Attempted to place a Christmas order. The catalog price was incorrect and would not be honored. The call center takes 30 minutes to answer a call. The employees at the call center speak broken English and are not equipped to handle problems. Discount codes are deceptive and confusing. We decided to cancel our order in disgust. I would hope that the CEO of this once fine company would read some of the reviews. They are real, they are truthful.
After waiting on phone for over an hour to talk with someone in customer service in the Philippines, it took me another HOUR to place an order as I was having problems with their shipping online. TWO HOURS to place an order, hopefully 🤞 they’ll get it before Christmas as promised!!! NOT ORDERING FROM THEM AGAIN! TOO STRESSFUL! HAVE CUSTOMER SERVICE BACK IN USA!!!
If I could give a 0 I would. I ordered a basket that was still not shipped after 3 weeks. Tried calling customer service was on hold for 40 minutes and still never talked to anyone. Used online chat and they were useless. They were showing delivery date status for almost one month after ordered. This was a gift that I expected to be delivered within 3-5 days. I finally cancelled my order and ordered with another company who delivered the basket in 3 days. Terrible experience. Do not use this company. They obviously went down hill. How disappointing!

I’ve been a repeat customer for 5-6 years and they have gone completely downhill, botching up orders, not delivering packages, and the customer service is absolutely the worst in the industry. Impossible to get through and when you do, the representatives are absolutely useless. I am done with them and will never use again. If I could have given a negative number I would have……….Stay away!
I ordered an item from Harry and David to be delivered to a family member suffering from cancer. The product was not delivered on the date that I paid for. Three days after the package was supposed to have been delivered, I contacted customer service at which time I was told Harry and David did not have an order for me. I was transferred to someone else with another company who looked at my order number and told me that I indeed did have an order with Harry and David. I was supposed to be transferred back to Harry and David and instead my chat was ended. Absolutely no one was able to help me. I will never order from Harry and David or any of its affiliates again. I will find another company to use.
What a joke. I ordered a Christmas Cookie Sampler. I get a box with a limited amount of cookies wrapped in cellophane and packed with straw. Definitely not what they advertised. And Definitely not worth $59.00. Gong back to making my own next year. Won't be ordering from them again.

I've been trying to buy 42 expensive ($159.99) Corporate gift baskets for SIX weeks and am currently, once again on hold for an hour just trying to get the final list and corrected invoice and PAY by credit card. They make mistake after mistake on the recipient list and addresses. One correction took SIX tries. There is no corporate specialist or assigned rep. Each time you get someone brand new who makes new mistakes. All call backs are to the general start all over again phone number and the hold times exceed an hour! Or they call you out of the blue and of course you miss the call because you are in a mtg or traveling on business. NEVER ever buy from them. Read all the one star reviews all over the internet including BBB, YELP etc.
I ordered 2 12 month organic fruit deliveries for each of my daughters starting delivery in May. Both of the daughters received 5 months of delivery with no issues. Then received no fruit for the next 3 months. I called Harry and David customer service and the agent called my orders completely. I did not ask to have the orders cancelled completely. I asked for a refund for the price of the fruit not received. Customer Service could not reinstate the orders. I am waiting for the refund. Customer Service is very difficult! Harry&David cancelled my order without notifying me. They charged my account and received a confirmation of purchase so I was expecting everything went through and was waiting for delivery. Noticed that the charges changed to only the Passport Celebration membership. I cancelled that since was frustrated that they would cancel an order without even notification. Ordered a Fruit of the Month club subscription in October. Received the first month, and then nothing for November. There is absolutely no way to contact the company to fix the order, or even see if I will receive future packages, and no way to cancel the order. The phone wait time is 4 hours, chat wait time over 2 hours with a 15 minute auto logout so you have to keep an eye on it. FB messages are answered with endless questions but no resolution. For a company that specializes in gifting, I would never, ever recommend sending a gift to someone. If it doesn't arrive (and it really might not) you have absolutely no recourse except a credit card dispute.
I ordered my wife parts for Christmas and long story sorry they never arrived despite saying that they had.
