Is hifihut.ie Legit?

Ordered the Astell&Kern A&norma SR35 DAP from HifiHut,great price, fast service,

I have made a number of substantial purchases from hifi hut over that last 2 years. I recently contacted them about a potential purchase, only to be met with numerous unreturned calls and then a conversation with somebody who clearly didn't know what they were talking about. Apparently, the guy I usually deal with has left the organisation, so that may have something to do with it? I don't know? I'm not sure what has happened, but this recent experience has left me no alternative but to shop elsewhere. Very disappointing.

They have a no fuss ethic. I had to return a cable that was faulty and they took care of me even though the item was just out of guarantee. I have bought numerous products off them such as a power supply and even simple products like a or next brush for vinyl it's so handy just drive into city west and you get what you want or alternatively I got a record deck delivered to Wicklow no problem. I'll be a loyal customer always like the no nonsense service

I really cannot rate The HifiHut highly enough. I found them by pure fluke on a google search. We are a family who like music but we're not obsessed so I wanted a mid range system with speakers as my teenager is getting massively into vinyl and Elvis in particular. Derek and the team steered me in the right direction, explained everything in great details - reminded me of things I'd forogtten about having had a "record player" as a teenager myself. I went and collected it. They took me through how to install it, I Youtubed the bits I was unsure of and I had it installed in a couple of hours. The sound is incredible, and it's great, really fabulous to be back listening to vinyl again - including all my old 80's and 90's vinyl.

I just have to say that my experience with HiFi Hut was nothing but first class. From my first audition a few months back through to final purchase recently I was expertly dealt with by Steve, Derek and the rest of the team.Regular updates on my "special order" equipment which arrived on schedule as promised. Highly recommended.

I purchased my Marantz MCR612 in January this year. I wanted to wait a few months before reviewing, so I could give a fuller review. I met the guys in January and got a comprehensive run through all the systems that my Budget and listening requirements met, I'm no audiophile and a bit deaf in one ear!! So I decided on the above system and Klipsch speakers and I have to say I am more than satisfied with my purchase and can't thank the guys enough for the service and quite confident they will assist me in the future if I run into problems. Again many thanks and look forward to many years of listening...

Excellent advice. Fast shipping in Ireland. Really at the top in Ireland as far as A hifi enthusiast/audiophile provider of advice and stock. Nothing negative in the 10 years I have been dealing with Logic AV/HiFi hut. I have bought a Marantz avr + 7.1 speakers, a set of Hifi headphones, a Sony AVR, A sonos ARC + One SL from them so far.

After a long search for a suitable place to demo Home Cinema equipment with leading brands I stumbled across HiFi Hut. I have been in store a few times and have talked over the phone, mostly dealing with Colin and Daniel. The customer service is fantastic with friendliness, product knowledge and time devoted to the customer, all being exceptional. The guys have a demo area downstairs and a great dedicated room upstairs packed with top equipment. Whether you are looking for Hifi, Home Cinema gear or other accessories to suit your system this is the place to be. You can order online or pop in for a visit, either way you won't be disappointed! Oh and the complimentary coffee isn't bad either!!

I was really impressed with the service I received at HiFiHut.ie. I ordered a pair of headphones on the morning of the 20th December. The following morning they arrived at my house delivered by courier. There was no extra cost for delivery either on this particular item. HiFiHut made my Christmas shopping extremely hassle-free!

I ordered a Sony strdh190 amplifier with them. After it has arrived from Sony in Japan at their hut it was with me next day. Unfortunately it wasn't working and next day a new one was delivered and the old one taken by the driver. Absolutely great service and communication by the Team.I can highly recommend them and definitely order with them again

Communication was excellent. They responded fast. Delivery was in time - as communicated with them. Had to wait for product to arrive but the time frame for delivery was held. In the first shipment to Slovenia one package was damaged by UPS. They took it back and got replacement without problems and in time. I can only recommend the shop and would buy from them any time. I found HifiHut.ie when looking to order a pair of speakers + AV receiver. After a few disappointments with the usual suspects (that big website that sells everything from A to Z and the bay of all auctions) I came across HifiHut.ie. Well, short story, I found exactly what I wanted, for the best price and delivery rates. Customer Support should be a case study to teach other companies how to treat clients. Flawless. I only made one purchase so far but I have already recommended HifiHut.ie to some friends.

I ordered a WiFi speaker from their webpage. The ordering process was smooth and easy, on the next day I received the pack, much earlier then expected. Then I had an issue with the speaker during the warranty period and their customer service answered in minutes with every details what was needed to organize the repair. I can highly recommend this shop.

Stumbled across Hi-fi hut whilst browsing for new speakers, and im glad i did.. Their customer service is second to none and excellent advice led to purchasing the perfect pair of speakers. Id highly recommend this company to anyone and look forward to doing business again.

I have been buying from Hi-Fi Hut since December 21, bought a fair bit of geer and never had a problem with any of it . The Chaps are always on their game and always very helpful. I live in Wexford so when I order on line, always have delivery the next day . Will be shopping with them for some time to come.

Would have given this 5 stars but there was a pricing issue so I ended up paying a little extra. Steve handled the situation very well and offered an alternative projector when it was apparent there would be a delay but I ended up waiting for my original purchase. Overall a pleasant experience with a professional service, I will definitely consider buying from hifi hut agsin

I found the website easy to use and delivery very timely also good value. I had a small technical problem on one occasion visiting the site but when I rang they could not be more friendly and helpful. They fixed the issue straight away I would defiantly recommend Hi Fi Hut to a friend

I rang looking for a repair which they don't do. The assistant Terri recommended a place they use and answered my questions about a streamer and amp I'm thinking about. I'm still shopping around but I'll be going back when I'm buying.

I highly recommend this shop, very helpful on the phone, very competitive prices. Ordered on one day, received other side of country the next day by courier (free). If only all on-line shopping was this easy
