The movers were fast, hardworking and very efficient. I needed help filling out my container and they were able to put everything inside in 2 hours. They were very careful with my belongings and receptive to my suggestions. I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone that needs help moving!

Able to handle the unloading quite well including heavy items. Arranged things in locations specified for each; took directions, ready to reshuffle if needed. On time, called before hand and courteous. Did pretty good job.

I was very wary of using this service, offered via a Budget rent-a-truck. But they were helpful, responsive and extremely reliable. The customer service continued even after our move. The movers they sent, Two Men and a Duck, were also on time, polite, efficient and proactive. I highly recommend this service.

The guys were great. They were running late and communicated this to us way before even being late. When they got to our house they started loading the Pod and didn’t stop. It was a very hot day and they didn’t miss a beat. I would hire these guys again. Hope we have a team as good as they were when it is time to unpack our POD in Florida.

Worst moving experience ever with movers that you promoted on your site. Then when things went wrong I reported it to you and was told I would get a call back. I never did and had to keep calling you. The only communication you provided was much later, and only about releasing the payment. My complaint was never resolved or even addressed. I then had to tell you multiple times over the phone and again over email to release the payment. Your communication and organizational skills are severely lacking!

Selling & Buying a house if very stressful with LOTS of contracts and moving pieces. My selection was 3 helpers for 2 hours, but somehow the contract was for 3 helpers for 3 hours, which I missed. I even confirmed with the workers, 2 hours? They said YES. I've paid HireAHelper over $1k, and they would not reimbursed me for that hour that I missed. I was just told, YOU SHOULD HAVE READ THE CONTRACT. Let's get real, how many of us read every single word of every contract and is perfect? I just think doing the right thing for the customer makes a big difference in a company. I will say that all of the workers, really worked hard, they were awesome.

Hired 2 helpers for 3 hours to help pack two 16' storage pods. They were hard working and efficiently packed the pods to maximize all available space.

HireAHelper does not verify licensing of the movers they allow to advertise on their platform. Many of the movers are operating illegally without a DOT number which is required by New York State law and do not even have an office location.
