Suite à des démarches auprès de total énergie pour la prime CEE avec le dossier porté par Herro partenaires de (totale énergie). Mes travaux ont été effectués en février 2024 et depuis j'étais en attente du versement de la prime. Hélas il a fallu que j'intervienne auprès de total énergie le 24 septembre et là à ma grande surprise la prime CEE a été versé aujourd'hui.Beaucoup de démarche et des menaces auprès de Herro et seul un contact avec total me semble avoir fait bougé les choses.
Lamentable, et je pèse mes mots, travaux d'une PAC fin Octobre, dossier complet en décembre; à ce jour toujours perçu ma prime, si vous voyez cette entreprise, FUYEZ!!!!!!!!!
Je vous déconseille vivement cette entreprise pour vos dossiers d'aide. De mon côté, il y a eu une erreur de date sur une facture d'acompte pour des travaux. (il faut savoir que le process pour valider une aide est très figé). Tout a été corrigé, justifié et argumenté. Au final, j'ai reçu un n-ième mail automatique signifiant que mon dossier était rejeté. Tout est impersonnel et froid, aucune empathie pour aider le client dans l'obtention de l'aide due.Quand on les contacte, voici la réponse automatisée (la même depuis plusieurs mois) : "Nous accusons actuellement un pic d'activités entraînant des délais de traitement plus longs que d'habitude"
J'ai changé toutes mes fenêtres avec st gobain en septembre 2023. Mon dossier a été pris en charge par Heero en Avril 2023.J'ai effectué toutes les demandes et démarches demandées par Heero .A chaque fois c'est moi qui ai dû les relancer. A ce jour toujours pas de prime et un téléphone qui sonne dans le vide. Ce sont des escrots qui empochent la prime carbone de l'état pour vos travaux en centaines de millions d'euros mais qui ne payent jamais les particuliers
Suis sceptique… malgré leurs promesses et un dossier complet je n ai reçu aucun versement et me demande s il ne s agit pas plutôt d une escroquerie pour que Heero empoche ladite prime!!
Service de qualité plus que médiocre. Manque de suivi des dossiers de demande d’aide. (Perte de pièces, dossier non traité en temps et heure)Du fait de leur manque de professionnalisme j’ai perdu le montant de la prime…A FUIR !!!
