- Spam Score
- Domain Blacklist Status
- HTTPS connection

While some are self-explanatory concerning helloice.co.uk, let's look closer at the remaining ones.
Proximity to Potentially Harmful Websites
This metric gauges the connection, scored on a scale of 1 to 100, between helloice.co.uk and websites marked as suspicious. Elevated scores point to a stronger link with these questionable online destinations. It's worth noting that website owners might not always be aware of their site's proximity to these dubious platforms or servers. However, a "Proximity to Suspicious Websites" score surpassing 80 strongly indicates a high-risk website, while a score below 30 signifies a less-threatening site.
Risk Factors: Threat, Phishing, Malware, and Spam
These indicators reveal the vulnerabilities and elements embedded within the HTML code of helloice.co.uk. They become especially pertinent if the website has received reports from internet users who've encountered unsolicited emails, ads, or messages related to the site. In the context of helloice.co.uk, our investigation continues working to pinpoint the specific category, but we welcome your insights in the comments below. A high Malware score generally implies the presence of suspicious code that might be unknowingly disseminated. Conversely, a high Spam score hints at a possibly spam-ridden email address associated with the business. Scores under 30 in both categories are reassuring, but any score surpassing this threshold should raise concerns. helloice.co.uk is an innocuous suspicious website, given all the risk factors and data numbers analyzed in this in-depth review. Share your experience in the comments.

Fake brands very poor communication and aren't giving refund
I have just recieved my order, and the items are stunning, well pleased, Swift transaction and a helpful company who keep you well informed, will definitely buy again from them, and highly recommend
Very poor quality, tacky and cheap looking. Paid £35 for plating that started to rub off after one days wear. Avoid this company.
AVOID AT ALL COST. Poor quality watches that stopped working within hours. Refund process is an absolute joke, the specified method of shipping to Hong Kong was ridiculously expensive for them then want to deduct the same amount for the original shipping to me and then deduct a further 20% from the purchase price.
was skeptical due to the low reviews but products are very high quality look very premium. Fast despatch even when i ordered custom. Provided tracking number. Was on time shipping and exactly what you would expect from an imported product.
I ordered some jewelry from Helloice on the 9th Febuary 24 i live in the uk.Following the tracking online it arrived in the UK on 16 th February cleared customs etc and was supposed to be passed onto the local carrier on the 19th February. The carrier being Royal mail using their tracking system they are still awaiting the package according to their tracking , i also phoned and got the same answer.I have sent 3 emails to a specific person at Helloiceand used their online email reporting and have heard nothing at all . I intimated to them has it been stolen or lost can i please have an answer or refund my money.i have wasted a lot of time chasing my parcel which it is their job to do. So beware before you order anything i am very disappointed and frustrated. My orde rno H102800483
DO NOT BUY from this web site. Item purchased shipped from within the UK. On arrival it was very poor quality worth a fraction of the price. Their ‘easy’ returns policy is a joke. They claim you have to return to China and pay high import taxes. Why return to China when it was supplied from within the UK. Won’t offer a refund, just want or sell you more rubbish stuff for a discount. Reported to Klarna for investigation. This company is committing fraud.
To my own stupidity I wasn’t aware I am dealing with China based company. Which means it is impossible to send items back. The customer service tries to convince you that you should definitely keep the items whether you like them or not and then offer some lousy discount code. After multiple emails firmly saying no, they will not provide return address. Regardless of the products being good or not a customer shouldn’t feel trapped in the situation where they are forced to keep unwanted items.
I ordered a pair of ornate gold-plated initials, a K and a D. They're gifts for 2 colleagues, and they're marvellous. The order was sent in less than 10 days, it was adequately packaged and I'm genuinely delighted. An exciting site.
Dont order here !!! They are real scammers !! They send you cheap stuff out of China and you cant send it back believe me ! I orderd 2 pants one had a whole in it and it was nothing like the picture. They say flannel but you get really cheap velvet. Colors or size isnt correct. And this is like with all the other products !! So please believe me and dont order here !!!
I purchased a pendant, with a chain included. On arrival, the chain was found to be broken. I contacted the company for a replacement, only to be advised that, because the chain was included as a 'free gift', they would not provide a replacement (Unless I paid £9.00 for shipping). I would never have ordered the pendant had a chain not been provided, and am now left with a pendant that cannot be worn without me incurring additional expense. The methods used by this company to procure sales are extremely questionable to say the least, and their aftersales customer service is nonexistent. Avoid at all costs.
Terrible customer service. The item arrived and for £50 + £7 shipping to the UK expected the quality to be reflected in the price. First of all, the item feels like plastic and looks like it is worth no more than £10. Secondly, I emailed requesting a return as the item does not come with a return slip and it states on the website any items returned without approval will not be refunded. I received an email back regarding shipping, with information of the tracking details, suggesting that I look elsewhere if I cannot find it as it had been successfully delivered to my address. Not once in my email did I mention anything about shipping or being unable to find it so either there is a robot in charge of the emails, or someone didn’t bother reading my email before sending an automated reply. Another point to note as that this company is based in China. If I had known this I would not have paid what I paid for the jewellery. Unfortunately I had assumed it was an American site due to the currency in dollars.
Never trust an internet only business from China. Clearly I lost my mind thinking it would be ok. I spent a decent amount of money. The items that came were literally junk. The clasps broke as I tried the chains on for the first time. Customer services are rubbish. Asking me for more money to send replacements. What a joke. Be warned. Don’t use this company. In the end the refunded me only 10% of what I’d paid. I deserved a full refund. The products are unusable.
Quality of item is POOR!, says easy returns but they try to force you to keep the item instead of sending return address. Having to send multiple emails back and forth to try and send the jewellery back and yet they are not sending me an email with the address! Completely waste your time.
Waste of money & time.I bought a watch, within 9 hours it stopped working, I emailed customer services but so far I have not had any response. In view of this I feel I cannot recommend this company. If they contact me I will update this review.Update. Today, one week on I have been told that I can keep the watch that does not work, why would I want to, it doesn’t work. They will send me another watch if I pay the shipping costs. Why should I, I’ve already paid for a working watch. I’m not impressed, it seems that the after sales service leaves a lot to be desired. Beware.Update: three weeks on, today I received an email from them. The reply was two hash markers ‘##’. It seems they don’t want to correspond with me to resolve this issue. Not good for a company who say their customer service is good.
poor quality of productstheir products are cheap and bad quality, spend 50£ on a watch and it turned green within 2 weeks. they didn't even refund me or send me a new watch. appalling really.
My son ordered from here. (There is a Uk & a US site)He emailed to say he'd like to return goods. Was old to keep jewellery and they'd give him £20 gift voucher for his next order. He said no, he wanted to return everything. He was told it wd cost more than he'd spent -which was over £100 - to send it back TO CHINA, so he'd better keeping it and accepting their offer! After numererous emails, with them still not even giving him an address to return everything, and with the 30 day returns time running out, he had to accept a lousy £40 returned to his account. They say they are based in the US, but that is just the offices. Products are made and sent from China. Therefore, need to be returned to China.DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.
Very happy. First order was a chain. Was impressed and got a lot of positive comments. Followed up with matching bracelet and love it plus I got a second bracelet free so when look at price for the quality it's a very good deal. Will buy again
Still don't have nothing from Christmas, not even a message . Scammers
Well I purchased the item back in November and only received it this week 5th of Jan to be exact, and I was totally disappointed with the product, paid nearly 90 euros for a chain I thought was sterling silver, to only get at 315L stainless steel chain with a sterling silver clasp, that I could of bought on Amazon for 12 quid, totally waste of my money that I'll never see back, this is the first negative review I've ever written, but if it saved anyone else from making a huge mistake and purchasing anything from this site I felt I must!

Top 5 Effective Ways To Spot a Scam Website [VIDEO]
There are many types of fake sites in the online world. We have some good news. Watch the video below to see the 5 effective ways you can spot a fraudulent website in 2024:
How To Remove Your Information From the Internet
Whether you like it or not, unfortunately, the Internet has all your personal information stored. How did that happen? Every time you visit a simple site and accept cookies, consent to their forms, or download an app, unscrupulous data brokers collect not just your phone number, name, AND address. They also sell this to third parties, which creates a $1 billion industry a year. Your collected personal data is used by buyers to send you never-ending spam emails, targeted ads, and, of course, telemarketing calls. Crooks use all your data without remorse.
We can help. Many people have asked us about how to remove your personal information from the Internet. If you want your data deleted entirely from the online world, contact our official partners at Incogni immediately. This legitimate data privacy tool works on your behalf to officially require a ton of online brokers to remove your data.
Our staff verifies that this service works and is trustworthy. For robust, essential protection, their Standard plan is a steal at just $8.29 for individuals, and you can extend that crucial peace of mind to your entire household with the Family plan (up to 5 users) for only $16.49. They also introduced the Unlimited plan starting from $14.99 that covers not only automatic data removals, but also unlimited custom removals available right away upon purchasing the Unlimited plan. It allows users to submit websites not yet covered by Incogni and get their data removed from there, too. They also offer a free exposure scanner that will give you an insight into what data of yours is exposed and where.
