Is healthpilot.com Legit?

I had been to several websites to check for a new Medicare advantage plan because I found out my current plan had changes that would cost me more money. All the websites were a bit confusing except health pilot, I still had questions after I narrowed it down to one plan on the website so I did a chat and the customer service was great! I chatted 3 different times and all agents were able to answer all my questions!! Thank you 😊

It was very long , but once I got through the medication listings and Doctors, it went fairly smoothly. The home addresses and POBox were the toughest to get into an acceptable form.

I called the toll free number twice tp get help and both representatives were awesome. Very helpful and offered to stay on the phone to make sure it went well.

Celine made my experience good . She talked me through everything . She was so patient and kind. I never would have been able to understand and finish the required tasks without her

Very friendly and knowledgeable people to help guide you. There wasn’t a question asked that wasn’t answered, and believe me I asked a lot of questions! The entire experience was very transparent from the cost averages to general expectations from different plans.

Update: Just received my new health insurance info from my new company. I contacted the insurance company to confirm my benefits.They are everything this site/representative said they would be, and I'm also saving money on copays.I never received any robocalls, or any spam.I am not be compensated for this review. I just want people that truly need the extra help finding insurance benefits to know that this is a legit company, with great service.

This was a very complicated process. Your site was excellent but took me several tries to compare and choose. Wish plans would have been saved for the entire time I was looking so I didn’t have to re enter all five drugs every time I signed on. Otherwise great job Thank you !!

My questions were answered quickly and I was understood throughout. All in all a very productive call.

The website was quite easy to navigate. I was able to look at several plans at once and compare not only premiums cost, but what my medication will also cost per month, with each insurance. I could see what services would be paid for, and how much my copay would be. At last, after months of searching, I was able to get the insurance best suited for all of my needs. I give this website five stars and a big thumbs up!

I just heard I was accepted by Wellcare.com so I know everything went well in a timely fashion. Healthpilot kept in touch with me, asking if I was pleased with their service or whether I needed more help. I waited to respond until I knew everything was going forward with Wellcare.

Website was excellent, easy to navigate, good explanation on all items. Comparison feature as very valuable. To receive additional info I spoke with an agent, Ed, by phone. He was very knowledgeable, and answered all questions throughly.

Nice comparison of available Part D plans. Easy to navigate. Also simple to apply for your chosen plan from the Healthpilot website.

I would give it five stars if it made it easier to differentiate between my husband and me. The system seems to conflate the two of us. However, I am grateful that it exists as it makes decision making so much easier.

I had some complicated issues that needed resolution. Tim Davis assisted me from Healthpilot and was fantastic. could not have accomplished what i needed without him and Healthpilot . highly recommend using company 5 stars. much better than Medicare site

I found the questions very easy to answer and submit to you. I hope to hear from you in the near future to see what else I have to do as I received the notice that I was accepted into the plan that I wanted.

The signup experience was quick and easy online. The information needed was all provided. An outlook for my 2025 drug plan and rx prices were provided. Even though the plan they chose as the ‘right’ one was given, they also provided other choices I could review. Now, time will tell how pleased I am with their approval time and how well the policy chosen for me works next year but if all goes as stated, I’ll be saving over $800-900 next year and that’s good news.
