They’re are way too many amazing websites to order from! Unless you are looking for complicated problems, and to lose your time and money! I was expecting new equipments, as on every other websites! But received used! Waste of time!

Heros offers sporting goods on line. Large stock and fair prices. When purchase is made online Heros e mails back that the item is no longer in stock and not available . Heros processes the invoice and does not refund back the amount billed. Staff encourages customer to select an alternate item. This too is reported as unavailable and invoice is processed with no refund.
I have placed and received 12 orders since 2020. If something was not in stock it was either replaced with something of equal value or refunded.Sometimes orders took a while to be filled but I have always been satisfied with my items , other then a few inexpensive ones that were inconsequential and were my own issue.If I knew how to post photos on here I have screenshots of orders from my account on Hero Outdoors
Yup. Total dog $hit business. Made a purchase online, no follow up communication since. I made a purchase dispute through visa and hope get reimbursed that way.

I have had similar problems with them in the past. worst customer service ever. If you read their online return policy it says online orders are not returnable, that in itself is a huge red flag. save yourself the headache and the money and just look elsewhere. This company should just be shut down.

Ordered items not in stock October 3, received full order October 25. Seems Canada Post is already feeling the Christmas rush and started delivering on weekends. Items advertised as "in stock" are not actually in stock.They claim it's at the warehouse, but 2 weeks later, they admit they have no idea when they'll actually have the item to ship it.Request cancellation and customer service avoids the question stating they can take up to 20 days to ship orders and to contact them after that period if it's not shipped.Avoid at all cost!
I placed a large order for several TOPS USA knives totaling about 3K USD in early January, after a few weeks they shipped me four knives and said the rest were out of stock. I never could get anyone to respond via the Web Site query OR answer the phone. I had to initiate a chargeback thru my credit card company for the 2K they owe me. I know they are dealing with CoVid, but they have had Customer Service issues for three years according to various rating sites.

Many products advertised ARE NOT IN STOCK, and that means very long order processing times. Better Business Bureau rating is F for SNAFU. Ordered rubberized hand guard grips and the ones that shipped were a completely different style contrary to their provided image - which SHOULD match the product you're ordering, right? This is a middle man company who offer a convenient catalogue, but with most products sourced-on-demand out of house. Its been 6 months since I ordered a foregrip and judging how its not in stock on Evike I wont hold my breath and may never receive it.

They are scammers. They take your money and never ship your items. They are also impossible to contact as they do not answer emails and there phone appears to be disconnected. The only communication you get from them is the occasional replies to the bad reviews, attempting to defend themselves. They should absolutely be sued and put out of business.
