Is haulbikes.com Legit?

This is my second time using the company overall I feel like they are very good. but this particular time took a little longer than what was expected and I don’t like how the bike is moved roughly 3 times before it gets to me but once again, I would definitely use them again in the future

Your driver, Christopher was great. Your time it took to deliver a Whizzer Motor Bike from Wisconsin (5 weeks) is deplorable. Earlier this year I bought a 1931 Ford Model A from Connecticut and I got it in 3 days and that was a day after a hurricane blew across Florida. From a rival haul service of course which, by the way I will be using in the future.

In the end, they got the job done in the timeframe I expected. My velomobile was delivered in good condition. I would use them again for similar shipping needs.However, there were a couple of hiccups along the way. First, they wanted to charge an oversized fee even though it fit in the dimensions. We got that sorted out after explaining how it could get strapped down. Second, they attempted to schedule during a blackout window over Thanksgiving. Fortunately, I got a hold of them before it was on the truck with no one to receive the shipment.

From pick up to drop off Haul Bikes stayed in constant communications with me even with my bothersome questions, Ruth was patient and answered every question in a timely manner. Also, I believe the driver’s name was Eugene, took care of everything and we even had a nice conversation. He was very professional and also stayed in communication with me all the way until he came to me face to face. I also appreciate the tips Eugene gave me on upkeep of my bike.

Driver was professional and willing to assist in bringing the bike to a location near me. The Customer service rep I spoke with was kind and also professional. Everyone with the company I spoke with was pleasant and easy to work with. Would order throught Hual Bikes again.

This is our second time using HaulBikes. We have been treated to competent drivers each time. Their professionalism speaks volumes about the quality of service that they provide. Well, first thing is it took over 3 weeks for my bikes to arrive and I had to make inquiries to move it along. There was no effort made to keep me informed as to progress. They use hubs and the bikes were transferred at least two times. Second, the driver could not deliver to my house because of the size of the truck. The delivery was to a dirt parking lot about .25 miles away. Both bikes had been on tenders prior to shipping but because it was 26 degrees and snowing neither would start. I had a jump starter and got the Ducati started and rode it home in the snow. After I blasted the heat in my truck for 15 min to thaw out I tried the HD with no luck. I had to leave my bike to go charge the jumper but it still wouldn’t crank it enough to start. Finally I went and bought jumper cables and got it started. I again rode home in the snow and got a ride back to get my truck. It would be nice if they didn’t take so long to deliver, kept me up to date, had tenders in delivery trucks, heated the delivery trucks and had smaller trucks for delivery when necessary. It took me about 4 hours to get my bikes home after being dropped off. I feel violated to some degree. I haven’t had a chance to check the bikes for damage yet.

The whole process from scheduling through delivery went very smoothly. The company provided updates to keep me informed of delivery progress.The final delivery was made very easy when the driver delivered my bike to the entry to my recieving friend's culdesac.The price was far below other quotes.

This was first time buying a bike online and having Haul Bikes transport it. They were recommended to me by San Diego BMW Motorcycles. The quoting process was very easy online. Once my purchase process was complete I contacted Haulbikes and executed the contract on 11/25. I got an email on 11/27 for pick up time which was 12/6. I later got an interim email that the bike was in the Oklahoma terminal on 12/11. Finally the bike was delivered on 12/19. I would say the process was very fast. Essentially I got my bike from CA to TX in 2 weeks after pickup. The delivery process was great. The driver Tobias was very friendly. He helped me push the bike in my ramped driveway. Thanks Tobias. The more buisness I’ve done with them the better the service has become! Timeframes between purchase/ pickup & delivery very short and a lot of solid communication during the entire process .I just purchased 2 new vintage Harley’s in different corners of the great USA and both bikes made it to Albuquerque on the same day ! Really happy

The whole process was super easy. John , the driver, was extremely friendly and helpful at delivery. I would not use anyone else.

Had Haul bikes ship my bike from Florida to Wisconsin. they were great! kept me informed every step of the way. I would recommend this carrier to everyone. I would also use them again if the need arises. their price was unbeatable and the service is even better.

I have used Haulbikes numerous times and have always been satisfied with the booking admin, transport drivers and specialized transport.The transit time has always been longer than preferred. As long as I am flexible and not in a rush to recieve all is OK. It is a little difficult to plan that far out to ensure availability upon pickup and delivery for private transports but so far has worked out.

nice delivery driver and the bike arrived safely and the price was reasonable.The downside is that it took 3 weeks for them to pick up the bike and another month for it to be delivered. The updates and communication happened way less than expected, I received a call the day before drop off with no estimate dates or communication for weeks beforehand. If time is not an issue they did good, but find someone else if you want your bike soon. Honest truth.

Everything went great no issues other than maybe bit the pick up days. I was expecting it to be here a little bit sooner but we’re good and for the price that you guys charge compared to everybody else was wanting close to $1000.

Pick-up and delivery time we're exactly when they said it would be. Excellent experience from arranging pick-up, keeping me informed where my bike was while on the road and making the actual delivery. The Driver, Jon, was VERY professional and prompt. Would highly recommend!!!

The good news is the bike arrived in good condition and at a reasonable cost. The bad news is it took over a month for delivery. Among other things, it sat in a warehouse in Florida for 2 weeks. Customer service frequently would not respond to phone calls are email in a timely manner. Despite the fact that the order confirmation said Estimated Delivery Date Before or Around December 3, the bike still didn't arrive until December 7.

Communication was great and the bike showed up in perfect condition. I would use them again, but don’t be in a rush. Took over 3 weeks to get from WV to FL.

The driver delivery team was great again. I have had a good experience every time I have used Haul Bikes (at least 8 times) .I also could believe how quickly the bike was delivered from Maryland to Eastern Idaho. Will always use them. Jim G
