The customer service is very helpful, I made a mistake in ordering the product and wanted to change it, but the customer service team was so nice and immediately responded to my request and changed the product I wanted, they also gave me a discount. The shirt arrived yesterday I was so happy. The colors were great and I love it.

Great Customer service from start to finish! Although they said there maybe a delay with the new year holiday, I felt it shipped according to what the website said. Also, I was contacted directly from someone before they printed letting me know of the possible later ship date and to preview the shirts before printing. I was able to change the picture I originally sent them also with no extra fee. Based on the date I gave that I needed to receive the shirts I had them here in plenty of time. Would definitely order again and suggest this company!

I ordered a men’s medium outfit (for Halloween) and tried to return within 24 hrs of receiving as I changed my mind and husband doesn’t like and they don’t do returns for certain items, ultimately they offered me 50% back. Read the return policy on individual items. Concerning!

Quick delivery (came in 10 days), good price as I split with someone, might be pricey if you only pay, I would say because the quality is good, it’s worth it if you want something specific and can’t get it anywhere else. The item (bts V Hawaiian shirt) was super soft, great size, came out really well!

Shirts were good quality and looked amazing. They emailed me prior to making to ensure I supplied a good enough photo. And also after a delay in posting Claire worked with me in making sure it arrived in time.

My husband enjoyed wearing this shirt for a themed Barbie /Ken party. The polyester fabric is not necessarily great for a hot weather, but the loose fit allowed for so air flow, and my husband wasn't sweating too much. Shipping was fast and customer service is extremely attentive.

Got some swim shorts for a family member and he absolutely loved them. Also, their customer service is great. They have a texting option where I was able to ask questions about delivery and get any updates I needed for the holidays.

Customer service is top notch, I had initially ordered a hi vis Hawaiian shirt for work but the design wasn't quite up to safety standards for our construction company. I reached out to VinCo and they truly went above and beyond to redesign the shirt with approved reflective striping. I'm thrilled with the improved design, not to mention the quality of the shirt itself. It's a very soft and flexible material and the extra length makes for a great work shirt. I would definitely recommend ordering your Hawaiian shirts from VinCo. It's rare to see a company put in so much effort to improve their products and stand by what they do

UPDATED: It took 1 month to resolve but I am happy to report that it is resolved now and they did send me a new swimsuit at the right fit. BEWARE their size chart! Cheapy materials but ok for costume use, which is what i ordered for. Website states they are a US company based out of Chatworth but everything was shipped from China. The swimsuit sizing instructions are confusing...instructions say to lay a swimsuit flat to measure but the guide then goes on to tell you how to measure around your body. Anyway, the sizing of course ended up being way off. When I reached out to customer service they were initally helpful and said they would exchange but have been radio silent for 2 weeks now. Disappointing and won't make the mistake of ordering from them again.

I love this company! I ordered a matching shirt/shorts combo for a Hawaiian-themed anniversary party. The items arrived quickly, and, Claire, the customer service rep was stellar in her assistance. The clothes fit really well. The quality of each item was even better than I expected.

We purchased men's rompers for a work event, the customization process was really great and we loved the look of our product, unfortunately the sizing was WAY OFF - these run extremely small and short and we had to get them modified by a seamstress so they could be worn. They did give us a small refund to offset the cost of modification, but feel it should have been more substantial.

My son asked for this specific shirt for Christmas. I found it, ordering was easy, communication was timely. I called only when it was getting close to Christmas, was told it had shipped with a 4 day window and received it in 3!

To be honest i purchased this shirt coz of Kim Taehyung BTS V. I loved the shirt its so soft and beautiful.

Shirt was lightweight and soft but sizing chart is not accurate. Ordered a men's medium and was more like an extra small so he has to wear it open. Order 2 sizes larger than you wear.
