Harris Farm Broadway.1) Beware discounted items. Items on the shelf with a discount label, when you go to pay at the checkout, the discount is rarely applied, and you're charged full price. The excuse given is that the discount label hadn't been removed from a previous sale. This is a recurring issue.2) Items advertised on the Harris Farm website are not in stock or have differing prices to the ones labelled in store.3) Long queues at the checkout. There is no self-service and only two or three checkout operators at most during peak shopping hours. Other times there is only a single person at the checkout.4) Rude customer service. You're either ignored because they're too busy or your query is too time-consuming to answer. Many of the staff appear to be not native English speakers, so communications is a hit-and-miss affair.5) Fruit and vegetables that go mouldy long before their Use By dates. On one occasion, I spotted and reported to staff that there were two snails sliming across the floor in the fruit and vegetables section. The staff member said he would get someone to "clean up" but for the entire time I was in the store, I never saw anyone remove the snails.Having tried out Harris Farm for a few weeks, I will no longer shop there.

Hi everyone when you pay for special price for your item vegetable or fruit have to check because I been pay 2 time say special but come out charged full price first time I not checking dockets when home I look at receipt charge full amount . Second time I start check is same say $2.49 charges me $3.99

Due to injuries, I have had to rely on Harris Farms for delivery and boy, have they been a nightmare. Literally every single order the last 2 years has items forgotten, wrong items sent, expired/bad quality and 5 times in a row, the store did not ring up the Uber for delivery. On top of that, no one at the stores pick up the phone EVER and ALL their customer service is in the Phillipines so the customer service is shocking and resolves anything. Shopping in-store is okay, but I am too injured to do that consistently and I do not drive so I have to carry heavy items to ring an Uber which aggravates my injuries further. Harris Farms - do better.

I’ve given up on making Harris Farm online orders as the produce given is often not fresh, items are expired or close to, and the Uber delivery is terrible. Despite that, the in-store shopping has been fine - until today. I did a quick shop for some fruit and also picked up a box of lamingtons. Got home to find the lamingtons were best before yesterday. Honestly, does Harris Farm not understand how this poor quality control tarnishes its reputation? I’m starting to find Woolies more reliable than Harris Farm in terms of freshness and that is a low bar!

Not a good week at HF Manly. Bought a lot including apples that you could sink your finger in the rot after a day and raspberries that had no taste and mould inside them. I had t been to HF for months as I had bad stuff before but thought I’d try again. Next time I’ll be going to Aldi

Harris Farm Cammeray - cold wet day wanted an easy nice hot meal. The beef Bourguignon was inedible just fat and tough meat. It’s gone very down hill, I have given it chances. Will not be going again.

Terrible delivery.Delivery is booked but yoghurt etc is just sitting in the store. Harris systems are so bad that a driver has not been assigned.You have to phone up to ask if your order is coming.

Missing items without notification - incomplete ingredients to prepare Christmas menu and no time to replace/ reorder as only knew about missing items on delivery. Other big problem - SHORT USE BY DATES on their own brand and branded items meant most food had to be consumed in 2 days so I had to throw a lot out. What a horrible waste of luxury Christmas Items Whoever “picked “ the order didn’t bother to check that food was fresh ( most expired on 25th or 26th Dec. I was provided with a picking receipt saying all but 2 items were included only to find further missing and unfresh items and an unresponsive snd disingenuous customer service team whose only response was that I had chosen popular items that had run out. Week from hell order from your farmers market money box was packed that bad plus 3 L of drinks placed on top of fresh grapes & fresh spinach & all fruit and vegetables place I'm that box were placed upsidedown to damage everything due to week before your staff online staff member packing products that she was ask not pack , customer has asked her to remove them .next day oder more shopping that oder was $ 147 plus $15 delivery service fee , ordering 4/7/2024 paid for $204 plus delivery service fee They keep on cancelling my disability pension oder your online girl is rude as your staff pass myself around the store while calling to speak to manager , the order has been paid for $200, we are now going to police & we are starting legal process go sue Harris farmers market clayfield , it's 2024 your staff are discriminating and abusing a lady with disabilities and brain damage that's that un well she can not travel to shop in store to shop . All due to it's an online Uber eats order the girl from online orders that packs the boxes she's rudely once again spoke to myself & in 2024 to passed around your shop front staff members . Pork cutlets were inedible... tough as an old boot! Outrageous!

Lots of issues with these guys.1) I was making an order with Harris Farm and they had a chocolate croissant dessert listed. Sounded good so I added it to my cart. When I got my order confirmation, it included a recipe to make the dessert! Like, they sent a meal kit and I had to make it myself. It wasn't described as a meal kit and I'd have only known if I'd checked the listing instead of automatically adding it. I don't have time to check the fine print of everything I order. I'd be on their site all day if I did.2) Called customer service and they said I couldn't cancel one item from the order, I'd have to cancel the entire order and redo it.3) Order was delivered with more than half the items missing. I contacted them and after being on hold for ages, was told they'd contact the driver and call me back. Turns out the box with all my chilled food had been left back in the warehouse.4) Got my refund but they did each item as a separate paypal refund! That ended up being about 15 tiny refunds.On the plus side, they refunded my order promptly. But I spend over an hour on calls to their customer service line. I won't bother ordering from them again.
