Is hibbett.com Legit?

Is was in hibbett sport about a week ago. Poor customer service. No one seem to be concerned in helping me. When I ask about trying one of their shirts on. They treated me like a I was going to still it. They need to go out of business.👎👎

This place is a joke. Customers BEWARE before purchasing anything from this place. I ordered 2 pairs of shoes and one pair of shoes arrived USED. I have spent the week trying to reach out to customer service and asked for a supervisor to call me back on several occasions and till this day have not received a call back from any supervisor. Not only does this place send USED SHOES their CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE & LACKS KNOWLEDGE. Forget it if you try to reach out to their CORPORATE OFFICE they are not able to help you nor do they know any information about any kind of return or exchange procedure, they just transfer your call back to customer service. What a waste of time & money. This place deserves a “ZERO” rating in my opinion. Don’t know how they are still in business. I will never place an order with this company, and will never refer anyone to them either.CUSTOMERS SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE & STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.Shame On You Hibbett Sports For Taking Customers Money & Sending Them Used Shoes.

So I ordered two pair of Jordans online. My total was about $300.. The one pair came the other pair never came. It told me that it was in pre-shipping for two weeks so when I called USPS it still said it was in pre-shipping so contact the person who sent it. I contacted Hibbett sports. Do you know what they offered to do they offered to give me a $10 card, so you mean to tell me that you guys can’t give me credit because you guys have somebody in your trifling office that stole the shoes! they did not offer to give me an in-store credit so that I can go in store and pick up it. They want me to wait seven days to get a credit back to my account. They didn’t offer to tell me where the shoes were located. They didn’t offer to do anything except give me a $10 card make it make sense. I will never purchase anything from Hibbett sports in my life. They suck.

I ordered shoes on August 16th. August 17th I got my confirmation. The number said my shoes were delivered August 10th in the wrong state. Didn’t make sense how my order was delivered before I even ordered it. They refused to give a refund because it had been delivered. Even with the additional fact they used the completely wrong address from the confirmed order.

Never order from hibbets buyer beware. 2nd time order never came after 3 months of waiting they don't want to issue refunds you'll wait months for a package to come then have to call and find out it's out of stock amd wait half a year to get a refund or might not get it because they might get the items back in stock

I ordered a pair of patrick crocs and got them and the patrick charm was missing .I tried making a claim about something in my order was missing but u have to wait 3 days after u get it so I contacted costumer service on line andvthey told me they can't send me the charm I would gave to send the crocs back for a refund .I think it's really stupid they want to waste money sending g it back when a charm is easy to send out .I paid 70 dollars for these and im not sending g them back .I guess ill take the loss of not having a patrick charm on my croc .

Purchased slides on Friday which I wore for 90 minutes at home (inside only). Next day, I returned to store since I had a blister & bruising from slides. I was told I could not return or exchange these slides. Poor customer service and shocked that I couldn’t even exchange these expensive slides. Wrote to customer service, took pics of slides as per request and have heard nothing for almost 3 weeks! I will NEVER purchase an item in Hibbett stores again.

I only gave 1 star so I could write a review. This store is a scam alert. I was charged $200 for something I didn’t order nor receive. I’ve filed a fraudulent claim with bank but something suspicious is happening with this stores online orders.Filing a police report.

Stay away from buying from this store online they promess your deliver one day and a week after expecting delivery goes by and package doesnt get deliver and they won’t refund your money back until more time goes by… overall HORRIBLE HORRIBLE place to shop this place is a rip off they are liars!!!!!!! If it were possible to rate Hibbett 0 stars I would. I have always given anyone a 2nd chance to win back my trust but again Hibbett has failed. I've had 3 orders to go missing that were never delivered but I had to realize that they were never delivered to contact the company for my money back. I was told that I have to wait an additional 10 days to receive my refund. How inconvenient is that!!!! To me that is considered false advertisement. If you don't have the item in stock to ship you shouldn't have it on your website. If all fails you should at least offer something more than someone's funds back for the inconvenience. Just order from the original sites everyone rather it be Nike, Adidas, etc.

I ordered shoes online for a birthday gift. Got the confirmation and money was taken from my account to purchase. Received an email at 4 a.m. Stating that my order was cancelled due to item not being in stock. Extremely frustrated! Also still waiting for the refund to be processed and appear in my bank account.

I placed an almost 300 order online with Hibbet Sports December 16th. The order said delivery before Christmas. Estimated arrival Dec 23rd.So today I check it tells me my item is 16 miles away at a Hub and I can now expect it on December 27th. I've called UPS and Hibbett no resolution. However Supervisor Loretta was the most unempathetic, could care less person I've ever spoken with. I asked her to reach out to UPS to see if I could pick the item up. She continues to say we aren't offering any appeasement. Horrible just disgusting. Im.a faithful customer or was. She totally ruined my Christmas. I will not longer use Hibbett for anything in store or onljne.

The customer service representatives tell you one thing while ordering and then don't honor their word. Been waiting almost 3 weeks for a price match that should of taken 5-7 business days. Everytime I call I feel like all I hear is sorry but nothing is done. I will not be shopping here again. They treat rewards members like trash! Take your business elsewhere. Some where you are appreciated as a loyal customer!

Absolutely true reviews. This company clearly shady and have no logistics skills at all. Shipping has been over two weeks with limited information. Company chose to use the slowest shipping agent possible for expensive package this time or year which is dumb!!!!! I am not confident at all that i will receive these shoes. It should have to be so much drama to get something you paid for. Im good on using them in the future too many other companies that care that u get your package timely

Ordered a pair of Brooks Adrenaline GTS 22 sneakers they had on sale. I received a pair of Nike Air Max 90 for 1Y. The packing slip was for the correct sneakers, however, they clearly made a mistake when packing it. I called customer service -- they would not ship me another pair at the sales price even though they admitted it was their mistake. Advice -- stay away, they are a low rent operation without integrity.

I made an online order at Hibbett for Christmas gifts for someone who lives in a different state. One item never showed and I tried multiple times online to resolve the issue with no avail. I called to get help, the rep laughed on the phone, and said more than likely your claim would be denied, even though their records show and it shows online with order status that the item is still awaiting a carrier. The fact that no effort was put in to resolve the issue bothers me. I will NOT be shopping again and recommend others do the same.

Terrible customer service. I wouldn't trust this place who knows what type of scams they got going on as well with the shoes. Another thing is everything online is out of stock in store which is b. S cause if you walk into the store itself, you will find all the pairs that are out. Line would be in store. Nobody fixes this corporate doesn't care. Terrible customer service.I wish to never do business with these people just gonna go through other vendors

I order 10 pairs of cleats to donate to players in my flag football league. Hibbett cancelled the order and falsely accused me of being a reseller. This interaction left me feeling criminalized by this company. I'm simply doing a good deed for those under privilege in my community. Hibbett obviously doesn't care for our inner city youth and only wishes to profit off our children.

I accidentally placed an order to ship to my old address. I contacted them multiple times chat/email etc. phone. Right after the order was placed and they would not help me even though the item had not shipped and I just placed the order. I have a business and it's very simple to reroute a package with fedex even after it's fulfilled. They would not do this and would not help worst customer service ever!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!
