The new parts that I got were all upgraded. With additional advantages like variable speed, Great voltage more power, and docking station for battery with LED display.

Fast shipping. Simple to install. In my opinion the best add on kit out there. Gives you power when you need it and standard pedaling when you don't. The Sprinter is a great choice for converting cruiser and vintage bikes like ours.

You made our old pedal trike a very nice e-trike for us old folks (77&81year olds). First off I really enjoyed putting the upgrade on the old trike and we both enjoy talking it out for a ride, if we get tired it will take us home with out any more pedaling.

My wishes were never met! I wanted a second battery to replace my failing one, that way my range is extended plus I will not be stranded. The first person sold me a complete battery/carrier set up but the set up was mismatched. The second person straightened this mistake out but I still have my old battery/carrier set up and it is incompatible with the new carrier/battery. Now several months later I'm tired of working with these guys.

I purchased 2 Hilltopper Sprinter kits 3 years ago; they still perform like new, after that amount of time and approximately 300 miles of riding.I just purchased 2 more Sprinter kits; we are now retired snowbirds, and I’m tired of lugging our bikes back and forth. So now we have electric bikes at both houses, and continue to bike year round.Absolutely awesome products and support!

I've taken my Schwinn Meridian to several private, county,& state campgrounds. Its marvelous. I'm 73 & don't think I've had more fun camping than after installing the Hilltopper assembly. I had to get additional cables as those supplied where a tad short for my trike. I'm terribly glad I went this route. My husband has an Ebike which gets away from him now & again. The Hilltopper is perfect for my needs.

We couldn't be happier with our Hilltopper Discover step-through electric bike! We use the bike daily for hauling our toddler to daycare. Our previous electric cargo bike was way too heavy. Being able to throw a child seat on the back of this relatively lightweight e-bike has been a game changer. My husband (6'2") and I (5'4") are both able to use the bike with a simple seat height adjustment. The folks over at Hilltopper were super friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend their products to anyone that's in the market!

I’ve been using a Hilltopper on 2 bikes for 4-5 years. Loved the product. This year I bought a battery upgrade. Installation was less straightforward and getting support was impossible. There are no instructions and the only help that I could raise on the phone were non-tech people and robots.

We needed a brand new battery for our Hilltopper but we had the old water bottle style battery. Our representative at Hilltopper found one of the last ones available, tested it over the weekend to make sure it was in great shape because it was in the warehouse probably for a long while and sent it out in a timely manner. The battery is wonderful! We own two hilltoppers bike kits so far and it is an amazing product and at an affordable price point!

Absolutely best thing since sliced bread installed on 2019 cannondale adventurer The hilltopper is perfect for me easy to install works as advertised does exactly what I need just a little help on the hills at 65 I still like to bike but some trails have hills this system works well I don’t use pedal assist throttle only I have been over 250 miles from install battery still fully charged Company is great to deal with no issues to date customer service followed up after my order was completed to make sure all was good

When I arrive to a steep hill, my hilltopper saves the day by making my climb very comfortable. On flat roads, using my hilltopper make me pass bikes that are much lighter than my bike.

We love our Hilltopper Sprinter motor assists. Being able to get up hills will help us complete the American Discovery Trail in West Virginia.I was disappointed that the bike center found the battery cradle to be defective on my husband's Sprinter and that my husband wasn't able to use his our first week in West Virginia. Staff were responsive and sent a replacement. However, the lag time between responses to emails and phone calls was frustrating. I had hoped they could overnight the part in time for our trip but instead didn't hear back until we were half through the trip. Hopefully they will be able to improve response time in the future.

The diameter of my handlebars is larger than the throttle mount. Had to modify it a longer screw and then wedge it so it doesn’t slip gorilla glue. I hope it works so far it’s worked great. Hilltopper was very simple to install and so far seems to work really nice Back-and-forth to work when the weather is good 2 1/2 miles each way it’s really nice full suspension specialized bike ground control

I bought the Hilltopper Summit kit. The documention was not accurate and incomplete. The kit met my needs but not my expectations. The way to reset the trip counter is not obvious and their tech did not know the proper way to do it. There are several features that the display is capable of but not implemented. I expected more of their top of the line kit. The display was initially defective but their tech was good about sending another one. The throttle has a dead zone and it is difficult to control the power.

Being a Retired Disabled Veteran I never left the Senior Apartment Complex Until I installed the sprinter Hilltopper Kit.. 1st week I rode 24 miles in 1 day .. to see it’s limits.. now I normally ride 5-15 miles every day.. depending on the scenery.. Thank You For Giving Me the freedom to move about again… Dennis

I have been using my EV converted mountain bike at least 3 or 4 times a week for pleasure and workout. I'm relying on the EV parts as I am out of energy going uphill in Boulder Colorado. I am happy with the Hilltopper conversion kit on my mountain bike and it is working as I expected. By the way, it was easy to replace the flat tire in front of my mountain bike with the motor in front. I'm planning to convert my other bike to EV conversion too in a few months. Great job guys

My wife and I have recumbent bikes, and have had them for almost 20 years. We ride almost every day. My wife recently had a knee replacement, and has had difficulty on some hills. We have researched E-bikes, and have decided to keep the comfort of of our old bikes. Hilltopper, seemed to be the best choice, so I bought (2) 20" Horizon kits. Since our bikes are quite different than most, mounting the battery bracket took a little longer than I expected, but not bad. Now we are loving the ride more than ever, and no hill has been a problem. Thanks Hilltopper!

I own a 2005 3G single speed beach cruiser,which I love.Wanted an assist for long flat beach rides but didn’t want a multi gear new e-bike.Researched and found the Hilltopper kit.1/2 hour for kit installation and I was riding a motor assisted bike.Some more time later to switch out tire,see Hilltopper YouTube,organizing wiring and permanently installing the battery. Ez-Over did not have water bottle anchor holes.Hit 20mph on flat beach. Made a 45 degree driveway much easier with me peddling. Very happy with conversion kit as opposed to buying a new bike.This kit seems perfect for flat crushing and occasional hills with pedaling help.Battery charge longevity,yet to be determined but I did ride 10 miles at 10mph with only motor and had no problem.

Wrote a five-star review when I first got the Hilltopper kit. Have enjoyed it now for a few months, and would definitely encourage anyone wishing to electrify their bike to purchase one. Easy to install, easy to use, and it makes an ordinary bicycle far more versatile and a lot more fun.
