We were contacted by this company several months ago and decided against using them for our waste management as their contract terms were unacceptable in addition to the negative reviews regarding difficulties stopping service and the fact that they are a middle-man for the waste removal. The will not stop calling us. It is harassment at this point.

“Auto renewal contract cancellation conning tactic”
This company is a joke. They are a broker garbage company, that do not even own land fills or dumpster trucks, they broker there service with other companies that have landfills and trucks to pick up for them. Which is why you will never receive the best rates If you do sign up with them,make sure to cancel the auto renewal, which is not the same as the 36 month agreement. They con you into thinking it is only 36 months, however you will also need to cancel the auto renewal. If you do not, they will state your 36 month agreement ended, but you never canceled the auto renewal portion, so then you will need to stay an additional 36 months. Which is how they lock you in as a 'customer'. I would stay far away from this company!

“Overall Good”
There are times when don't pick up the trash once every 3 months. It was a bit frustrating because I couldn't directly contact the waste collection company, but it was okay because the manager in charge of Haulla resolve it quickly. Anyway, even if you use the service of another waste collection company, it is the same that sometimes it is not collected. So cheaper is better. There were a few dissatisfied parts, but the reason I'm still using this service is that I used to pay about $250 per month, but now I only pay $160 per month.

“Not a real waste management company”
Just so everybody knows, this is just a brokerage, not a real waste management company. You should contact a waste management company directly for better pricing and customer service. This company is by far the worst company I've ever dealt with, we have canceled their contract, three months ago, and they refuse to pick up their dumpsters. Our next steps are to take legal action. They will miss many pick ups, which is detrimental if you run a multi family or commercial business. Your tenants will be very unhappy, and they will degrade the value of your property. This company hires people and says there will be a paid training. Hundreds will join and we generated leads and cold call people around the US for their services and after the two week training, Haulla won't pay you. It's a scam in a sense that they get free work from hundreds of people for two weeks. Imagine what amount of leads and data they get from that.

Their service is okay, and their charges are reasonable
The one thing I look for in this kind of service is the quality of customer service and how they handle issues. I know for a fact that missed pickup is inevitable. However, it was a surprise that until now, I hadn't faced any problems regarding the pickups. Their customer service is really excellent, too.
The worst company ,they do not give service for 3 months but sending bills for the pick ups they do not do. I am trying to terminate the contract they had violated for 3 months and they want 800 usd for termination, horrible costumer service. Haulla acts like scammer, stay away !
