I have used hello services a couple of times now. Absolutely excellent and professional service on both occasions. I would definitely recommend. They certainly take pride in what they do. 5 stars all round!

I should have stood over them to ensure they actually cleaned what they were supposed to, what I paid £194.00 for. I've had to do it all myself, complete waste of money. Disgraceful.

Exceeded expectations I hired them for a move-out deep clean, and they went above and beyond. They cleaned spots that had been overlooked for years, like behind appliances and in between tight spaces. made the whole moving process much less stressful!

Worth every penny I’ve tried a few different cleaning services, but this deep clean was by far the best I’ve ever had. They didn’t just do the surface-level stuff, they really got into every corner. The bathrooms, kitchen, even the inside of the oven were spotless. Plus, the team was so friendly and efficient.

Booked a professional clean of my flat, the "cleaner" showed up with their children, refused to complete the agree work in the invoice due to "not having time" and have left the property with no evidence of a clean being actioned whatsoever. I hired this company for a post-builders clean, and it was a complete disaster. They used abrasive materials on my brand-new surfaces, leaving scratches everywhere, and even scrubbed the paint off my doors.I contacted them the next day with pictures of the damage, but they’ve completely ignored my emails. Their Terms say complaints must be made within 5 days, but they don’t even bother to reply.I feel scammed. Avoid this company at all costs—unprofessional and dodgy.

Blagovest did an excellent job from start to finish. I had them focus on my kitchen and bathrooms, and the results were fantastic. My tile floors were scrubbed to perfection, and they even cleaned the grout! They were incredibly detail-oriented, and I’m still noticing little things they did to make everything look pristine. They’ve earned a repeat customer for sure.

This is hands down the best cleaning service I’ve ever used. The team was so friendly and worked quickly, but the quality was amazing. They made my old bathroom look brand new and somehow managed to get rid of stains I thought were permanent. I’m honestly shocked at how clean everything looks. I requested Hello Services to clean a large range stove/hob and extractor fan, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher. They were able to come and clean everything within 24 hours and meant that we could move into our new rental with freshly cleaned appliances. So grateful for the team to be able to come at short notice for very reasonable price and they were all very lovely and friendly on top. Couldn't have asked for more, thank you.

AVOID AVOID AVOIDThis company will demand payment before service and will then absolutely scam you. Your house will not be clean.They arrived late to the job, worked exceptionally slowly and did not actually clean the house. The table was not wiped, they did not clean under the dogs cushion on the floor, they did not dust the tops of doorframes or photo frames, they did not dust the TV stand or clean the floors or toilet and the list goes on.They asked us to confirm before they left, but then left without confirmation and also tried to leave wearing my husbands shoes.They also ask you to vacate the property during the clean. I did not think this was unreasonable at the time but now believe it was because they didn't want me to be able to check their work as they were still there.

The company was very efficient and the online contact was brilliant. The work was contracted out to a local company and they did a brilliant job cleaning the two ovens and left the kitchen spotless afterwards. They were late arriving but had phoned me to let me know they would be late. Could not fault anything except they were more expensive than booking a cleaning company directly but the work was good and I needed it doing quickly and they delivered what I wanted.

Although the cleaning was great, the admin side was in shambles. I booked a cleaning for 8am and the cleaners were late. They called to apologise and say they typically do not start work until 9am and so were not aware of the 8am time. Secondly, I rang a day before and gave the operator the keycode for my keylock. This was not communicated to the cleaners. Thirdly, after my booking was completed, I got an email for a booking in another location that was not mine. The cleaners for that property were calling to say they were on their way. A total violation of my privacy as my number was shared with people who had no business having it and I had an address, name and quote of a total stranger. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience.
