Is heartsvalleyjewelry.com Legit?

I received a magnetic bracelet set that had a dysfunction and reached out to Hearts Valley Support. They were beyond helpful and sent me another set free of charge. I would say this was the best experience I’ve ever had with customer support and I would recommend anyone to buy from there site, they are a great gift for birthdays, anniversaries, and the packaging is lovely.

I made a rather large order during a recent sale. I got the heart bag in both cherry and black, as well as some earrings and 2 necklaces. I wasn't sure what to expect because instagram has led me astray in the past. HOWEVER, the items are all beautiful and as described. The customer service at this company is incredible. One of my earrings had a defective clasp so I reluctantly emailed asking about an exchange and within minutes I received a notification that they'd shipped a replacement. No exchange needed. Super impressed and will make another purchase in future.

Product looks amazing and cannot wait to get it in person! Had a slight issue with shipping but the support team was fast and super easy to work with to get everything sorted and sent out to me!!

Do not buy this, it’s so fragile, I bought it and for a month it was good but then gradually bits of it started to break off so easily, first the tag, then the heart piece, then all I had left was the bracelet and even that broke off now I have nothing left. You can assume I was rough with it but I just did everyday tasks and it didn’t even last 3 months. My girlfriend’s half of the bracelet is also breaking off. Poorly constructed.

My interactions with shipping and customer service has been some of the smoothest and easygoing I have had with a company in years. There was no hassle, no complaints or disputes. It was just an easy transaction and the conversations via email were without a doubt a delightful experience. 10/10 I would 100 percent recommend to anyone else looking for a jewelry service.

I saw their heart shaped bags on Instagram and had to get them- they're absolutely gorgeous :) I also got their enamel heart earrings, which although had a small defect, upon letting them know they immediately sent out a replacement. Very satisfied with their service overall!

I recently order the magnetic bracelet and got two negative magnets so they don’t link up together. Really not impressed after paying $45 for them.

Hearts Valley ships extremely fast and efficiently! I recently had a minor issue with an order (magnet popped out of bracelet) and contacted their support team on Instagram. I received a response within the hour and they shipped out a brand new set of bracelets for me! Love the company and the quality of jewelry is amazing!

The customer service was absolutely wonderful. I had accidentally put in the wrong address when I initially ordered it, so I sent them an email about it. They not only reshipped it, but they also sent the replacement for free. If you're considering buying from this store, go for it. I have no regrets <3

I recently ordered a heart bracelet from this company and, unfortunately, received the wrong item. I reached out to their customer service, and I was absolutely amazed by their response. They apologized for the mistake and immediately sent out the correct bracelet the very next day at no additional cost.Their commitment to customer satisfaction is truly impressive. The bracelet itself is beautiful and exactly what I wanted. It's clear that they value their customers and stand behind their products. Ordered and received the gold pomegranate necklace. It was advertised to me on Instagram and caught my eye straight away.Received it and noticed a few differences from the photos, albeit small ones, thus why I'm only marking the product down by one star. The necklace isn't dramatically different to the photo, but here are the key differences I picked up:1. The chain and the pomegranate charm aren't the same shade of gold.2. The cubic zirconias are described as "red" on the website, but in person, look more orange. The stones are still pretty though!3. There is a small gap in the closure of the lobster clasp, so I'm wary on the necklace coming loose.4. The jump ring that secures the pomegranate to the chain has been sealed in a bit of a wonky way.5. The pomegranate charm will sometimes roll over with the plain gold side facing out, where the feature of the cubic zirconias is against my skin. I feel like that's difficult to control, but overall is something else I noticed.I only noticed these inconsistencies because I'm good at spotting them, but to most, it wouldn't be too noticeable. Still a pretty necklace :) I love the red pouch it came in - it's simplistic, beautiful, and importantly, reusable. Moreover, the customer service was solid :)

I saw them online and fell in love with the pearls necklace and bracelet. The process went smooth, I received it very quickly after the purchase and LOVED the product. It so so pretty and delicate! Also, their customer service deserves more than 5 stars, they are attentive, responsive, friendly, and helpful! I will keep coming back for more items.

Slowest shipping and handling. I ordered just about two weeks ago, 12 days to be exact. The shipping label was just created yesterday. USPS is still waiting for the item.EDIT: They refunded me shipping amount and apologized for the delay in an email. I don't think the shipping delay was something in their control for this particular situation. I've updated my 2 star to 5.

There was a delay in my original order, not a very long one though, and they graciously offered me a free item off their site. Customer service if phenomenal will 100% be shopping from them again soon.

My first order was of crystal moon ring. Ring is so unique that it spins with the stone and sparkling crystals. And fits any finger since it's adjustable. It's now my favorite ring and I wear it daily! My second order was delayed and when i inquired, the customer service was exceptional by apologizing and offered me free gift of another ring...what a world class service!

My husband and I LOVE our bracelets we wait for the little “click” of the magnets when we are holding hands. My magnet fell out after a couple months but I sent an email and they promptly replied telling me they were sending me another free of charge.

My best friend and I bought the matching magnetic bracelets for Christmas! Sadly, hers broke and I reached out to Hearts Valley. They literally responded back to me same day and sent out a new order for us! I couldn’t believe it! Customer service is beyond amazing.
