FRAUT ALERT!!Haute 24 is fraud. While placing order there are multiple follow ups however after the payment, they stop responding on any media. Though they promise 5 day delivery, even after hundreds of followups and months, the product has not been delivered. They just extract money and disappear. No option to cancel the order also.

Getting through to your support staff in Delhi is next to impossible. Watsapp msgs are not replied to for days ,till then you loose the deals 🙄. Earlier deliveries were early and on time ,this time I received my order after 10 weeks.No emails where can write or ask for help ,no tracker of your product delivery. At starters they lure you in their sugar coated texts and offers you such discounts and after you place an order, they vanished. Being a first-time customer ( and the last time ever) I placed an order for an item in December 2021 and it got delivered to me only in February 2022. It was a nightmare trying to contact them to find out where my products were. Out of 2 products, 1 of them wasn't available and they took 20 days to finally send my refund. When I asked them when I will receive the other product, they said that because my order is less than Rs. 1 lakh, it will take a really long time to deliver, if I shop for that range, then I would get my product faster. I mean, there's no need to rub it in my face like that, some of us don't shop online thinking that we will be discriminated against based on how "less" we pay.
