hardaddy.com Review

The Scam Detector website Validator gives hardaddy.com a medium trust score on the platform: 58.3. It signals that the business can best be defined by the following tags: Active. Medium-Risk..

We are confident about our score as we also partner with other high-tech, fraud-prevention companies that found the same issues. So, why this low score? We came up with the 58.3 score based on 53 aggregated factors relevant to hardaddy.com's industry. The algorithm detected high-risk activity related to phishing, spamming, and other factors noted in the Active. Medium-Risk. tags above.

Long story short, we still see some red flags with this website. But let's explain in more detail.

Explaining Our Analytical Approach

We've displayed some important information within the Company Details section above, each deserving more explanation:

  • Proximity to Suspicious Websites
  • Threat Profile
  • Phishing Profile
  • Malware Score
  • Spam Score
  • Domain Blacklist Status
  • HTTPS connection
  • Domain Creation Date

While some are self-explanatory concerning hardaddy.com, let's dive deeper into the remaining ones.

Proximity to Potentially Harmful Websites

This metric gauges the connection, scored on a scale of 1 to 100, between hardaddy.com and websites marked as suspicious. Elevated scores point to a stronger link with these questionable online destinations. It's worth noting that website owners might not always be aware of their site's proximity to these dubious platforms or servers. However, a "Proximity to Suspicious Websites" score surpassing 80 strongly indicates a high-risk website, while a score below 30 signifies a less-threatening site.

Risk Factors: Threat, Phishing, Malware, and Spam

These indicators reveal the vulnerabilities and elements embedded within the HTML code of hardaddy.com. They become especially pertinent if the website has received reports from internet users who've encountered unsolicited emails, ads, or messages related to the site. In the context of hardaddy.com, our investigation continues working to pinpoint the specific category, but we welcome your insights in the comments below.

A high Malware score generally implies the presence of suspicious code that might be unknowingly disseminated. Conversely, a high Spam score hints at a possibly spam-ridden email address associated with the business. Scores under 30 in both categories are reassuring, but any score surpassing this threshold should raise concerns.

hardaddy.com is a problematic website, given all the risk factors and data numbers analyzed in this in-depth review. Share your experience in the comments.

Domain Blacklisting Status

This term indicates whether hardaddy.com has landed on any online directories' blacklists and earned a suspicious tag.

Assessing HTTPS Connectivity

This section provides insight into whether hardaddy.com boasts an 's' at the end of the 'HTTP' protocol listed in your browser's address bar. If the tab displays in green, consider it a positive sign.

Safe Check

We want our trust scores and reviews to be as accurate as possible so that you can protect yourself from online fraud. Our algorithm aggregates factors that efficiently analyze a company's website, in this case, hardaddy.com.

Top 5 Effective Ways To Spot a Scam Website [VIDEO]

There are many types of fake sites in the online world. We have some good news. Watch the video below to see the 5 effective ways you can spot a fraudulent website in 2024:

How To Remove Your Information From the Internet

Whether you like it or not, unfortunately, the Internet has all your personal information stored. How did that happen? Every time you visit a simple site and accept cookies, consent to their forms, or download an app, unscrupulous data brokers collect not just your phone number, name, AND address. They also sell this to third parties, which creates a $1 billion industry a year. Your collected personal data is used by buyers to send you never-ending spam emails, targeted ads, and, of course, telemarketing calls. Crooks use all your data without remorse.

We can help. Many people have asked us about how to remove your personal information from the Internet. If you want your data deleted entirely from the online world, contact our official partners at Incogni immediately. This legitimate data privacy tool works on your behalf to officially require a ton of online brokers to remove your data.

Our staff verifies this service works and is trustworthy. It costs only $6.49/month but is worth the cost. U.S., UK, EU, Swiss, and Canadian residents only. Click below.

How To Stop Third Parties From Tracking Your Devices

  1. They have an award-winning VPN service, protecting your privacy and preventing third parties from tracking your device.
  2. They will notify you when your personal info is leaked online so you can delete your private data from the Internet immediately.

Are You the Owner of hardaddy.com?

If you own hardaddy.com, we would love to hear from you. However, if you would like to challenge this review and trust score, we are more than willing to take a deeper look, but be prepared to offer solid proof of your business. Please introduce yourself first (your name, not "Admin"). Consumers are smart. Typically, they don't trust websites that don't show transparency, such as the location of the business, team, or any other physical existence.

When domain owners contact us to challenge the trust score of their website on our website Validator, we would kindly ask them to share some of the following things:
* Details from their ecosystem that would show that they are 100% trustworthy (certificate of incorporation, business registration, official records showing the name of the website or business, etc.).
* Their personal profile on LinkedIn and social media accounts for the business on Facebook.
* If possible, some screenshots/proof of satisfied clients (not testimonials on their website), proof of inventory, canceling orders when requested, etc.).

We are more than willing to update the review right away—the more proof you show, the higher the trust score will be.

  1. I feel like I must be a very lucky exception! I have purchased a total of about 14 shirts from Hardaddy now in probably 4 or 5 orders in the last 2 years, and I have not once had an issue. While the site and its pricing IS indeed a bit of a pain in the rear, you can get some really great deals. I was incredibly leery about shopping with them initially, especially because that domain name set off some red flags and nearly scared me off (I mean, what the heck IS a “hardaddy” anyway?!?!), but my coworker had bought from them and loved them, so I bit the bullet.

There are other similar companies on Amazon which sell a lot of the same types of shirts, but Hardaddy always seems to have the best selection, which they rotate frequently. A couple of my all-time favorite shirts I got from them too! Also worth noting: on every single shirt, the image matches up at the buttons perfectly! So there’s no weird one-and-a-half-faced Santa Claus or double-vision thing going on.

Sizing-wise, if you go off of their size names instead of their actual measurements, you might be expecting them to fit a certain way. In my experience though, the size names are actually quite a bit bigger than other brands. So stick with their measurement of centimeters or inches. (i.e.: I am almost always a 2XL guy, but the XL shirts are a little big on me).

Material/quality: They’re made from a thin polyester which actually breathes really well and is very light. The designs are basically like an image which is printed onto the fabric. Now let me clarify: it’s not screen printed or anything like that, but it is almost like the patterns and designs are actually in the fabric, if that makes sense. Strangely enough though, it does not pass through to the inside of the shirt, so I’m not quite sure what exactly is happening here. But, the printing would not come off in the wash – and hasn’t for me at all. Nor has it even faded, come to think of it.

My last order was Jan 7 2023, and the date of this writing is Feb 29 2024, for reference.

  2. Ordered two shirts. Their size charts must have come from midgets. Impossible to return shirt that was too small. they responded several times to my request for a larger size but never followed through. shipped from China and took a long time to get the wrong size. I do not recommend. It’s a craps shoot.

  3. I ordered a couple of the shirts from this site. You do get what you pay for meaning don’t expect Tommy Bahama type quality. I was looking for a couple of Novelty camp style shirts for a few theme parties and that’s exactly what I got at a really fair price. I will probably use them again. Shipping did take a bit longer than expected but it wasn’t horrible.

  4. Leslie Prothero

I have ordered from Hardaddy twice, once for Christmas presents in 2021, and again in June for apparel for a trip. My order at Christmas was extremely slow coming in according to shipping times promised. However, it was the holiday season and there was the whole shipping delay nationwide. In June of 2022 my order was received as promised with only 1 out of 5 items delayed, and that was only by 3 days. My husband and I are very pleased with the product.
