Is harperandlewis.com Legit?

I ordered a jumper off harper lewis. Love their jumpers!! A small box came with harry potter slime and an invoice for the slime. No jumper but the correct label from harper lewis on the top. Ive emailed them 4 times and they only got back once saying "package was delivered and we dont deliver slime!!Any idea what to do with this?

Got matching fleeces for myself and my daughter at Christmas. Noticed multiple holes in both jumpers only two months later, all clearly manufacturing faults as it's where the stitching wasn't done properly in the arm pit/collar etc. Emailed the company and no reply. Messaged on social media and still no reply. More and more stitching is coming undone. So poor quality product and awful customer service. Would not recommend

Although most reviews say good quality, coming from a bigger thigh women (size 16)… I’ve worn the joggers for about 4 hours and they are already pilling. So I’d say the quality of the material is not good at all, considering H&M joggers don’t pill even after months of wear, neither do Nike or Ellesse. Am rather disappointed tbh. Sizing on the website is also very misleading saying XL is 14-16 women’s but it’s more like an oversized 18. Otherwise delivery is good and fast.

I ordered 2 fleeces for my wife, one small and one medium as I didn't know which size would fit best. Upon ordering I came across a few reviews on here which prompted the question is Harper and Lewis legit? This company definitely is not a scam company. Upon returning the medium sized fleece I promptly received a refund.My wife loves her new fleece, along with her fat face pyjamas, a harper and lewis fleece will be a staple in her wardrobe from now on. Great quality, really soft and a great customer experience.

Purchased a coat . I’m in love . Keeps me warm (warmer than my north face ) Great quality ; proper puffy makes me feel like Michelin Man. Fast delivery , great updates will definitely be back . Can really see this company grow in the future as a luxury brand - advice for buyers OVERSIZED FITS so double check size mine was perfect as it’s great for the winter weather!

We have been having to avoid going into Birmingham due to the COVID restrictions, so I have been doing my shopping online. I normally buy mainly vintage clothing but I saw that Harper & Lewis had starting bringing out their own brand clothing. I was surprised at how good the designs were. I currently own 2 fleeces and my sister owns a few sweatshirts and hoodies. quick postage and good customer service, I would definitely recommend!

This is legit the hottest new clothing brand around! I have shopped at their vintage clothing store a few times and I have been really impressed with how they have developed their own range of 'vintage style' clothing. It has been a very smooth process each time I have made an order - which has been quite a few times as they keep releasing beautiful new ranges!

I ordered a Xmas presents from Harper & Lewis and was delighted with the quality and value for money. Really super products for a great price. I had some issues as the delivery company (DPD local) lost my parcel and so it took nearly 2 weeks to arrive, however, the H&L customer service team were brilliant and organised a replacement for me and refunded me the delivery fee. Great service and a nice touch. Will be a returning customer for sure.

I received written confirmation (within a day of my initial email) that I would receive a full refund if I returned an item.I returned the item and have since heard nothing from the seller. I used Royal Mail Tracked and can see that they received my return over a week ago. None of my emails are being answered and my money has not been refunded! They are constantly posting on Instagram and Facebook and yet have not "seen" any of my messages.Shocking experience. I am very disappointed.

Whilst clothes shopping in the Oracle, Reading i went into a Harper&Lewis shop and couldn't believe my eyes when i found a Italian designer shearling jacket for a complete bargain of a price. The quality of it is top notch. They had a good selection of quality jackets on the rail when i went in. I definitely will be going in Harper&Lewis on my next trip to Reading. The staff were very helpful and i would recommend them to anyone looking for a real bargain.

Bought 2 fleeces from here now, both been so nice and fit perfectly. The sizes are on the larger size but I like baggy clothes so it works perfectly for me. On my second order one of the fleeces came with the stitching undone on the sleeve, I had taken the tags off before I noticed. I sent them an email explaining and they sent me a free returns label and sent a new fleece out! Really simple and easy, will definitely be ordering again. Only negative is that the postage costs for delivery and returns, however it’s understandable as it’s a small business.

I’ve bought many items from Harper & Lewis, quality clothing at affordable prices. My recent experience was the best I’ve ever received from any retail brand. I fell in love with one of their coats but it was out of stock in my size. I sent them a message over Instagram to ask if they’d be restocking the item, unfortunately not but they asked me what size I would like and managed to source me one in my size. The process was seamless and they were so helpful. This was above and beyond customer service, other companies need to take a leaf out of Harper & Lewis’ book for sure. Thanks again :)

Decent jacket, warm, comfortable, sadly to warm to wear during summer rain. I stopped wearing it for that reason throughout the warmer months. And j went to put it back on during a wet day and the stitching on the side has come completely undone.

Terrible!Ordered some joggers online, paid £5 for postage of 1 ITEM!! Took 10 days to arrive!Ordered a size large as I prefer an oversized fit (I am a ladies size 12) and they wouldn't even go past my thighs - ridiculous!To make matters worse, you have to PAY to RETURN! And original postage charges aren't refunded either.Their sizing is terrible, postage took forever, and the returns process is a joke.I will never order from here again. `Spend your money elsewhere.
