Is healthandsafetygroup.com Legit?

I had a course booked for Tuesday 9th July at Seven oaks , Kent. I was emailed by Hélia 3 days ago to say it has been cancelled and can I select another date . I have replied to her to book 13th July Saturday . I've had no response, I have called customer care they said they couldn't help and I'd have to wait for a response. I'm traveling 3hrs to attend the course but now unsure what to arrange as I have to have cover for my client . Communication is terrible. Really frustrating to now know if im booked or not ..

The way the training was taught was really easy to understand and the tutor made the atmosphere of the place to friendly that everybody was able to familiarize with each other .Every topic was taught was very relatable and with that I can say I have every knowledge I need for my career path even though there’s still room to learn more

Like most mandatory courses there is a lot of the same stuff eg, Equality and Diversity but I do understand that it has to be reviewed and added and tbh the lady who ran the health & safety course actually made it quite interesting. I learnt a lot from this course which I didn’t expect to & it was well run

The ‘All in one day’ Statutory and Mandatory Training delivered by the Health and Safety group is a perfect way, not just to ‘tick the box’, but also to ensure your knowledge has been updated. Every year I do the course and come away thinking that I have learnt something new.

I really enjoyed the health and training refresher training. It was very well organised and at an easily accessible location. It was very inclusive so we all got to take part in the learning activities. The presenter was very informed and detailed. Refreshments were in abundance and we had reasonable breaks inbetween.

The trainer presented slides that helped us understand what we are supposed to know and do the way he presented everything was very informative. He was a good listener and showed us how to do certain things in the right way without judging us. He was one of best trainers l personally have had in the history of doing training.

I have completed my mandatory Health & Safety training through The Health & Safety Group for around the last 5 years and I thoroughly recommend this company.The website is easy to navigate, there is usually a venue close to you and once you've booked, you receive a confirmation email and a reminder text the day before your training - very useful.I love the fact that your certificate is emailed to you the following day (unless training is on a Saturday and then usually the following Monday).Most importantly, the training courses are lead by experienced and competent trainers who do their best to make the day relevant to both 'newbies' and those of us who have more experience. They also make the days enjoyable with plenty of group participation.Obviously one day is never enough to fit everything in but the most important bits are covered and each year I come away with extra knowledge.

Kevin is a very good instructor. He has excellent teaching skills. The whole session was very interactive and informative. He explained the the whole concept thoroughly. He also has good communication skills.i have enjoyed my training and learnt a lot .Thank you so much Kevin .

It was a day we'll spent. The trainer was very good professional made it very enjoyable. Given scenarios where we agreed or disagreed as students buy finally coming to the correct answers. Good trainer overall.

Good atmosphere organised by a knowledgable and skilled trainer. The trainer was very patient and helpful. The participants adapted to this situation and the outcome was worth the day to reflect on.

Fiona (my trainer) was fabulous! She made the amount of material less daunting, ensuring we covered key areas in depth.

The lecturer Mary was a lovely lady who not only discussed and hilighted the important points but drew on her experiences which was a vast 40 odd years. She made it interesting and I hope I get her again next year.

I was well received by staff at the venue and directed to the training hall. The staff acts professionally and approachable during the training. The trainer was a good teacher who explained the topic to an understandable level and answered all the questions.

Excellent training experience. Trainer was sensitive and perceptive. He recognised training needs and adjusted the speed throughout the day. Content was clear and there were lots of hands-on opportunities. Remarkably, he knew and used the name of every participant :)

I have had other training with your group and other trainers which i didnt enjoy as they spoke to you like children. Yannak who was our trainer was excellent, he was relevant and understood were were all qualified clinicians who were coming for our yearly update and therefore didnt go through each slide and make it dull of things we know however he made it interactive and relevant to today covering what was needed and i enjoyed every minute! can we book with him directly please!!!

Excellent Mandatory Training day. The course providers have multiple locations around the UK so you can get booked anywhere very quickly. Informal yet informed, this company seems to have trainers that make the day interactive and enjoyable.

Everything was amazing starting with the training room was in a conducive environment, the trainer made the day nice as it was more of interaction in relation to what's happens mainly at a care home or other health care facilities which open up your mind and at the end you can transform it to the people who needs help. In conclusion, the training materials were well organized with most content and it has met my expectations in regards to medical administration.Thank youRonald tek-kwo
