming back into their latest Autumn -Winter range- less plastic fabrics always get a great big thumbs up from me!.... thanks Mikhayla & well done on improved fabrics Hobbs! The assistance from the teamIn the shop to try different styles and to pair different types of tops and skirts made it such a pleasurable experience I bought far more than I should! And am incredibly pleased I did so!

I love Hobbs coats and had a token from last Christmas to spend !! Staff in shop always lovely and helpful ! I bought “Jaymie Puffer” in kyanite green and my assistant could not be more helpful as it was a toss up between this and red Jess jacket !! Hopefully a promotion on soon and I can go back for that too! Always a pleasure to shop in this branch !! I worked for Kurt Geiger and know a little goes a very long way !! Thankyou ladies ! Xx

I fell in love with Hobbs’ 2024 Autumn collection and bought a few pieces.Special thank yous to Laura at Cheltenham branch and Sha at Edinburgh branch for their help and kindness.

I'm not a great shopper, but Michele made it easy with her helpful and friendly manner. I can't believe I found the perfect outfit for my son's wedding without any stress. All the staff are very friendly and helpful and also looked after my sister who I dragged along for support. Thanks for making it a really smooth and stress free shopping trip.

I asked if the suit could be put on one side as I would be in on Saturday to try on, unfortunately we were unable to get there as we live quite a distance from Shrewsbury but when we went on the Monday it was still there and it fitted perfectly so I purchased it.The staff,were very helpful Thankyou.

Hobbs was the only shop in Cheshire Oaks that had clothes that were good quality, stylish classics and fitted. I ended up buying more than I intended and not what I went for!

The staff were welcoming and very helpful. I was exchanging a dress I bought online; I liked the dress but it was the wrong size. They suggested I try on a similar dress in store to make sure of the sizing and helped me make a decision.

Outstanding customer service! I bought a dress in the sale with an already excellent discount; however the next morning I noticed there was an additional 10% off so I queried if this could be applied to my purchase as I had ordered it only a matter of a few hours beforehand. The team very kindly agreed that should I wish to keep the dress they would refund me the additional 10%. The dress fitting perfectly and I shall be wearing it to my daughter's wedding next May! The emails I received were so courteous and friendly it really made the difference to my shopping experience with Hobbs

Chrissie in the Cardiff branch was very helpful but not pushy . She brought many items to the changing room that she thought may be suitable for a wedding. Excellent

Really impressed with the service and help from the sales assistant. Being a short person I do not find shopping for clothes easy. I will certainly be shopping at Hobbs again.

I ordered a dress from Hobbs direct and same style different size from John Lewis. Unfortunately JL was the one that fitted so I returned the Hobbs order. It took 3 weeks for the return to be credited along with 2 emails to chase it. Come on Hobbs! It’s back to JL in future for me

I had an issue with an order that was not fully processed but the money was taken. I contacted customer service and Niamh was so efficient, professional and kind and helpful. I am awaiting an update and hopefully everything will be rectified.

Well, I was really lucky to find some super shoes in the sale! But I also indulged in some smart black trousers & the most gorgeous Chanel-style tweed jacket in peacock blue!! Apart from the obvious quality of the clothing, which was well cut & cleverly styled, I loved its versatility: you could dress most of the stuff up or down and, even more importantly, a lot of the clothes sat well on older ladies like myself, while not looking remotely fuddy on women much younger! Last, but not least, the assistants in the Glasgow branch I visited were wonderful - quick, clever, patient & genuinely kind.

On approaching the desk at the Dundrum store with the photo of the dress that I wanted the sales assistant said no I have not seen that did not really show any effort at all,. Thank goodness another assistant stood near that took a look at the photo and knew where it was straight away, she was so helpful fetching different sizes and lengths.I ended buying the matching jacket .

The staff In Cheltenham Hobbs could not have been more helpful. From helping me find the right dress and offering suggestions, to ordering and delivery options as the shop dress was damaged. Excellent service from all the staff. My dress arrived at my home the next day, very impressed.

Really helpful and knowledgeable staff. I ordered 2 pairs of jeans and one pair was so perfect that the lady let me return the other pair (way too long!) and ordered me another pair of the perfect ones. When they arrive I will probably buy a dress as well. The staff are so friendly and not at all "pushy"

Do not expect a next day delivery when you pay for this service - as Hobbs use EVRI. Really not the courier you would expect a premium brand to use. Placed an order on Thursday night for Saturday delivery and surprise surprise it did not arrive, even though it was ‘out for delivery’. Then suddenly ‘unable to deliver’. Will never order from Hobbs again.
