Avoid at all costs. If you have placed an order and can’t get a hold of them, file a dispute the charge with your financial institution. When they reach out to you saying they are just so busy and will send the order after you remove the dispute, DON’T. Because they aren’t going to. This company is a scam. Their followers are fake. Visit reddit for more stories from other victims.

Terrible company and customer service. I've given them the benefit of the doubt given they are a small business and my first email was responded to promptly. Since then I've sent multiple messages asking for my order from 5th November. They claimed they were sending 2 weeks ago and I'm still waiting and being ignored. It's not how a business should be run regardless of how short staffed you are, keep your customers informed! I have now opened a dispute with my bank so I can get my money back as it's just ridiculous. I dont recommend this company sadly.. even though the items are stunning if they can't respect their customers it's a no from me!

AVOID THIS BUSINESS.I ordered back in October. Never recieved any order confirmation, she took my money. After reading a few more complaints on Facebook, it seemed like I wasn't going to get my order, so I raised a dispute through the bank to get my money back. She finally emailed me to say she was posting my items a month after I ordered them.She's now threatening me because of the dispute I raised, even though it was only a temporary refund while they investigated. Terrible customer service! Obviously won't be buying from again! I'm sure she'll soon go under due to the amount of complaints & terrible service. Also false advertising, she advertised on her Facebook that October orders will recieve a free holographic lipgloss (the main reason I ordered) which I never received & she's refusing to send one out to me!

Avoid this company, you won’t receive your order and the customer service is terrible, they do not reply to emails, instagram or TikTok. Will be raising a dispute with my bank for a full refund.

Finally opened a dispute with my bank’ after waiting nearly a month for my order Got my refund - then she sends my lipglosses out and messages me telling me she sent me a free gift also ( she didn’t send a free gift ) now I have the woman messaging me - telling me she’s going to be taking matters public because I had not messaged her back asap! Telling me I’m steeling from her becoz I had a refund and lipglosses. I only had the lipglosses sent a few days ago which were in small bottles because I opened up a dispute . Now she’s trying to say I’m stealing from her 🥶🤣Baring in mind she ignored every single message of mine for weeks . And would hide my comments on her post! Shame on her!!!

Ordered back in Jan 2022 - it’s now Dec 2024 and still no items. I have emailed multiple times and sent messages on Insta and they don’t respond to any of them. Comments are getting deleted when I ask for an update. Looking back I would have opened a dispute with the bank for a refund but it was too late by the time I realised back then.

Not even worthy of a 1 ⭐, taken my orders and money and no order received. I have attempted to contact on Instagram but they don't accept messages, posted comments again no response. It's a SCAM, stay away! I will follow up with my bank and reporting them it's terrible how they take peoples money and run!

I got my order to Sweden after around 4 weeks. The glitter pigment is absolutely STUNNING. And the mixing drops works good together with it. I would like to buy more since I'm so happy with this first order but I am afraid I might not get the second order after reading here. I don't think it's a scam, but I think it's like one person trying to fill the shoes of an industry.... (?)

I ordered from them $200 worth of makeup Dec 2022. It is Dec 2024 and I have received nothing. I have messaged 10 times and emailed 8 now. They are a scam company and it seems they’re still doing it to this day.

If I could go lower than 1 star I would. As the name states the cosmetics are hidden... Made an order around june 2023 and I am still waiting for my products. In the begining i had some email contact.. them saying they where going to send the products.. after a while they stopt responding. So i tried to contact them via instagram.. they blocked me... so Total SCAMM.. do not.. absolutly not buy here!

i've placed my order in nov/2022 and still have not received it. i've tried emailing, DMing and writing comments on insta but they pretty much ignore me. i honestly would still like to receive my order. i know i'm naive, but i try to believe it's not a scam... maybe they're just disorganized idk. that being said i would never ever recommend this brand, even if their products are beautiful (which i wouldn't really know because i'm yet to see it live).

Products are gorgeous! I'm starting with that. There was an issue of waiting longer than I'd like & I've spoken to the company to give the feedback that communication with customers needs to improve. That being said, my order arrived today, the colours are stunning & I'm very excited to try them out. Unfortunately, I can't see any option to add pictures as proof I've received my order.

If I could give zero I would. I placed an order on July 9th, 2024, it is now October 1st and I have yet to even receive an order confirmation let alone my products. I have emailed them as they requested with zero response and negative comments or comments asking about our orders on their Instagram are automatically deleted. How is this "business" still in business? Buyer BEWARE!

SCAMMERS! I ordered 3 products last June, I had the order confirmation but they still didn't send me anything. They share stories on their instagram saying they are responding to their emails and dms this weekend or that friday and they NEVER do. Do NOT buy from them. Honestly after reading all these comments I am thinking of starting a petition to get the brand shut down

I would give them a zero stars if it was possible. Scam. They have shop, insta, fancy swatches, but they will take your money and never send anything, never reply to any message, you will get literally nothing. Not worth bothering, there are so many other brands that make fab cosmetics and actually send the order.

Ordered in June, got an instant email that payment was received... Then nothing. Spammed their incessant Instagram ads and they finally responded a month ago saying my order would be shipped that week. And it never, ever was. Absolute con artists. Managed a charge back through my bank thank God. They publish new content every day almost so they're obviously around, but it seems by the mass bad reviews that they just collect orders and money and don't actually ship anything. The police need to get involved here.

Never filled my order since june. I have been ignored and deleted at every attempt to contact them. Scam company, do not do business with them.

After having ordered twice before with long wait time I anticipated it wouldn’t be fast. But this time is another level saying they are closing, then taken over. DMs and emails being “responded to” and orders only a week beind. I ordered on 18/6 have chased and been ignored. In seeing all the messages on Instagram and on here I have now reported to tracing standards.

Ordered items over 6 months ago and not only did they never reply to me when I repeatedly contacted them to ask where my delivery was, they deleted my comments on their TikTok page (and they've now shut off comments on every video). Scam business!

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! Ordered 2 pigments in February 2023 and never received. They were replying to my emails sporadically for a while but not now. Apparently they’re having a ‘closing down sale’ so clearly still taking orders they won’t be sending. Wish I could prevent anyone else giving them their money, I keep commenting on their instagram and they keep deleting but I will continue.
