This company is a scam,🤬 I ordered 2 hats for $65 after promotion coupon. They're not the correct size, they're smashed and poorly made. I contacted hat fashion through email. I didn't get a response for a 4 days. Finally after sending a few emails asking for a refund, I got a response saying I need to keep the hats and they'll refund me $5. After I didn't agree and ask for a full refund, I get a email 4 days later saying, the person is on vacation and I needed to be patiented and they're only going to refund me $15 and not to return the hats back to the company. After going back and forth with the company for days, I realized I'm not getting anywhere. So if you're looking to buy quality hats and products, DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!!

Ordered a straw hat for £30, arrived fairly quickly, but completely wrong size and colour. They dissuade you from re-centring it on postal grounds of cost and likely being lost and offer a minimal refund instead if you agree to keep the hat. I suggest you do not buy from this site, as there are loads of reviews like mine.

A nice collection of hats to review. While many had multiple pictures, it is hard to choose a hat online. More direct pictures of the hat being worn is helpful. It seems the pictures are more about appealing with a sexy model versus the true look of the hat. Worst customer service in my life. As others have stated, they want the returns shipped to China when the shipping address is from California. Two of the hats ran smaller than stated. Hatsfashion.com is a bait & switch site located in China. I found their site advertised Boston Scally Caps and a substantial discount over ostensibly Scallys prices. I placed an order and then after a discount offer from them a second order. When the hats came they were NOT what they advertised them as and were not as pictured in their web site. They sent me 6 cheap hats that were not worth wearing. I contacted them and they didn’t even address the bait and switch. Told me I could send them back & then gave me a list of charges and reasons why I shouldn’t do it. And offered me a $13.00 refund to just keep them. Frankly $13.00 is probably twice what the ones they sent me were worth. Very unhappy.
