Complete scam! Stole my money and did not arrive, customer service ignored all of my email and Instagram messages and deleted comments too. Don’t waste your money!

I ordered $330 worth of bathing suits from Haute-Swimwear, and package never arrived. I’ve email the company several times but they ignore the emails. The other reviewers are right. This company is a SCAM.

DO NOT TRUST!! THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!! SPENT $200 ON A BIKINI AND SKIRT FOR MY HONEYMOON AND HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER OR ANY RESPONSES TO ANY OF MY MESSAGES ON ANY PLATFORM!!!!! THIS ISN'T FAIR!! NOW HAVE TO SPEND MORE MONEY SO I HAVE A BIKINI!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THE WORST!!!

Was in desperate need for a new bikini for my pup coming trips and had a really hard time to find a company that made cute but affordable pieces. Through an instagram ad, I came across haute swimwear and fell in love with their bikinis right away. I ordered the Delilah set in a size small for myself and it fits perfect. Bikini is so flattering on and I get compliments every time I wear it. My new favorite bikini, will definitely have to purchase another one.

The website was easy to navigate, I found the swimsuits I wanted off of instagram. I bought the "elsie" set in strawberry shortcake and the white "riviera" set - crochet. Shipping was fairly quick and the quality of the swimsuits is great, which I am happy about because they are pricey, but I think it's worth it.

Inside of package had moisture in it and swimsuit smelled like mold. Bottoms had a strange fit to them and fabric felt inexpensive. An extra charge was added to my purchase without me asking for it for package protection so I emailed them within hours to have it removed. They shipped the package 4 days later then finally responded to email 7 days later telling me they couldn’t refund it because it had already shipped.

My order came fast. It’s so hard to find bikini bottoms that don’t go so high up onto your back but these are PERFECT. The top is so cute and the bikini overall is so flattering. Perfect print for summer🩷 will definitely be ordering more.

Their customer service is the WORST I have ever dealt with. Their swimsuits are tiny so I wanted to exchange for a bigger size, but there is nowhere to make returns on their site. You have to email them, they take 2 weeks to respond, and then they send you a link to request a return, which they then have to approve which takes even MORE time. You're charged for the return shipping, you only get store credit for the swimsuit. And then and only then can you repurchase the item (if you still want it 2 months later). This is awfullll business practice.

I absolutely love Haute Swimwear! Their bikinis fit so well, they’re the perfect shape and have such cute designs. Will definitely be ordering again!

everything is very size inclusive and colorful! i order from here every summer and i’m never disappointed when they arrive. the material is also high quality. usually after a few times of tying the strings, they will rip other bathing suits but i haven’t experienced this problem with any of Haute’s.

A few months ago I ordered the “Celine” set and “Harper” set and finally got to wear them at the beach. I love both of these bikinis, because they’re flattering and unique compared to swimsuits from other companies. I received so many compliments when I wore both of these bikinis! The material is comfortable and well suited for the beach and pool. Also, they both were true to size, and affordable. I definitely am ordering more swimsuits from here!

Awful. Their store policy is so scummy since they only take store credit, plus they milk you for extra money by charging for package protection for shipment BOTH ways. If you return and don’t pay for package protection and it gets lost, you won’t get your store credit. That also charge $9 to ship it back. This swimsuit would only cost $4 and change to ship it back so they’re taking $3 of my money for free. Plus, the quality of the swimsuit is garbage. The bottoms were defective and looking at the seams you can tell it’s cheaply made. Looks like a SHEIN swimsuit (actually worse than) sloppily put together in China. The seams are not neat at all and the fabric doesn’t feel luxurious. Do not shop here. I learned the hard way.

While shopping in this site, I found it very easy to navigate and find styles that I really enjoyed. All of their suits are hella body-type inclusive and reasonably priced. I've always had a hard time finding suits that actually fit me and support the girls, and Haute's swimwear offers all of the above. I will definitely shop here again.

I discovered them on Instagram via an ad so tbh I was a bit sceptical first. But I kept on seeing their ads and the bikinis looked super cute so I decided to give it a try. It took around two weeks to arrive but honestly it’s totally worth it. The quality is amazing and the size fits perfectly as recommended on their side. Defo gonna order another one 🥰

I absolutely loved the bathing suit I purchased from Haute Swimwear! I was worried about the top not fitting since I’m a big chested girl, but I took my chances on a Medium and it fit so well! I also love the material because it doesn’t feel cheap nor is it sheer or see-through. Their customer service is also so amazing; they replied to me in a day and answered all my concerns. The shipping didn’t take that long either, considering I live in Canada. I will definitely be making another purchase soon!

Love the beautiful range of sets! This brand has good quality material. I am beyond satisfied with this company and what they stand for. Although shipping takes a lil longer than expected, (which may be due to Covid) the wait was worth it! I definitely will be purchasing another cute set soon.

Have several suits from here already and each suit has been consistently well made and adorable in design! Love how we are able to mix the sizes and well for tops and bottoms as this really comes in handy :) Overall love their stuff and can't wait to order more!

The company boasts about body inclusivity. Having sizes that reflect all different sized people. I'm a regular sized person, and a large was super small! Their size charts are not correct at all. They don't offer free returns and only store credit. You can't use store credit if all your bikini's are too small for a size 42 (EU).It made me feel super bad about myself, which is the opposite of their brand identity.

I was really excited to order a swim shirt from Haute Swimwear, because I thought the designs were sexy and trendy, and I loved that their models were inclusive in size, shape and color. However, I was disappointed to see that the swimsuits were only offered up to size Large. I was surprised by this too since a lot of their models were curvy. Nonetheless, I ordered anyway and my order got to me within 2-3 weeks, and the supper service was great - they answered any questions I had within 24 hours! I loved the suit once I got it, but I most definitely could've used an XL, but the material it self was great quality, very comfortable and durable. I ordered a size medium and they are a little small so I would definitely size up if you are a little bigger in the chest but overall I love them and it was a great experience! I was scammed via shipping. I ordered express shipping to arrive in 3-6 days for extra cost. I asked for a refund on shipping. They refused, claiming I ordered a day later than I had and that it did get there within six days. It did not. It came in 10 days/8 business days. They still refuse to acknowledge this. Though you may get a bathing suit and it may or may not be what you ordered, if there are any complications or you seek a refund, you will be at a loss. “Tarna set in burnt orange”

The ‘tarna' set I got in burnt orange is absolutely beautiful, I love the colour and the fit. I got a size too small for the top but luckily the material is nice and breathable. Other than that the bikini fits so well and hugs the body in all the right places. The high waist part of the bottoms is my favourite part, I usually don't wear high waist but this one is just stunning because it's not overly high waisted and makes the waist appear smaller and thighs a bit slimmer which I love personally.
