Very fast shipping and robust packaging. I bought two neon signs and they are both better than I expected. The build quality is really great. And thanks for discount coupons, they are good surprises coming out of the box. Definitely will order again.

I purchased a neon sign, and it came within two weeks, very professionally wrapped against damage from the courier.The quality is superb, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I ordered a remote control after my purchase and they responded withoin 24 hours. Great service!! I highly recommend this company!

I was unsure about ordering at Hoagard as most facebook ads are a scam. However, they had the Klarna afterpay option so I went for it.I accidentally ordered the wrong item but support quickly fixed that for me. After not hearing from Hoagard for while I suddenly got a notification that my item was in transit. The only strange thing is that the package was coming from Turkey, even though the site said that all European orders would ship from Germany. So that was either a lie or old information.Finally after about 20 days (ish) I got the package and was suprised by the build quality. A nice metal frame and the leds are awesome and bright. Would order again 👍

Delivery times respected, only two days late but not your fault. All perfect. The neon (Van Gogh) works very well and with the remote control, purchased separately, you can adjust the light intensity and more.The idea of ​​building a bird's nest with the cardboard from the packaging is wonderful. The discount coupon (15%) is an invitation for further purchases which I will certainly do.Nice work Hoagard.

I have asked them more than 6 times for months to please send me the invoice. Still waiting. I am overly disappointed.

I ordered a Cocktails & Dreams neon sign and was promised delivery within 7 days (as stated on their website). After the 7 days I was informed by Hoagard that I needed to pay an additional fee to cover some additional shipping costs towards DHL due to the dimensions of the package and the region i live in (Denmark). This is even though their website states that free delivery to Denmark is included with the price. Since I paid the additional fee I haven't heard anything back on either email, text messages on WhatsApp or Instagram messages. So I am left with the feeling that I've paid for a product that I am not going to receive on top of being ignored.

Great product, I really love it! Shipping took a bit long though, but overall very satisfied with my order. Would definitly order again.

Just received my order in the 14 day time frame as promised. The quality is absolutely beyond my expectation. So ever happy! Also received a 15% discount voucher for my next order which I will be placing today. So the ‘good vibes only’ will be for my medical clinic and now I’ll have to decide what I want for home. I ordered 3 times from them and have some since 4 years.I never bought neon products so I can’t know about them, but the metal arts were and are always GREAT! never had any issues, the quality always perfect, delivery very quick and customer service fast, competent and very kind.I can just very recommend Hoagard if you like some different and original wall products.

High-quality product, perfect customer service! I bought both Metal and Neon items from Hoagard. OMG! Metal wall art looks so sturdy and charming on the walls. The Neon wall art was very affordable compared to the other Australian companies. It shipped from Brisbane, not China! The brightness is great. Although I had a small courier issue, the customer service team handled it very well.

It said it could take up to 30 days, but it has been 30 days and I've not received a tracking number, an update or anything that indicates my order is being processed at all. THIS WAS A CHRISTMAS GIFT! I bought it with more than time to receive it and I this will just ruin Christmas for my little sister. Customer support says they are looking into it, but never come back.

To sum up my experience with them:- Took over 3 months to receive my neon wall art.- Wrote multiple times to customer support, only replying generic messages.- After finally receiving the product, the neon doesn't even light up. (Paid almost 200$CAD for this)

Waiting for my products since March. Customer service is terrible. Despite the German address, they are probably not Germans or do not speak German at least. The package is cycling within the same logistic center for weeks. Something seems odd.

No one has responded to my emails about my package not arriving. Tracking hasn’t adjusted since August 23rd and yet not one person in your company has even tried to help me out, other than sending me ANOTHER copy of the same tracking that shows the package hasn’t moved in weeks. Your policy states you would send me another or give me a refund. And yet your business has not prioritized this issue. I am still waiting.

I love the wall light, it's so cool and everyone compliments it when they come over. It isn't like a regular neon sign, as it uses LEDs inside a strip so it doesn't get too hot, but you can't tell unless you get up close and it REALLY looks like a normal neon light (but safer). It was shipped in good packaging to keep it safe, and it also arrived pretty quick.

We received 2 neon lights. One of them smelled really bad when plugged in and also caused a short circuit. I wanted to exchange the product or get the money back. After two failed returns (packages came back to me) I tried to contact them via WhatsApp (texts and calls) several times within 5 days and they just weren't responding. Really disappointed by the product and also by the customer service.
