Is hispek.com Legit?

Searched internet for best price, Hispek had it, delivery was slower than expected but I guess this is down to RM as well

Ordered BOSE headphones from Hispek - great price which nobody else could get near to. Had a request to call them about 20mins are ordering to confirm why I wanted the item send to an address which was different from my billing address, good security. Item was dispatched next working day via courier. Received next day. Unfortunately product faulty, customer service great so far, have arranged courier to collect tomorrow and will test and send out another once fault confirmed. Hopefully will go without a hitch, watch this space!

Told because credit card registered at different address than delivery address that would have to get authorization code from bank before could be delivered. Too much hassle. Ordered from Amazon instead even though slightly more expensive.

Good all-round experience. Communication between Hispek and its delivery company was poor. When I phoned the delivery office to check the arrival date for my Sebo vacuum cleaner, I was told to phone the next day as the details of my order couldn't be found. This happened around 6 pm and my machine was delivered the following afternoon. Luckily, someone was there to receive it, what about if nobody had been?. Spoiled my, otherwise, good shopping experience.

I ordered some Bose headphones, ordered on the Tuesday, delivered on Thursday - 5 stars for delivery. Unfortunately they were faulty so contacted hi spek who organised a a collection within 48 hours. The refund took nearly 1 week which is the only reason I gave this company 4 stars and not 5. I would have no hesitation in ordering from them again.

Hi, I've just used Hispek to purchase a Bose Sounddock and the price and service were both fantastic. I was kept informed of the status of my order by email and even though I was told of a small delay it still arrived within the original stated delivery period. I can't fault them. If you're thinking of buying anything electrical check out their website - I'm sure you won't be disappointed.

Its a nice unit, but i wouldn't be fooled by the virtual surround as its not that good, its loud, i haven't had time to check and see if it has individual bass settings to turn it down, the web access section doesn't have a great interface but its useable. It does the job, its clear and crisp, I cannot fault the speakers. I cannot get the whole ARC thing working but that may just be my TV!

Washing machine ordered on line over the weekend, delievery confirmed for Tuesday, arrived by 09.00. Fantastic service when you've been without a washing machine for a fortnight. The only improvement that could be made, is for the (comparatively pricey) recycle of our defunct machine at £20 to include taking the new machine out of its packaging and clearing it away and then this is on a par with self-styled service kings, John Lewis.

I placed an order which was accepted, order raised, price, product detailed. Payment details given, television was in stock, I felt sure all was ok. No problem I thought, it was a good price, I had studied the promotional video of the company, they seemed genuine. Only trouble is they didn't come up with the goods. They obviously hadn't got stocks, couldn't get any more and let their customers down Oh, they texted me 3 days after the order was placed, asking me to contact them. They needed to check with me because my delivery address was different.Meanwhile the Samsung televisions had all been sold. Why didn't they text me before this happened. I believe someone else reported the same experience on their negative review.

Initially sceptical due to a couple of negative reviews but hey you can't please everyone and nobody is perfect. Also it's good that they respond to negative comments you see here which is commendable rather than ignoring them and shows they care. Got my Bose speaker the very next day and in excellent condition. Very pleased with service.

Hispek were advertising Bose Quiet Comfort 15 noise cancelling headphones for £249 - £30 less than the competition and £50 cheaper than Bose themselves. I duly ordered them with free p&p and they arrived 5 days later. It doesn't really get any better and the headphones work fine

I ordered an Lec T50082W fridge/freezer on line.It now sits proudly in my kitchen & does it's job perfectly. I would recommend this product to anyone. However, the practise of debiting my account of the full amount when the product was infact out of stock should not be allowed. I ordered the item on the 28th August & my account was debited on the 30th. The item was not delivered until the 10th September. Surely we should not be expected to pay for something this far in advance of receiving the goods. G.W. Cumbria.

I hadn't heard of Hi Spek before and was slightly dubious at their very keen price of the vacuum cleaner I wanted - was it too good to be true? But I Googled them and was satisfied it wasn't a dodgy scam site. I have to say the service was excellent, the Miele upright cleaner arrived very quickly. I needed to validate the extended warranty but could not find it on the webpage. I phoned Hi Spek customer services who were excellent (Kathryn McIlroy). She sorted my question right away - really efficient and well run company - will definitely use again and recommend. 5 stars!

Highly recommend this company, bought an LG TV (55LB730V). Excellent customer service and excellent product. Dealt with a guy called 'Gilbert', who was very helpful. Ordered the TV on Wednesday, was ordered on the Friday, even though it was under free delivery and on a seven day option. Communications were excellent, email confirmation delivery. Delivery was on time with a phone call to firm up the time on a two hour time slot. Product is amazing! 5 Year warranty was delivered less than a week after the TV. Very happy with the product, definitely recommend the company Thanks

I ordered a vacuum cleaner for my elderly sister who lives in a first floor flat, which visitors reach by way of entry phone system. My sister is mid eighties, not at all fit, and telephoned me to tell me that the cleaner had been delivered and what a very kind delivery man who showed great kindness towards her. Thank you - I hope I can use your company again.

I ended up cancelling my order as you wouldn't send my parcel 2 minutes down the road to my parents home (I work full time so am never home). I would have had to go to caerphilly to pick it up from the depo which is roughly 30 miles away. Awful customer service on the phone from the lady I spoke to. I will not be reccomending your site to anybody and have written to WHICH.co.uk to inform them of the awful service I've had, never before have I had an issue with having anything delivered to my parents address. This includes washing machine, fridge freezer and a lot more!

Ordering was easy, prices couldn't be beaten (and believe me, I tried to get a better deal but couldn't). Company kept me fully informed as to the progress of my order and delivery was bang on time. The delivery guys were polite & helpful, they unpackaged my tumble dryer and took away all the rubbish. The product works perfectly (much needed in this wet and raining climate). What more can a customer want!

I emailed Hispek via spares-2-go, about a fairly obscure part for my Krups coffee machine. Not only did they respond within 24 hours, they sent an entire diagram of the whole machine so I could properly identify the part I was looking for. I have ordered the part which is due within a week, and kept the diagram for anything else which may eventually go. Very helpful.

I ordered a new Bosch Hoover and was susprised how rapidly the item was despatched. Unfortunately the courier service seemed to be a bit haphazard and after leaving a card (because they needed a signature) telling me I could pick up the cleaner from the depot, when I got to the depot I was told it had been put on the van for delivery again. Got home to find my neighbour had signed for it. I'll put that down to experience but it certainly wouldn't put me off using Hispek again.

After spending numerous hours reviewing vacuum cleaners I decided on a Miele. Hispek was one of the best prices and free delivery too so I took the plunge. My order arrived very quickly and I was kept informed every step of the way - no waiting in all day. I received emails telling me exactly where my order was in the system and even one to say it would be delivered within the hour! Very impressed - that's how it should be - shopping at it's best. Oh yes, I am very pleased with my purchase too - what a sucker!!

I ordered a bose mini sound link with case from this company to the cost of £175. I returned the product the very next day because I thought was not worth the money. I phoned there customer service who informed me as it been opened they will deducted £72.50 from me for 30% stocking fee =£52.50 + £10 each item returned even they we're delivered in the same parcel. SO BEWARE THIS COMPANY!
