Easy to pick out the correct receiver size and the correct side by their guide.Unfortunately, I have to give myself three stars. I had to really push hard on that pen to get it to move and then it came out completely and it is very very small. I was able to get it back in the hole and lock the receiver in and all was well. I’ll be back.
Provided a good selection of parts and accessories for several brands, but especially for Starkey. I purchased sport/retention locks for my Starkey devices at a much better cost than Starkey offers itself! I'm double impressed at the low cost and quick shipment, especially coming from the UK.
Can't say enough good things about this company and its customer service. Simply put they delivered my receiver as promised and on time.
Would have been 5 stars but delivery was longer than I needed. Would reorder again. Both Phonak 3 pin receivers are factory OEM and work well.
My self-test on my Starkey app indicated that I had a bad receiver. Upon visiting my hearing aid provider I was told that one cannot rely on that app and didn't even check my aids out.I ordered a receiver and, wow what a difference!I find hearing aid dispensers to be like car salesmen!Always ready to take your money regardless of weather they work or not!

Unfortunately, I ordered GN ReSound Hearing Aid Sports Locks (10pack) - for SureFit 2 Receiver and received the wrong item. After trying several times to use the link on the website to set up a return/refund and not being able to get it to work, I sent an email to the sales dept explaining my problem. I never received a reply. I would love to get the item I paid for, but it looks like I am out the $16 and have something I can never use.
First of all was the great price on the Oticon Streamer. Second was the low cost of international shipment. Third was the clear and concise description of the product and details of purchase. Lastly was the follow up and tracking from the supplier to my mailbox. Never once did I have to worry or have questions of the process.
