Is heirloomroses.com Legit?

I bought 2 roses over a year ago from Heirloom directly after seeing them advertised on Costco .Before purchasing I called Heirloom to seek advice about the kind of roses suited to my location as well as ones that will thrive in an oversized planter. Followed all their advice in caring for the roses . However I have yet to see a SINGLE rose on either bush . 😔😔Fast forward I filed a warranty claim with them , need less to say all I heard was bunch of excuses and denials and refusals . WARRANTY is fake and non existent . They refuse to acknowledge that the plants they sold and suggested were not correct or of good quality.I sent pictures to them showing plants are green but not a single flower 🌺 infact I never seen one so far . 😔My advice Save your money and buy from local Box store or Nursery that way if you have issue it’s easy to return your purchase .

All 3 plants arrived on expected date & in excellent condition. 2 were gifts & have been delivered‼️ Each recipient was delighted. We all can’t wait to plant, pamper & see our beautiful roses bloom! Thank you for your dependable service.

Everything about Heirloom Roses is wonderful. The pictures of roses, each roses’ information, the instruction videos, the personal responses to inquiries and questions. The roses are packaged safely, are shipped quickly and arrive healthy and ready for planting. If one does exactly as instructed by Heirloom Roses, one will have beautiful roses.

Received my order of Living Soil, Mint Compost, and 3 one gallon containers of living sticks! Have two planted already (Life of the Party) and one to go. It’s a beautiful 68 degrees here in Florida, not bad for December. Looking forward to seeing those first leaves!

Helpful website descriptions allowed me to filter and fine a rose that fit my location.Purchase was easy, I like that I can choose ship date - super helpful so I can be sure to be home.And, my plants were gorgeous. Well packed, and arrived looking healthy, with well-developed roots.

Useful follow up email once order placed; included 2 educational video links to ensure post delivery success with the roses, as well as the Delivery Tracking link. The shipping box is well thought out and makes maximum use of space while remaining an easy to lift and move box containing 4 rose plants. The roses were easy to remove from the shipping box, looked healthy and 3 days in are quickly filling in. It is obvious Heirloom Roses are excellent horticulturists, artisans of rose culture and production. They deliver a top quality product at a fair price. These roses are being planted in Georgia (hence the December delivery) and I will be ordering again.

The roses were packaged really well and arrived perfectly intact.I followed the instructions from the video and amended the soil as suggested. The soil is beautiful (we have red clay here) and the roses are putting out new growth already. I had tried to contact you prior to ordering and I never got through via phone or email. That was my only concern.

This was my 5th rose bush purchased. All have come in a very timely manor and packaged wonderfully. I have used the fish fertilizer on my first 4 bushes and they have grown and bloomed beautifully. Yes it was shocking to get a few small sticks in the box but they made up for it quickly with a drink of water and some sunshine. They grew and bloomed beyond my expectations. I will definitely be purchasing again when my next wish list rose becomes available. I'm looking forward to the spring.

The unpacking video was really useful and I appreciate the detail. The babies are in the ground with some great liquid fertilizer and there are little green leafy shoots coming up. “Waste of money”

I ordered 2 roses ( over $100 in cost), they were not delivered on the date i picked (even they promise that it will be delivered on that day). I called customer service multiple times to verify the date of delivery, but it was not delivered even they told me it will be. What a joke. Finally, it was delivered at 8pm 2 days later in terrible condition. I told them that roses look like the last pick from the clearance rack at Lowes - bare stems on one rose, yellow disease looking leaves on the second plant. I am no impressed, i am very disappointed, i will never purchase from this company again. First impression is very important if they want to be a successful company and show that they take pride in their plants.

I purchased the Poet's Wife as I was looking for a sharp yellow rose. It is the most prolific of the three roses I purchased having about 7 blooms in the first year! I ordered hot cocoa and Zepherine Drouhin. They were well packed for the trip. I planted them both the next day and so far they are doing great! As a trusting/loyal customer, I spent $1200+ purchased over 30+ rose in two months at heirloom roses. Among all these roses, I identified one plant has not been healthy/performing well (two out of its three branches were dying upon arrival and didn't make it back) I emailed photos showing the died branches of this unhealthy plant, and asked for exchange - very reasonable request I assume - however, got denied immediately. Because my plant has not "totally died yet" - what kind of quality assurance is that? Not sure I will recommend this biz to anyone, nor myself will support this biz anymore. The roses are great, shipping through fedex got a bit confusing dates kept changing and location displayed incorrectly on site a few times. (example. At one point it told me it was in Oregon, but would be here the very next day. Switched to Wyoming, then jumped back to Oregon, and then it was just here. Didn't get an out for delivery notice until after it arrived. Reason I chose this business: The warranty and they have quality roses.

Wonderful selection of roses and great customer service! But the important thing is the Type of plant. These have grown wonderfully since a planted them then left the country for 10 weeks, with housesitter car, but not my knowledgeable touch. I can't wait to watch them grow and hopefully won't have the problem some of my grafted roses have presented. One lavender rose had a red spot last year, and after the winter and pruning, the entire bush is coming back red. My deep yellows rose next to a white rose that has gone very pink, has lost it's vibrancy. Recieved 2 rose with metal I'd tags. Yesterday. Well packaged pots wrapped in plastic bags, stock shipped in great size box with divided sections to keep bushes upright and printed with planting directions. Looking forward to spring growth! So excited for the roses and your company prepared me partially. My strong recommendation is to make sure that all the important hints when you receive your roses are contained in the video AND on the box. After trying to wait patiently for my roses [the delivery date/time was extended several times when weather was great], they finally arrived about 2 hours before rain/snow appeared. The video got me partially ready, but I just learned on the box that I needed organic potting soil, bone meal, peat moss, and cow manure in order to plant. I had to quickly run out and go to a couple stores before I found what I needed. I got back minutes before it started to rain. I was at the garden center two days before the roses came and could have bought everything and be prepared to get them planted asap. Reason I chose this business: A friend had the most beautiful roses I ever saw and kindly gave me cuttings. I prefer selfishly to have some for myself and share with friends!

I filed two replacement requests with Heirloom and then realized there was a very lengthy form to complete outlining how I killed the plants. I liked Heirlooms site, helpful videos and planting guidance. I really dislike their support and very poor attitude when plants die. I following all instructions in the box, and on the site and even requested zonal info when purchasing being in a colder State. No refund, no response, incredibly poor service. Since purchasing this order I've had 298 marketing emails from this company, so not only are they horrible at support they also spam you with email. Tip for consumers:Don't. “Dead leaves, sad looking plant”

Rose plant arrived with all leaves dried like a crisp and dead. Stems very skinny and dark. 3 years ago the plants from heirloom used to arrive very healthy. Despite this they have asked me to plant the sad plant and save complaining for after a year has lapsed, but certainly it is not off to the running start I expected. Tip for consumers:roses don't have great reputation to survive, buying from heirloom roses based on my present experience makes survival even more uncertain.
